Unique house in the middle of the tropical rainforest w/ rainforest animals coming around, lot of room inside and outside to chill and enjoy the sound.
City people have to get used to open windows and insects possibly coming in - we did not find any spiders or snakes inside or outside.

The hammock and outdoor deck
A bit of repair and maintenance was required. Doors didn’t close pipes in kitchen leak, mouldy smell.

The location in the middle of the forest is incredibly quiet and beautiful. The house is unique and beautiful with lots of light during the day. The patio is huge and really gives you the ability to soak in the beauty of the place. It's all incredibly quiet and beautiful. No mosquitos which is a plus.
The house needs some thorough cleaning. It was clean overall but with lots of dust particularly in harder to reach areas or areas that are not cleaned weekly (e.g behind the TV, on the handrail). I'm allergic to dust and I could feel it throughout the stay there. Fortunately we kept the house always open and it was manageable. The house is sparsely furnished with furniture that is very tired. Although we liked having very dim lights that don't disturb the natural environment, it would have been nice to have stronger lights in areas where you need it (e.g kitchen).

Beautiful, peaceful location. Great for visiting the area. Loved the deck with hammock, bean bags and outdoor dining. Appreciated Nathan popping by to check all was well. Kids liked the toys available.
House felt chilly in evenings and mornings. Would have liked an indoor dining table as well as the lovely big one outdoors. Shower didn’t get particularly hot. None of this would be an issue in summer but noticeable for our mid-winter stay

Everything!!!! It has a beautiful feel, was welcoming, relaxing, comfortable beds, good cooking facilities, hosts were helpful, awesome location and provided an awesome base to explore.
I would have made the hot water hotter if I could, but I am someone who likes my shower hot.

The position, set in the rainforest, was brilliant, and we were still quite close to the centre of Cape Trib (a 2 minute drive or 10/15 minute walk). Had everything we needed as far as TV, music system, BBQ, fans etc.
All good

The location and house was beautiful. Your own little slice of peace and quite while being so close to everything. The hosts were so lovely and helpful. We will be back for sure!
The hot water did take a while to come on (all part of the cape trib experience I’m sure!), unfortunately it just meant some of the dishes probably werent as clean as they could have been but this is only very minor feedback. Everything was amazing!

Beautiful house, garden and the steam running at the back. Loved the sound of the stream and the fruit trees around. Very close to Mason's swimming hole which is a must visit.
Single bathroom was a bit annoying since we had 4 adults and a 3 year old. But otherwise no complaints.
