Nothing gd except for its location.

Location. self service check in/out and storage room.

Old rooms. Old carpet. Leaking shower stall. Uncomfortable beds. Slow at cleaning up / doing up rooms. No heater. No Bidet (unlike what was advertise). They stopped replenishing bottled water daily in 2025.

Not staying there again.

Only the location

Rooms are not cleaned thoroughly. The rooms are cramped. The material which i think is leather on the headboard apparently peeling due to age. Clearly they dont vacuum the floors because the carpets have so many stains and look dusty. My bad for not reading the reviews before booking as it was a last minute booking. The ceiling is too low. It didn’t look as bad here in the photos in booking.com. There were crumbs on some parts when we arrived near the ref, til the last day, they were still there. Just left them because I wanted to see if they’ll clean it.

Dirty old hotel.

Location near the Ximen Metro Station and Ximenting shopping district. Sweets given on Xmas day and goodies bag on New Year Day.

The hotel is so dirty,dusty and rundown. Basically you can see dust everywhere be it along the corridor or inside the room. The room is not vacuum or mop. The stain left overnight on the floor and toilet bowl was still there the next day and dustbin not clear on one occasion. Staffs didn’t greet us when we walk passed which is fine for us.

Won’t come back for this hotel

Location

No extra pillow Toilet no water spray or heater seat Or Bidet. Room super small cannot even open 2 luggage not worth for what we pay for. A/c no heater, we suffered from super cold weather, not even blanket can help. Hot Water running very slow. Slow Wi-Fi

Not bad for the price, happy to stay there again

The breakfast was average, especially the coffee, it was bad

We were put in a disable room, the shower had no doors,after each shower the floor was soaking wet and had to mop it up ourselves, perhaps consider putting show curtains around the shower?

十分不滿意，以後都不會再入住。

位置方便。早餐美味

31 5 房間冷氣不足，房內地方三尖八角，由廁所行出門口，出入都撞到電視機或者床邊。要小心翼翼。投訴冷氣不足，服務員來了2次，沒有解決冷氣不足的地方，只是話出風位有18度。但房間控制板顯示房內氣溫是24度，分明好熱。提出想換另外一間房間，又話full 哂。強力不滿下，2小時後最後換了一間5 15房，冷氣都尚可接受，但房間地氈破舊，有蛟飛來飛去。又見有死去的床蝨在床上。殘舊得令人十分不舒服。

Great value hotel in fab location

Front of house staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel is right next to a busy area with lots going on but does go quiet at night so no issues with noise etc. Also its right next to the metro station so ideal to get to the airport or around Taipei. If you are looking to explore Taipei but want to be in an area that you can also experience some local life then this hotel is the place to stay. Hotels rooms are quite spacious and have all amenities including an ironing board.

The hotel was very busy so the lifts were quite full and it took a while for them to come, not the end of the world at all though. It was a very busy week in Taipei. The room had half a window so was a little but for how long i spent in there it was not a problem. avoid peak times at breakfast too else you might be waiting to get a table and will certainly be queuing at the coffee machine. The breakfast was ok but limited and quite basic.

Terrible experience

Location

We were sleeping and woke by some weird watering sound, then were shocked to see water pouring from the false ceiling!! Water just came out from few of the LED lighting holes. We called the front desk asked to send someone up to help. After 5min still no one, and we called again. Finally one hotel staff showed up and she was shocked to see what was happening in our room when we opened the door. After awhile few more people came tried to fix stuff. But until then, still no arrangements of changing room for us or even just ask if any of our personal belongings has been damaged by that. Having no where to go, we had to sit on the bed to see them fixing things with our packed wet suitcase. After like 10min, one staff finally realised need to arrange another room for us. Only photos can be uploaded here so I just screen cap a few from the video. Other than that, room is no clean as well, it's just so different from the hotel's pictures. Well, one positive thing about this hotel - location.

Need more improvement hotel.

The location is good. It's so convient to shop around the night market.

The hotel is dirty, the glass is so obviously dirty. Carpet is old and uneven. almost tripped over the carpet many times along the walkway of our rooms. And the hotel breakfast need more improvement. Food is not nice at all and variety is disappointing.

위치만 좋습니다.

