An incredible value in a beautiful spot with a great restaurant.

The staff was great! The location perfect for me. The let me check in very early even though my room was not ready because I would be coming back very late that night. Also, they have a great Spanish-style breakfast either the best coffee I think I ever had.

Really enjoyed my stay at Saiaritz, highly recommend visit.

Really nice little hotel, with very beautiful and clean room. Lovely views to the mountains from the terrace. Very friendly owners and very welcoming. I had dinner in their restaurant and it was fabulous and very good value with great service with a smile. Lovely breakfast also the following day, you will not go hungry here🤣

the family are so nice. food was delicious. they were so nice to our kids. we even got free T-shirts from them.

Great option for your stay!

Friendly staff, great room and very clean. The restaurant nearby very convenient and good value for money. Quality food. Breakfast was superb!

The only “negative” thing for me was the bed. It was quite hard and a bit uncomfortable for me personally, but it’s totally subjective.

Perfect!

Spotlessly clean, modern contemporary hotel. High quality, high class fixtures and decor. Great restaurant/bar 1 minutes walk away run by the hotel owner. Friendly and welcoming hosts. 1.5 hours from Santander ferry.

Our SatNav took us into town and we had to use Google maps to get us out to the hotel.

A hidden gem in the countryside but close to Bilbao

This place is a hidden gem. The standard of the accommodation is very high and the scenary is amazing. But what really tops this place are the owners. They are genuinely decent people so willing to help out and very laid back. Evening food and breakfast is top class. Very handy for Bilbao. Would definitely stay again

Totally recommend to fellow travellers.

Everything. It far exceeded our expectations as a stopover on the way to Bilbao. Modern purpose built small hotel. The room had everything we needed. The views were amazing. French windows giving on to lovely small terrace. Windows were tilt and turn so could also be open at night. the owner and staff were lovely - nothing too much trouble. Would stay here again and again!!

Fabulous

Stunning accommodation, fabulous service and great food in the 'attached' restaurant - Ruperto. Staff went out of their way to help at every opportunity. A must visit. In these troubled times a real haven and exceptional value for money. One word of caution; if ordering food in the restaurant, the portions are enormous. Reminds of what's important in life.

That I was only staying one night, but I will be back !!

absolutely beautiful location with a super friendly , personal and helpful welcome. the hotel is also part of a very very nice and locally very well known restaurant where we enjoyed a really good and value for money dinner on arrival.

that we couldn’t stay longer. we will come back, we hope

Really great stay and close to Bilbao for the ferry. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

A delightful and honest family-run business in the Basque Country.

An immaculate new building with plenty of charm and very well proportioned. The beds were great, the room was clean, the bathroom generous and the shower hot! The views out across the valley were wonderful, and our hosts were some of the most convivial and enthusiastic we have met in some time. This is real hospitality in small town Spain.

There is very little to complain about at all.

You have to stay here!

What a find! This is a beautiful place to stay, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, stylish and stunning views. There is a restaurant at the property where we had a delicious evening meal and breakfast. The staff were very friendly, helpful & informative. We loved every minute of our stay.

Slightly tricky to find on our bikes but we got there in the end!
