Nice place. Thank you guys!

Great location, friendly staff, good breakfast. But the best thing ever was a panoramic view from the rooftop bar! I strongly recommend to try their Salchipapas with some cold beer ;)

Unfortunately, in the morning before check-out , electricity in the building was turned off. So, I couldn't charge my cellphone and had to take an ice cold shower... The bed in 303 wasn't very comfy.

I was expecting something more

The location is great, just a few steps from the main square.

Apparently, the hotel was going thru some renovations and my hot water was shut off. Also, the rooftop was closed due to some construction.

Poor

The view from our room was nice of the Cathedral, the main square is literally on the doorstep.

Don't let the photos fool you, this is not a Boutique hotel, it is dated and dirty! It is really loud all night outside making it difficult to sleep, the bed was uncomfortable and had hair in, the creaky floorboards meant you were woken up every time someone walked down the corridor, the wifi was terrible, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The location with a view to the cathedral in the front of the hotel. Good bed. A good breakfast with a beutyfull view (breakfast on the rooftop). .

Only cold water in the bathroom.

Great location with a view of the cathedral which is just across the street (so everything in Centro Histórico is close by) Staff are friendly and try to help (it’s better if you can speak Spanish or use Google translate) Beds are comfy View from the terrace is amazing and having breakfast there is great

The room needs a little bit of maintenance and care to make it more of a boutique place (it has a lot of potential to be an amazing place to stay) It can be quite noisy from the street below but this is the price of staying in a great location Walls between rooms are pretty thin so you can hear EVERYTHING from rooms around you Wifi is pretty slow

Very nice place. It was a good price for being so close to the Plaza. Cool rooftop.

The staff was very friendly. I showed up before check in. They let me store my bags until 1PM. When I arrived back to check in they had already moved my bags upstairs to my room. You do have to climb stairs and the stair well isn’t very big. Like most places here

It’s can be noisy but not any more noisy than any other place I stayed.

Great location, price, and staff.

Incredible location and view. Awesome staff. Fantastic price. Nice rooftop bar (young crowd tho with bad taste in music). Really everything overall wss spectacular.

Water somewhat cold. Noise outside but great location on the square, so i assumed noise would be an issue. Calmed down ~2300 so not too bad. Steps may be a bit much for those with issues climbing stairs.

Very good

The location is perfect! Opposite the cathedral and the main plaza. Near all the main attractions and bars and restaurants. Really comfortable bed. Hot shower! They let us check in early at 8am.

The WiFi was weak. People walk past the bedrooms to get to the terrace in the evenings, which was loud and people would talk in the corridors. There was loud music every night but we could sleep through it. The room had a lot of hair everywhere.

Great location, fabulous staff!

The location can’t be beat. My window looked onto the Plaza and the Cathedral. Comfortable bed, good breakfast on the rooftop overlooking the city, mountains and volcano. Fabulous staff that goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. My bathroom had a serious leaking ceiling on my final night and they worked so hard to fix it and then refunded my money. I would stay here again for sure!

Needs better lighting especially in the bathroom. Add another mirror, too.

The location just off the main square was perfect.

Very old building not renovated well. Breakfast was adequate. I regretted not having more Spanish since staff had very little.

Fantastic location and views.

The location is just fantastic. The hotel is at the side of the Catedral, and 30 meters away of Plaza de Armas, the heart of Arequipa, and the safest place in the city. It is a bit noisy at the night, because there are activities or people singing in Plaza de Armas, but they usually make noise only until 22:00. I stayed 4 nights in this hotel, and I have slept perfectly, without ear protections. The view of my room was wonderful. I can see the Cathedral and the volcans from the window of my room. The personal at the reception is very kind. They cleaned and ordered perfectly all the days my room (you can ask them not to clean the room if you wish, but they are superb at cleaning and ordering).

There is no elevator, and the rooms are at a second floor. However, the stairs are ok and I had no trouble with them.
