Excellent hôtel pour visiter Naples

L'emplacement est parfait, à quelques mètres du métro et du centre historique. Très propre avec un personnel accueillant et serviable. Les chambres sont exceptionnellement calmes la nuit. Petit déjeuner varié et de bonne qualité

A very pleasant stay in the heart of Naples!!

Enjoyable stay in the middle of Napoli

Location was close to a lot of things I wanted to do, and close to the metro. Had a barista that made the coffee you wanted for breakfast.

Elevator cost 50 cent per ride.

Good stay in a cool central location during the hottest week in 2023. Room did not match the picture though.

Central location, close to ferries, very nice tiny room, good bathroom, balcony, good air-condition. Breakfast was fine, The room was very silent, a big plus!

The room was much smaller than shown in the pictures, and NOT the room I look at in booking.com while writing this review. The elevator — I thought previous reviews were joking — really needs to be paid for.

Nice hotel in a good location in Naples.

The location is very covenient and the metro is just by the entrance. The room is good and it had a small balcony (not with a nice view, but enough to seat and chill).

The pay-per-ride elevator is truly surreal. It's not about the 50 cents you need to pay. It's about the concept itself. The hotel is located on a flat in an old building and can be challenging to find it at first.

Comfortable, in the middle of everything to see in Naples

Great location, 5 minutes walk from Beverello Harbour and Alibus station to the airport. The room and bathroom were perfectly clean. I stayed in a single room, which has plenty of space. Though i love italian breakfast just a cappucion and sweets I enjoyed very much the breakfast with eggs,joghurt cheese, ham, salami, fresh fruits and of course my favorite sfogliatella and other sweets.

Pleasant, surprising, comfortable and convenient

Location is excellent. Spotlessly clean. lot’s of space. Quiet, in a very busy area. Big surprise to find it so nice on the inside.

Better than expected.

We were received well by the owner who gave us all the information we asked for. The room was better than I expected. I t had the usual tea and coffee making facility plus a fridge with drinks in it. There was one armchair and a coffee table. The bed was memory foam type and very comfortable. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower (not one of the cubicles that are too small to move around in). It had modern WC, bidet and wash basin. The best bit was the sauna also in the bathroom. I would have given full marks except for the small step into the shower on which I banged my toe. Breakfast consisted of scrambled egg, bacon toast, hams, salami and cheese. Cereals, croissants and homemade cakes. Tea, coffee and fruit juices. The exterior of the place was being decorated but that did not bother us.

Perfect stay in Naples.

The staff at the reception was very helpful. There was a bad smell in my room coming probably from a drain issue and they gave me another room when they couldn’t solve it. The location is great : just a few steps away from the metro and not far from the city center and from Via Toledo.

Very good location close to the ferry and cruise terminal and metro Municipio

Very good location close to Molo Beverello (ferry and cruise terminal). Also located very close to Metro station Municipio. Good variety at the breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice bathrooms. The room had a terrace with chairs.

You have to book a time slot for the breakfast (maximum 30 minutes). The bed size is extra large, but the mattrasses need replacement.
