The staff tried her best to address issues beyond her abilities.
🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩Aircon system is strange. You could adjust -3 and +3 to the “outside temp”, means… our room was 27celcius, bcos the outside temp was 30~?! Staff Amanda did try to lower the base temp. Still warm. And the AC strip is located by the window, with curtains closed, the air flow is minimal, the suggestion was keep the curtain open?
Was looking forward to see(and stay at) this property, unbelievably bad experience.

I emailed the manager to give feedback on this, it’s been a month, and no response.
Called the staff for help 2-3x (1-3am). Tiring night and had to go for conference. Thankfully, the other hotel allowed us to check in early. Happy to get out of Dancing.

Good location
The bathtubs shower were not placed right leading to spillage all over.

The facility and room were wonderful. The funky architecture was eye-catching and made it a fun place to stay. The breakfast was outstanding offering many choices and the staff attentive. The reception staff was exceptional, answering our travel questions; I was also able to store my large suitcase when taking an overnight jaunt to Krakow.
The room door system was cumbersome and difficult to figure out [w/out any instructions].

Dancing House is a major landmark - when I saw that I could afford it - I was super excited. There is a view of the Prague Castle on one side. The rooms are modern and spacious and there is a gorgeous Terrasse - I d gladly recommend it. I had a wonderful stay. Everything you need is there and if not - the friendly staff is there to assist. 100% awesomeness ❤️❤️❤️

Large rooms - good location; decent breakfast - the cafe staff and George at the front desk on the morning of our checkout was very nice and super helpful
Almost every person on staff - at the front desk and at the upstairs bar/rooftop area was super unfriendly and sometimes outright rude. Not sure why they felt the need to approach myself and my family with hostility - dirty looks and gestures, curt and rude responses to questions, and just an unwelcoming vibe - but unfortunately, except for a few exceptions, we really didn’t feel welcome or treated well at all. Also, the bedding was sparse and uncomfortable - one small blanket per person and flat pillows - no sheets - not very comfortable.

Great staff very helpful. Breakfast of high standard and good room facilities. Very comfy bed.
Room could have been slightly cleaner. A number of items and bits of rubbish under the bed. Generally, cleanliness was good apart from that.

Check in was smooth, room was large, clean, practical and full of little extras. Rooftop bar is great. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location spot on. Breakfast exceeded expectations, with Prosecco offered.
You were given free drinks vouchers for the cafe, but not for a hot drink. We were told you could only have a soft bottled drink. This seems odd to give a free drink away for a cafe and it not be for a coffee. But can’t complain too loudly they are giving you a free drink which is fab.

+ Location is next to good restaurants and walking space.
+ Good cleanliness and thoughtful room service staff.
+ Bathroom is spacious and had good quality fittings.
- View from the room is bloked by the ugly metallic frame. One has to be very ignorant to enjoy the view of Palace over the hill.
- The property claims to a be a 4-star but it is hardly a 3-star hotel. There is no fitness facility, reception is smaller than 9 sq meters. No waiting area.
- Narrow amd congested walking places. Every corner of the building has been commercialised. It has been desinged for the rooftop visitors. Even the breakfast restaurant has reserved tables for non-residents. Visitors are preferred over residents. It is better to just visit the building for its rooftop than to stay in it.
- Hotel is under staffed and not trained to handle guest in a 4-star hotel. The staff facing the customer seemed to be part-time university students.
- Rooms are not sound insulated. Sound of motorbikes, cars and trams from the street is very annoying when you are staying in a room of 250 euros per night.
- Very little breakfast choices. Low quality food and bread. It was like a hostel breakfast, worth 5euros. The poor breakfast quality shocked us.
