Beautiful apartment, great location!

We loved our stay at Appartamento sul Teatro San Carlo. It was a really cool apartment with lots of character, beautiful art. There was plenty of space for my family of five and the beds were very comfortable. Location was great with so many cafes, restaurants, and shops. Naples was having a horrible heat wave... so thankful for the air conditioning especially when sleeping at night. Stefano was an excellent host! We were very happy everything!

Excellent location, property and host!

The location, architecture, spacious rooms, wonderful balconies, beautiful ceilings and the fantastic host, Stefano! The host was so helpful and accommodating!

We had a wonderful weekend in this fabulous apartment, very well equipped & in a wonderful location

Excellent location, very comfortable apartment, beautiful old world furnishings, high ceilings and 3 window balconies looking out onto the square. Host kindly let us leave our luggage till 16.00 after checking out at 20.30am

We liked everything.

great location in nice building- part of the Galleria shopping mall. taxi rank at front door.

no hot water on second two days, toilet did not flush properly, couch uncomfortable, towels way too small. noisy at night but trade off for being so close to everything

Superb

What a stunning beautiful apartment. Placed in a historic building you have painting in the ceiling and big balcony doors which opens up to the very center of Napoli. Tons of restaurants and cafés nearby, and always a vibrant feel outside the front door. Some other reviews have mentioned noise from the street, but with big, heavy doors that you can close in front of the balconies, the street noise is cut of and you will have no problem sleeping throughout the night. The terrace is very cosy and we lived out there eating breakfast or relaxing after a day in Napoli. The apartment is truly quite unique, and our stay there was out of the ordinary

the location was perfect. I was with my two adult children. The apartment was roomy, beautiful and in the centre of Naples. Air conditioning allowed us to be very comfortable at the height of summer. Just wonderful

amazing stay and amazing staff

I love everything about it, it was in the Center of the city,the metro Was five minutes away from the apartment everything was so close department was clean and very big and the stuff was amazing one of our best stays

The only thing we didn’t like is there is a lot of homeless men in the entry of the building so sometimes at night it was uncomfortable to get back To the apartment

Spacious palazzo apartment bang in the middle of it all

The location was amazing - we knew it was central but didn’t realize it was part of Galleria building until we got there! In the centre of everything. The apartment itself was spotless, the kitchen well equipped, and the rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The classic decor was a treat! The staff were very accommodating when our flight was late.

The lift was a little confusing and sometimes needed 20c to work. Make sure you have coins!

Great Location and has everything you need for your stay!

Great Location to everything within Naples Central. Comfortable. Has everything you need for a stay. Had smart TV to relax to after day festivities. It was cold a couple days and the owner turned the heat up for us. Has Wi-fi. Great shower. Great communication. Elevator was great.

The only thing I can say is which is not a big deal was the towels worked but very small would be nice to have regular softer towels.

Exceptional

An exceptional location truly perfect for exploring Naples. Fantastic character (with windows looking straight from the terrace into the next door church!) and beautiful frescoed ceilings in two bedrooms downstairs. Lovely terrace - perfect for breakfast or an evening drink. What a stunning place!

Noisy at night (dolce vita!). The kitchen is rather clogged with old stuff and yet there are just a few plates and cheap Ikea knives and forks (we were staying with our two children and it was barely enough for the four of us). Bath towels are also below expectations.
