A parte la critica costruttiva su qualche punto da rivedere nella struttura il gestore è molto gentile e nell’area livin

Struttura sicuramente situata in un posto tranquillo essendo l’ultimo edificio in fondo ad una piccola strada , oltre il nulla se non campi coltivati, quindi la tranquillità la fa da padrone.

All’esterno non è valorizzata al massimo del suo potenziale che , secondo me , potrebbe essere molto più sfruttato

A good starting point for the Po delta exploration offering reasonable conditions.

The owner is very knowledgeable about the region, kind and ready to advise as well as to meet your wishes. The location is quiet, next to the impressive river, a very convenient base for the exploration of the region. You have at your disposal all you need for your stay including a large shared sitting room combined with a kitchen. Actually, you can enjoy your stay there even if not all things look perfect. Probably the best bargain in the region unless you stay in a hostel.

When travelling to the South or East of Europe you generally expect things would not be perfect and often they are not - as in the case of this property. You arrive at a partly finished building, the house and garden make the first impression of being abandoned long ago. The room for 3 persons is actually the small room for a couple plus an extra bed added. Location at the very end of the little city requires a 15-20 minute walk to the centre (that you might well enjoy).

Sweet like my grandma's house

Toni was really nice and we felt welcome at his place. We also liked the the decoration. It was a bit like staying and my grandmas place with all the different pillows and blankets patterned with flowers and hearts and flourish.

Good place to stay for a night.

We came pretty late and host met us in 5 mins. There was a kitchen with all that we needed.

Italian breakfast (coffee, bread and yogurt).
