Good

It was really clean and had a lot of space. There were enough pots and pans and crockery and cutlery in kitchen. Good location, i would say. About 20min direct tram to centre.

Would’ve like to have a fan atleast if not air conditioner. Microwave would be a plus.

Anyway, it is a nice place to stay when visiting the city, easy to get by car, free parking

Very big appartment for at least 5 or 6 guests. Big bathroom and kitchen. Easy to get from the highway and a good location to go to the city center (5-7 min. by car).

The apartment is situated on the last floor, just under the roof and when it is hot outside it is also extremely hot inside. No air conditioning inside and the cooler was broken :( The month before we stayed in another apartment on the ground floor, it was better for a summer period. There was no hair dryer, however, it was mentioned in the description :(

easy and quick self-check-in, apartment No. 7 in a high attic, spacious with a large kitchen, two bedrooms and a living room with two large sofas, relatively clean, but not sterile,

there could be a small things in the kitchen that facilitate short stays, i.e. sugar, salt, pepper, oil, etc. it does not cost a lot, guests uses just a little and is helpful and kind on the part of the hos

Unexpectedly a pleasant place to stay!

I liked how spacious and comfortable the room was. There was a kitchen with all the necessary things needed to cook eat and drink.There was nice big dinning table. The toilet was nice and clean. There was a nice lounge where we could sit and relax and watch some TV. There were enough parking space to park your car.

There was unfortunately only one fan available for two rooms, so it got a little hot at times but it was still manageable.

A good apartment ideally located to explore the area.

An easy to find, clean and comfortable apartment with everything we needed (apart from a microwave). ideally located to explore the nearby museum by motorcycle. We were left a note with a number to call if there were any problems or if we needed any local info.

The kitchen would of been better with a microwave oven.

Good and comfortable place for memorable visit in Dresden

For me, the location was quite good. It was not very close to downtown, but it was pretty easy to reach with the public transport - just 15 min with a tram or bus. The neighborhood was calm and neat and with the fresh air. There were all kind of shops in a walking distance.

The house is on a busy noisy street. As there's no airco in the apartment, leaving the windows open let all that noise get inside. That's extremely valid for the very hot summer days. Otherwise, the walls of the building are thick and preserve a good internal temperature.

Close but not quite

Space was sufficient. Having a mini kitchen was nice.

insufficient beds, bedding, and towels for all our family. Not sure if they expected our 3 yr old to have his own bed or what. Would be suitable for 4 person group. There is massive amounts of construction in Dresden, as of August 2021, that made it difficult to drive around and made me not trust public transit to get us to the Altstadt in a timely manner. There were multiple spiders on the ceilings. Not sure the last time it was cleaned up there.

Nice place to stay with the family.

Location seems to be quite good, but at our arrival, tram rails were being repaired and we had to go by bus and change to tram a bit further. So it was longer to get to the center. Except this, everything was quite well, except some dust at the corners and by the windows. Should be cleaned more thoroughly. Beds were super comfy!

Lacks a bit of cleaninesss, but generally it's worth the price.

Very nice and comfortable flat, with free parking slot, easily accessible from the highway S4. Well connected with public transport, in only 15 min by tram you can reach the beautiful city centre.

Noisy night

On a 4 lane main road with the tram. So so so noisy. Yes, it's in the city but this was just too much. The bed was shaking when the tram passed the house. Also, not a true 2 bedroom. It's a one bedroom and there is a full bed in the living room. So it's a 1 bedroom and living room.
