Sehr schöne Neustadt - Bleibe

Perfekte Lage für Fans der Neustadt. Zu Alaunstrasse und Co. sind es geschätzt 300 m, nach der Altstadt werden es maximal 3 km sein, Strassenbahn vor der Tür. Gepflegter Altbau mit Parkett und Stuck. Die Wohnung war blitzeblank und hatte wirklich alles was man braucht. Für drei Personen sind die Betten in zwei Schlafzimmern super, die Schlafcouch in der Küche/Wonzimmer haben wir nicht ausprobiert. Wir fanden das Preis - Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Im großen Schlafzimmer könnten noch zwei Stühle (für Klamotten) stehen.

Типичный пример, когда результат превзошёл ожидания. Апартотель находится в капитальном доме с хорошим ремонтом. Недалеко от вокзала и основных достопримечательностей (Цвингер). Всё в пешей доступности. На вокзале есть Лидл и Бургер Кинг. Отличная шумоизоляция в доме. Есть своя парковка (но есть возможность рядом ставить авто и бесплатно). Для удобства проживания владельцы учли огромное количество полезных вещей: гигиенические принадлежности, посуда, кофемашина с набором кофе, удлинитель и даже HDMI кабель для телевизора. Если честно, я второй раз в жизни вижу столько приятных мелочей. В следующий раз только сюда, причём сначала буду заказывать проживание, а потом привязывать к датам поездки, т.к. это тоже в своём роде достопримечательность. Очень понравился процесс бронирования, оплаты, check in/chek out. Процедура полностью диджитализирована и работает чётко.

Сложно сказать. Мы проживали втроём и нам не хватало в ванной крючков для полотенец. Было бы неплохо их добавить. Но это просто мелочь на фоне остальных плюсов.

Tolle Stadt, schöne Wohnung, top

Einrichtung

Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, wäre auch nicht zwingend notwendig, aber dann sollte man etwas mehr Geschirr zur Verfügung haben. Ansonsten super schöne Tage verbracht und würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

Worth the money!

Felt really nice, it was clean, check-in was easy, the staff is not on site, but they were responsive and helpful. Small gifts were left on the bed upon arrival. Overall quiet and spacious rooms.

It’s an old building, so the floors were loud. In big groups there was always someone to walk around at night. Recommending ear plugs..

Гарне помешкання із всім необхідним в сучасному районі Дрездена.

Розташування в пішій доступності від старого міста, поруч всі необхідні маркети. Двір на 2 авто, поруч достатньо паркувальних майданчиків по доступній ціні (від 6 евро за добу). Саме помешкання в автентичному стилі: високі стелі, деревʼяні вікна, паркет, широкі масивні двері. Є все необхідне для приготування їжі, в тому числі чай та кава. Надзвичайно зручне ліжко та білосніжна постіль. Швидка реєстрація без проблем. Можливо ще повернемось :), бо забули зарядні пристрої для телефонів :).

Нас все влаштовувало. Дякую.

Todo bien. Menos las personas de limpieza.!

Me gusto que era muy cómodo. Muy lindo céntrico….

El día que fui a recibir el apartamento lo recibí a las 3:30. porque no lo habían limpiado… y cuando nos teníamos que desocupar el apartamento …..estábamos limpiando el apartamento y la Sra muy mal educada nos sacó de mala gana. Dicen que nos multarán. Porque una amiga estaba enferma del estomago. Y mancho las sabanas… ellos dicen que le tomaron fotos y enviaron todo a los asesores del hotel. Cuando la Sra fue que nos sacó del apartamento y no nos dejó limpiar….

Beautiful location with easy access to transportation & amenities.

The location was excellent & very convenient to grocery stores, the train station, & street cars. The building has been beautifully restored & was the cleanest place we’ve stayed so far. There was even a nice welcome gift for us. Photos very adequately depicted the apartment.

There is no one to help & check-in was a pain in the ass!!! Communication with the property (robots?) was inefficient & impersonal.

It really feels like home

Everything was just amazing, the little welcome gifts, the scentless clean sheets, the basket on the kitchen table with some coffee capsules and tea bags. The apartment was impeccably clean. It felt really like home...

It took us some time to figure out how to open the entrance door to the building, but finally we managed that.

Could have been great

The spacious living room was great and so was the location.

# the whole check in process was weary, # some of the stuff was unprofessional- after making sure that the apartment is babies and elderly appropriate we found out there isn't any elevator and had to be assigned to a different apartment 😳. # we booked an apartment and eventually ended up with a different one so there wasn't a baby bed at the place.

Amazing Stay in Dresden Neustadt

I loved how much space we had, the bathtub and shower and that the kitchen had everything we needed, even olive oil and balsamic vinegar :). I also love that there was a laundry facility and the location that allowed for easy access to the airport even with our very early morning flights.

That the rain shower didn't work and that I couldn't figure our how to open the shower plug in more so that the shower would drain better.

Very good

The location was great. The water was hot and the layout was perfect for our family.

The lights in one bedroom and small bathroom weren't working. The internet for the room wasn't working. Our devices would connect but didn't have internet.

It was a quest to open the apartments. It took almost an hour to open.

Very good

The size of the apartment was great, also two bathrooms one with shower and one with bathtub. The kitchen and living room also great. If you like really soft mattresses we will sleep well.

As written, the mattress was to soft for me. One sofa in the living room was full of stains and need a deeper cleaning. One of the pillows had lipsticks slide left.

Beautiful apartment centrally located and within metres of shops and Neustadt train station.

This rental apartment provided exactly what we needed- space for everyone in a beautiful period home. Linen and toiletries, towels and laundry facilities were all provided. This was the highlight of our three week Germany trip- honestly! Just a mere few minutes from the station- Neustadt- our ICE stopped there- just check your train stop schedule. We walked to the Alstadt from the apartment. Shopping complex just over the road- Aldi, Edeka etc. DDR museum across the road.

We would have liked a chopping board and casseroles to cook food in the oven- otherwise all was good.

Pleasant stay in a great location!

I booked the 1 bedroom apartment at the attic. Location of the accom was great! Just opposite a large supermarket (2 actually ! - Aldi and simmel) and tram stops all around. There was no elevator so we had to lug our bags up but that was a minor point. Apartment was spacious. Being in the attic, the ceiling can be a bit Low for individuals who are tall.. you may hit your head!. The Bathroom was divine and SO BIG! I was surprised there were 2 bedrooms =) and both of them were spacious as well! I requested for a fan as there is no air conditioning and that was provided as well. The apartment was clean, BUT, i found a few hair strands on the sheets….. I was told there will not be parking on site but there is a little area for you to stop your car and unload your luggage… you just can’t park there for long. WIFI worked well. Kitchen was well equipped. Room was also quiet if you kept the windows shut. Pleasant stay, will recommend!
