Все отлично. Удобно расположенный отель.

Большая комната, 2 больших кровати,большая ванная, есть вода,чайник. Близко от центрального вокзала. Близко от района с большим количеством лавок и магазинов. Check in круглосуточно ( мы приехали в 03:30 ночи). Вежливый персонал, помогают со всеми вопросами.

Комната без окна. Для ночевки без завтрака стоимость комнаты довольно высокая.

Amazing Location. Great Restaurant. Good Lobby. OK Rooms. Bad WiFi.

The hotel is in the center of Taipei, minutes away from the shopping area, local restaurants, Airport Train Link, and Taipei Central Station. I also liked the posh reception and lobby. The breakfast was also nice despite the limited vegetarian options, with a great Chinese-style restaurant ambiance. Check-in/check-out is smooth.

Sadly, the room didn't live up to the standards of the reception, lobby, and restaurant. Besides being crammed with strange lighting, I found that there was no WiFi. After two days, they moved me to a not fully cleaned room with so-so WiFi. We are in 2025 where people use laptops for remote work. 4-star hotels MUST have flawless WiFi.

Overall, the stay is good except the room supply policy need to change

Location is good

The drinking water has to self collect from counter which is very inconvenient and the supply is very tide. Not sure if Taiwan water supply is increasing recently?

I think the restaurant next door needs to be advertised better to hotel clients

The concept of the building needs to be advertised more and the staff were very helpful. I will say a big thank you to the young tall staff member at reception (wears glasses and speaks very good english). I can tell he believes in customer satisfaction and will go the extra mile.

Met my expectations. But could be better.

Good location. Interesting design. There is a loundry room on 2nd floor. Easy to get anywhere w/o any umbrella due to kinds of buildings in this city area.

I lived in basement floor w/o any window. The closest subway station is in 20 minutes, bus station in 10 minutes. Something was with my a/c. It stuck to 17C and staff offered me use this temp or turn off at all.

Love how this hotel is very comfortable and how its location is very strategic. Also not too expensive for the facilities, and I loved the how it was a self check-in, and also love the toiletries so much!

There was one time when my room wasn’t made up.

Very cool hotel

The location is very convenient and staff extremely helpful. Rooms quite big and comfortable. Quite unique hotel, post-industrial design. Reasonable prices.

The only negative point is the breakfast. This is served offsite in a restaurant nearby. The quality is not the best and it is always the same food. The last day we just skipped. Pity as the food scene in Taiwan is great and breakfast could be considerably improved.

I like the services provided to me during my stay at Hotel Papa Whale. however, there are few improvements needed. I wis

they have such a kind and helpful staff. i like the location it is near a night market, easy to locate. they clean and replenish the things in the room daily. very good design, vintage interior-very unique. food is great. laundry room is perfect.

the family room is not so spacious, I’m expecting more for their family room. food is not changing-it is the same daily. Some staff doesn’t know english. there is No Bidet.

Good Location.

The concierge don't allow me to storge luggage in the hotel due to I didn't book the room for coming day. Because I am going to Southern part of Taiwan and don't know when I come back to Taipei. Maybe 2 or 3 days. He told me he cannot accept the luggage and ask for the deposit TWD2000, I pay for that. He attitude very bad. The young guy who wear spectacular.

Good location and affordable . The staffs were really helpful and friendly.

The room decor was really weird. Got the room with a giant horse wallpaper and it took some time to get used to it. Not enough area to hang coats as well (no wardrobe). The Aircon and ventilation was hard to control and stuffy. For the price you paid, you can't really complain much tho.

Modern concept, clean, location is little far from the train station but pretty near to the streets of Ximending

You are unable to flash the toilet papers down the toilet bowl which is abit unhygienic and you are able to hear people walking outside the room. There is people smoking at the corridor too despite being non-smoking.

Cheap and good stay.

It is conveniently located at ximen area with convenient stores near by. The amenities in the hotel were great too.

The breakfast options can be shuffled up as the selection every morning is the same.

Great stay and with innovation would be better!

This is my 2nd time coming to this hotel. I like this hotel for its convenient location and design.

There was no revamp since my 1st time and staff was not helpful during the check-in. Breakfast was fair and waiters were not greeting me well. Innovation is needed. Not a good value for money.

not worth anymore

i liked the location

there’s no shabu for breakfast anymore and no information about that. and now the automatic check-in system is fine but there was no explanation about where the room is… and the guest in the next room smoked all morning… i couldn’t even stay longer.
