Hibátlan szállás, jó reggelivel, közel a sátálóutcához. :)

A reggeli szvédasztalos rendszerben működik, mindenki találhat kedvére való harapnivalót a bőséges választékból. A szobánk erkélye picit hangos volt, mivel a sétálóutcára nézett- de nem volt zavaró. Összességében jól éreztük magunkat, mindenkinek jó szívvel ajánlom.:)

Mieszane uczucia

Hotel, jak i pokój bardzo czysty i zadbany. Super lokalizacja, blisko Krupówek. Personel bardzo miły i pomocny. Na plus winda w obiekcie 👌 Śniadania na poddaszu to świetny pomysł, bardzo ładne widoki ;)

Brakuje dodatkowych atrakcji w hotelu, takich jak być może spa na wieczór. Aczkolwiek zawsze można wybrać inny hotel. Śniadania smaczne, chodź codziennie te same i nie duża ilość. Jedyne na ciepło podawana rzecz to parówki, więc trochę kiepsko. Podwoje łóżko okazało się dwoma pojedynczymi połączonymi razem, niezbyt wygodne połączenie do spania. Także posłanie łóżka nie było dla dwojga tylko dwa pojedyncze. Generalnie płacimy za lokalizacje i dość świeży hotel, ciężko szukać więcej plusów. Raczej nie wrócimy 🤔

Our stay at the apartment was fantastic! The breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, catering to everyone's tastes. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided a comfortable environment for our family. The highlight was the hot bath, which the kids loved. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we highly recommend this apartment to others!

Lovely and cosy hotel for a winter holiday in Zakopane.

The hotel was cosy and nice. Location was perfect. Breakfast was very good with fresh, authentic cuisine. Staff were very helpful.

Some rooms in the same price range are smaller than the others due to the design of the building.

Amazing stay with fantastic location

Location - very close to the town center. Staff was very friendly & helpful and we really enjoy our room.

Cleaning our room. One day it wasn’t cleaned & second day we had to remind the staff to clean our room and it wasn’t even very well cleaned.

Would recommend

Excellent location and price. We arrived an hour earlier than the check-in time, but our room was already ready, and we were able to immediately use it. After we checked out, we wanted to leave our bags for around 2.5 hours while we went exploring again, and they allowed us to store it in an area that needed a key card to enter! The front desk spoke English beautifully too!

My partner didn't like the "small" choice in breakfast, but honestly speaking, it's typical from what you'd expect of a small hotel in Europe.

Tokeletes, semmin nem valtoztatnék!!!

Kényelmes családra tervezett nyugalmas környezet, amiért mentünk azt megkaptuk! Csodálatos látvány és pihenés volt a cél amit meg kaptunk!!!!

Nincs olyan dolog ami nem tetszett!!!

Location was great. Lovely balcony sheltered from the rain. Breakfast was okay good pancakes

Had a couple of issues with safe. Reception sorted quickly. Batteries for remote controls needed replacing again sorted quickly.

Overall the stay was pleasant.

It’s very close to the downtown.

The bathroom/shower was covered by a curtain. I prefer an enclosed room.

Passable

The location is central and within walking distance from all the shops & restaurants. The rooms are nice & big.

The property is very average. Very few of the staff speak English, including the reception which make it difficult to communicate. The breakfast has very few, limited options. Overall it looks much better on the pictures than onsite.

Good hotel on the whole

The hotel is in an excellent location just off the main street and 5 mins walk from the bus station. The bedroom was big and spacious with balcony. Clean, comfortable and as much tea and coffee as you want available. Decent enough breakfast and you can request omelette, scrambled or fried eggs although there is no toaster to toast bread.

The shower was in need of servicing or replacing. Not the best. And the hairdryer kept cutting out as I was using it. We stayed for 3 nights and the room wasn't cleaned or tidied once. We had to request clean towels. A bit disappointing but it wouldn't put me off going back. Overall a great hotel.

Fantastic stay.

Property was clean and tidy, staff were professional and friendly. The room was of a high standard, breakfast was great. No issues at all and situated close to local amenities. Highly recommend Villa Nova.

The area, the receptionist was lovely and helpful, the vibe of the hotel and decor and modern but also fits in so well with being a skiing location in peak times

The pillows only a minor thing but they are way to thin for our liking other than that everything was amazing

Great location!

Great location, good breakfast, fairly modern.

Initially we were given a room that was smoked in and it had a smashed window( full height, large floor to ceiling window that was cracked in multiple places and moved when touched). Staff at the reception knew they gave us a room with a smashed glass and didn’t think it was necessary to mention it, so that was a bit shocking. We asked for a different room as it was not save for 2 year olds and they gave us another room. We stayed at the hotel for 4nights and rooms have not been cleaned during our stay. Did not expect room service daily, but usually you get at least one clean every 2-3days.

Amazing hotel with a great value!

Very beautiful apartment with amazing central location and free, reserved parking. Even though we went in winter time, the hotel was really, really warm and we could control the heat. Also, we liked the large shared terrace and breakfast was also really good with variety of selections! The scent they're using in whole hotel was perfect. 10/10 will definitely stay again!

The hotel in general was lovely, very warm and cosy vibe with wooden effects/finishes. The breakfast was fantastic and plenty of choices for everyone. My partner is celiac and the hotel made sure there are ample gluten free products - which was very helpful. I would definitely stay again.

The area and parking around the hotel was very icy, it didn’t seem like there were any efforts to throw any salt or grit down to improve the conditions, dangerous to drive and walk on, my car kept getting stuck - probably not an issue if you drive a 4x4. Also the bed wasn’t overly comfortable, it was fine however I expected a little better.