호텔 에어컨 꺼도 너무 춥습니다. 꿉꿉한 냄새(지하철냄새)납니다. 에어컨 꺼도 너무 추워서 엑스트라 이불이나 담요를 가져다 달라고 했더니 알겠다고 하면서 안가져다줬어요. 예약 당시 조용한 방으로 부탁한다고 메세지 남겼는데 반영되지도 않았습니다. 여긴 엄청 큰 호텔이라 개인에게 신경써주는걸 바라면 안됩니다. 큰 호텔이니 거의 단체관광, 수학여행 손님들 뿐입니다. 아침에 로비가면 수학여행 온 아이들이 바글거리고 단체 관광온 손님들로 북적입니다. 이러다보니 조식은 전쟁입니다. 그 단체관광객들 밥먹는 시간이 내가 나가는 시간과 같다? 이럼 밥 거의 못먹습니다. 먹을 순 있지만 일단 자리잡기 쉽지 않고 음식 담는데 경쟁입니다. 그리고 조식에서 특유의 향신료냄새납니다. 방에 먼지 엄청납니다. 움직이면 조명에 먼지가 떠다니는게 보여요. 시티뷰로 예약했는데 폐건물뷰입니다. 창문 한번도 안열었어요. 그냥 창문없는 객실이랑 마찬가지였습니다. 호흡기 안좋은 분들 절대 비추입니다. 또한 침대있는 곳이랑 샤워하는 곳 천장 높이가 달라요. 제가 묵은 객실만 그럴지도 모르지만, 천장 엄청 낮습니다. 키크신분들은 세면대쪽에서 만세하면 천장에 손이 닿습니다. 화장실, 샤워실에 곰팡이는 기본이고... 그리고 룸 청소 원하지 않아서 룸청소 신청 안하고 나갔는데 맘대로 와서 나름 청소?하고 갔더라구요. 귀중품을 두고 나오지 않아서 다행이지 만약 귀중품 놓고 나갔다면 어찌 되었을지 모르겠네요. 그냥 난 무조건 위치만 본다 하면 가세요. 위치 딱 하나만 좋습니다.

Convenient location.

Very near Ximending and ximen station

The rooms were not cleaned. the carpet floors are stained and are not vacuumed. The bidet of the toilet was not working despite us reporting it.

鄰近捷運站，非常方便

首先，Check-in的時候明明排隊等候中，到我們的時候就沒人安排，結果我們在空等，亦給別人插隊打尖。另外因第一次入住，不熟悉自助check-in程序，指引不足。其次，第二天首次早餐我們四人一起到餐廳，職員拍房卡說系統顯示我們已經有一個人入座，這是令人非常費解！

Good for location but bad for room service I would say. not for fussy travellers

Location is minutes walk away from the MRT station.

The make up room daily was not done to expectations. Our cups were not changed. Found a random t-shirt underneath the side table and bedsheets were not changed as we observed the same stain on the bedsheets.

I would go back again but hopefully with better pillows

I really liked the location and hotel overall. It was convenient and easy to get to and back. What else was good was the rooms were well sized.

The pillow are terrible for sleeping therefore did not get good sleep at all. the corridors and lift were warm and hot when I was there. while i recognize global warming... i was literally sweating just walking from the room to the lift and back. The food was great and exceptionally good, but it was like a war zone

Great location, late check in and early check out

Great location, right next to Xi Men area and train station so no problem getting food or go to places nearby

Late check in at 3pm and we had to check out at 11am !!! Rooms were relatively small compare to others. No smart tv so couldnt watch youtube !!

It is only good for the location.

The location is in the center of Ximen area, so it is very easy to find something to eat and good for strolling at the night market. The design of the hotel and the room is modern and comfortable.

The hectic during breakfast time. It is too crowded to find a seat. Plates and glasses are shortage during peak time. The floor and tables are very sticky in the restaurant. I have put the clean up sign for room cleaning, however, the housekeeper left the room dirty and does Not change towels for me. After the day when I came back at the room and found out. Then I went to tell the officer at the lobby. They just gave me new towels and said that the housekeeper was out of work, so no-one can clean the room. That night I have to stay in that room without cleaning.

Location is great, right near Ximending, convenient to travel around.

Housekeeping standards can be much better. Some of the rooms are quite close to each other, hence you can hear doors closing or alarm clocks going off.

Room was O.K., 3 star + quality for room, facilities 0 star! Not really for westerners!

Rooms are O.K. Great location, both near to MRT and Ximen shopping/entertainment district

This very large hotel has no facilities at all,, not even a front desk! Checkin/out by self service computer screen, and extremely unhelpful staff, even when the credit card machine is unusable as the instructions are only in Chinese! Also saw long queues for check in at some times of day. Only massive restaurant which was a scrum for breakfast (appeared to be hot pot/buffet at other times, I didn't try it). No western food choices at all. Seems popular with Chinese families, didn't see any other westerners there. Shower flooded the bathroom too!
