Everything! Location, beauty of the environment, privacy, delicious fresh unusual fruit everyday, friendly helpful hosts, absolute perfection!

Great quiet location, easy walking distance to Cape Trib village and rain forest boardwalk. Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable owners. Fresh bowl of assorted tropical fruits grown on the farm for breakfast each morning.
Water pressure for the shower could have been a bit better, but that's quibbling. Everything else was perfect

Honestly we could not have been more impressed. The setting is astonishingly beautiful, the cabins are luxurious and the breakfast is delicious. We thought the bowl of fruit was supposed to last us two days so we were very pleasantly surprised when we got a whole new one the second day! Amazing value, would definitely go back.

Spectacular and generous tropical fruit basket, with Sam tracking down some mangosteen for me to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and we loved sitting on the deck under the fan reading in the afternoon and even watching the thunderstorm roll in on our second night. Sam and Merran were very helpful with places to see and called ahead to book us in. We even managed to see some elusive Cassowary (male + 2 chicks) based on their advice!

This is a very clean and comfortable cabin option in Cape Tribulation.
Great staff.
Great Location.
Really enjoyed the exotic fruit breakfasts.
The room was a bit small.

Great experience staying on a farm surrounded by all sorts of wildlife. Exotic fruit breakfast was great. Hosts were very friendly and helpful.
Limited Air-Con use, but understandable as farm is running on Solar Power and sustainable energy, which is very commendable.

Loved the serenity and not being in a motel room... And no television... Just us.
The hosts were so accommodating and very devoted to their guests and their farm. Their fresh breakfast fruit is of course brilliant and the place felt like home. Access to all you need... Food wise is a minute away.... However, the hosts would get it for you in a flash anyway. We thought a quick fishing trip to the beach would be nice but didn't have any gear... Moments later I had all the fishing gear I needed from the hosts and off we went through their access to the beach... The hosts also made us aware of their local issues like not swimming in the ocean... Just in case you like to be croc bait... But the beach and ocean is sweet. Thankfully we had a 4x4 car and we were able to cruise up Cooktown way and the hosts advised us of the places to stop at and navigating the track . All these little things just put the icing on our stay. We are definitely coming back...
Leaving... Would love to have stayed longer. It was such a nice experience for us and we got to pat their dogs....

The simple breakfast which included a good selection of exotic fruits was excellent. The location is quiet and peaceful. No internet or TV in the room so it is for those who want a peaceful break. Lovely property with good walks nearby.
everything was good.

the location, proximity to the shops and beach. the bowl of fruit and thermos of hot water each morning
more hanging space or hooks to hank clothes are needed

The environment was something totally different for us. We were also looked after brilliantly.
All good

The fruit breakfast was excellent and the host was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer questions about the different fruits or recommendations for activities/food
The shower temperature was difficult to regulate as the farm uses gas and natural pumps, and the WiFi was sporadic in the communal area and not available at all in the cabin.

Merran, Jeremy, and Sam made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of good suggestions for places to walk and swim. The cottage was comfortable and private. The fresh fruit breakfast was a great way to start the day. We had an amazing trip and hope we can stay here again in the future.

The place is such a haven and run by such lovely people. Loved the fruit every morning, it was such a treat. The cabins are just lovely and the property itself is stunning.
The only thing we would change about our stay at Cape Trib Farm is staying longer - it’s such a great place to unwind and is really central to all the places you’d want to explore in the Daintree..

Fresh exotic fruit for breakfast every morning - more than we could finish! So nice to taste fruits from around the world, as well as some familiar ones.
There is no kitchen or coffee facilities in the rooms but this is made up for with access to a full kitchen just a short walk away from the rooms, as well as surprise tea and coffee deliveries to your doorstep every morning which is a really nice touch. :)
