Do yourself a favour and stay at Kate’s Apartment in Kokkari when you visit Samos

This simple apartment is clean and comfortable with all the amenities you need for a great beach holiday, but you also get a multi million dollar view. Let the waves lull you to sleep and wake up to still water calling you for your first swim of the day! It is a short, flat stroll to many wonderful tavernas and shops, but at the quiet end so the bustle doesn’t interrupt your dreams. The owner and staff are great and went above and beyond to help us when we needed it.

Unbeatable price. Breathtaking views. Highly recommend

Phenomenal location close to everything you need (bus, shops, bars, restaurants, beaches), the view is beautiful overlooking Kokkari Beach. The room is traditionally decorated and very clean. Finally the host (owner maybe?) went above and beyond, helping us for hours with an personal emergency.

This is a fantastic place to stay in Samos. The apartment is very comfortable and has everything needed for a stay. Friendly and welcoming staff. Very nice place and would definitely recommend it! Thank you for a wonderful stay!🧡

Very basic accommodation

Close proximity to beach and restaurants. The balcony with view.

Very basic accommodation. Two vey long flight of stairs to reach the attic unit. There was no initial greeting from the proprietress, no helpful information etc. There’s no frying pan, spatula to even fry an egg and no microwave. Only greek tv channels. No full length mirror. Dated furniture.

Hidden gem

What's not too like? Absolutely perfect location and immaculately clean (2× per week). The guys who look after it are so friendly and helpful - nothing is too much trouble. Finally, the weekly delivery of homemade Loukoumades still warm was delightful xx

Only that we had to leave at the end of our holiday!

Ok place to stay, but you are on your own.

Very good location - directly across from beach. Room was very clean.

This is a truely self catering property. We speak both English and Greek - the host spoke neither. It is a bit odd that a propery located in Greece does not speak Greek. So, unless you speak the host's mystery language you cannot ask questions about the area, get directions back to the Port or Airport, or ask for advice on a good restaurant or place to swim. Fortunatly, the shop owners near the propery were friendly and did not mind us asking them questions. Shower does not drain so we we had to take our showers in standing water.

Kind hosting and super view

Kindness of host. They even offer you fresh home made snacks in the afternoon. There was a minor issue with the internet connection and it was immediately fixed. Location: close to bars, restaurants, and beach. I think this is a very good place for families, groups of friends and solo travellers. Rooms are large and well equipped. I stayed there for one week, but the apartments would be perfect for longer stay as well. The location is also perfect to reach the famous Lemonakia beach by feet. I appreciated also the great view, and the balcony arranged with table and chairs.

As already observed by several previous guests, the shower should be renovated: there's no alarm and the drainage is not properly working. Though that was not such a problem for me, I think it is really time for updating. As I said, you're very close to Lemonakia beach, and to main Kokkari beach also, it is a pity that -due to the conformation of the coast- the apartments don't have a private use beach as others have. By the way, I suppose other close studios aren't as large as Kate's,
