The flat was really nice and clean, the host was very helpful and provided us with useful advice and recommendations about where to go to eat, beautiful spots to see and bus schedules. He also arranged transportation to the airport for us in the early morning.

Francesco is just the best! He's really helpful throughout our stay. He guided us on the best route and what to take for the bus, and he always made sure everything's okay so we were really grateful and comfortable.

Fantastic stay.

Away from the hustle and bustle of Amalfi, but spectacular views and a lovely village to explore. perfect start point to hike to Positano or Praiano on the Path of the Gods. The host Francesco was super helpful and available and made the stay so much better.

The host was really convenient, he nicely agrees on doing the check-in earlier. The property was clean with an amazing balcony. The host kindly left us some snacks, some shampoos, towels and so on. He also sent us the schedule for bus and boats which was really helpful. Francesco was an amazing host!

A pleasant stay in Agerola. Can’t wait to be back.

A BIG thank you to Francesco and his team for accomodating us so well at Casa Vacanza Pappacoda. A warm welcome greeted us, with radiators switched on for our first (and only!) chilly night. We enjoyed the clean, bright and well equipped apartment. If you don’t fancy sharing the bed then the sofa bed in the living room provides a very comfortable sleep. The balcony was a plus too. Responses to questions were patiently and helpfully replied to. We appreciated the people in San Lazzaro too; laid-back and friendly. Madame's was a favourite spot for drinks especially the Negroni. The supermarkets, bakery and pasticerria were excellent.

1.) Apartment is very nice , and have all the necessary stuffs which is required for a traveller. I will rate 10 out of 10 for Apartment 😊👌👍 2.) Host is very nice, he cares a lot for his guest. He helped us a lot and guided us everytime whenever we required any info about the nearby places,grocery etc. 10 out of 10 for the host.😊 Thank you for great hospitality , would love to visit again this place in future.

It is a great place to stay for an amazing holiday

Franceso's appartement is amazing. It has everything you need to have a pleasant stay, good beds, good shower, kitchen with stove, oven and big refridgerator. It also has these cute little balkonies on which you can have breakfast in the morning. The appartement was very neat and tidy upon arrival and during the week we received an new set of towels. When we arrived we found a big basket with goodies for breakfast and during the week we received another one of this richly filled basket. Franseco's service was absolutely amazing. He gave us a lot of tips and advice about transport, boattours, best places to go out for diner etc. He was at any time of the day available to answer any of our question. He sure made our stay was as pleasant as can be. What is also nice is that this place/village lies very central, you can easily reach the amalfi coast and Positano either by scooter or local bus. It is also a quite little village, not many tourists and the local cuisine is wonderful. And not to forget, the local people are very very friendly. So, if you ever want to go and visit the amalfi coast, this sure is the place to be.

Great Spot to Stay

I had great time at the balcony where you can see the mountains. The supermarket was just 100 m away and also some restaurant. it was at a good spot. Also there is a Bus stop nearby where you can get to Amalfi easily. The Host was so kind. He helped me to get to the accommodation and sending lots of Information about the Public transportation Timeline and always asked me is everything is alright.

An extraordinary accommodation in the middle between Pompeii and Amalfi/Positano coast. The village is situated on the top of the mountain pass and offers a wonderful panorama view. Who loves driving a car in mountain serpentines like me, will enjoy hundreds of them like in a rally. I still remember! Our apartment was spacious (living room with kitchen, bedroom, toilet with shower), equipped with a refrigerator with freezer, stove, oven, coffee maker, teapot, and all necessary utensils and cutlery. Plenty of durable pastries and coffee were prepared for breakfast, the others we bought in the village. The approach of Francesco - the operator of the pension - is absolutely amazing. He is still on the phone and will be happy to take care of everything, prepare a travel itinerary, recommend where to park (important!), where to go for food, how much time is needed for the trip to the airport (2 hours) etc. The only thing I recommend to future guests: Do not trust the navigation in the rental car (TomTom). He can't find the right address. Ask Francesco in advance for directions or GPS coordinates and you can reach the car parking in front of the door without stress. Pay attention to the sunbathing old nice doggies! We recommend it to everyone!

One of best host, real retrested nice view and fully equiped apartment, good for Hiking base

Francesco is the best host. Very helpful and considerated. My phone get stolen in Naples before I checked in. Francesco help me contact with tour and ask his friend to pick me up at train station, took me to resturant, print all my iteneray, and help me everything. He treat me like one of his family and make me feel so safe to stay. Apartment is clean and has so much space. The town is small but cozy, Good for people who would like to avoid the crowed in Amalfi, and who plan hiking "The Path of the Gods (or Sentiero degli Dei). It is only 20 mins away by bus to start. I feel real retrested.

Fabulous Appartment with everything you could need

A lovely Appartment in a great location above the madness of the coast with a great sea view. Lovely friendly village with everything you could want, including a real shoe/leather repair shop. The flat has a great balcony with seating area. Heating and air conditioning worked well. Good coffee. Parking on site. Walks to woods nearby. Good wifi

Loved every bit about this place The owner is too good, he was super supertive even before i arrived here and was helpful throughout even when i left the place after spending 2 nights. The place is super comfortable and clean and very close to the bus stop from where tou can easily go to amalfi or path of gods Breakfast was satisfying too Kitched had every thing a person can require I am definately gonna stay here again when ever ill visit agerola 👍🏼

Cosy, comfortable apartment. Good view. Very friendly host who helped us book a wonderful Amalfi experience! Good food. Overall wonderful stay :)

The location is a bit far from Amalfi so be prepared to have an hour's bumpy journey to and fro each time. Though the little town of Agerola is very nice and peaceful away from the hustle of the Amalfi city.

Very helpful and caring host (easy communication via WhatsApp), well equipped apartment, beautiful view at the mountains/sea, very clean and comfortable. The location felt safe. Supermarket, bus and restaurants close by. It's even more pretty than on the photos. I would come back any time!

Fantastic stay, and the credit goes to the host Francesco. Through all my travels across 25 countries, I have never met a host as kind, helpful and responsible as Francesco. Here is what happened. Due to some problem I wasn't able to collect my car rental, and Francesco knew I was travelling with my family and a lot of luggage. So he drove himself and picked me up from Pompei and drove us to his house. Thats about 45 kms each way He provided bus time tables, sat and explained to me how to plan the sightseeing and trip. He guided us on our plan start to end He brought in a huge basket of cakes, jam, cereals, milk, tea and honey which we couldnt finish during our stay. He kept touch with me all through my stay, and also arranged a car drop off to the Naples airport when we left. Francesco became like my family. The apartment is huge, spotlessly clean and with great views of mountains and sea. Grocery and basic necessities are available within 100 meters. The local San Lazarro Bus Square has restaurants and pubs, takeaway and butchery. Beds very cozy, AC/ Room Heater great, Kitchen nice too . Loved the stay
