The all inclusive rate represents fantastic value. Location is amazing, well placed for Guernica. Horses of superb standard. Room delightful and wonderful owners. Could not recommend highly enough.
Trip up the mountain a little tight, but fine

Warm welcome. Really comfortable spacious room. Beautiful views of the mountains. Horse riding is available and is a must! Highly recommend this place. Dinner, breakfast and drinks are available at the bar.
Owners are great but don’t speak English however the rider instructor does so you can get by. Used google translate lots. Apart from that is was really lovely.

The hosts were super friendly and available, we could bring our dog by paying a 10€ per day supplement. The meals available are not included but very hearty and juicy. The location is amazing, with many animals and nature around :)
We could only pay the extra either in cash or via Bizum, which is ok, but there is not much signal for that.

the place is fantastic. It's a wonderful, old property located in a hilly, green area. The region is amazing, covered with forrest and grass. But what makes this place unique is that is ALL about HORSES! if you like them, there is a beautiful riding stables, populated with horses and riders, dogs, and also a nice little bar that opens in the morning where you can have breakfast, rather simple, I must say, but enjoying a beautiful view and occasional riders passing by.
Out stay was particularly short, also because of a flight delay (a touch-and-go at Bilbao airport, plus a loooong waiting queue at the car rental booth.
I regret to say this because, as I said, the place was really fantastic, but the owner didn't let the key in and we spent more than an hour - arriving at about 1 am in the morning, as previously communicated - looking for the key to enter our room. After finding the entry door (not easy too) we found a paper notebook open on a desk with my surname and the name of our room, but the info was not very clear and understandable. However, no key of the door.
We looked everywhere for someone to ask for the key. We called the number supplied by Booking: nobody ever replied. At the end, out of desperation, my wife, that is way smarter than me :-) opened a door with a sign "not to enter", and found the room key in a closet. This was particularly unfortunate because after many delays with the flight we flown and driven there with our cat that was very nervous, lacking food, water and... a litter since the morning. At the end we could sleep only a few hours, even delaying our long drive planned for the day later.
As I said, I regret to make this complaint, because on the other side the place was really unique, and I would be pleased to get back there for a longer stay, but I cannot miss to write this complaint. With a bit of attention our one-night stay would have been remarkable. It has rather been very confusing. Maybe we have been just unlucky, but I strongly advice to improve the way the key is given to people, and to ensure that 1) the name of the room is clearly indicated and 2) install a keypad with code or something similar. We told a persona at the bar, but to be honest we received no apologies at all, and neither something like a free coffee.
I have to add that the place and in particular the entrance is not easy to find at night: there are no signs and is completely dark overnight. So, bring with you a torch and be ready for some additional delay once there.

Nice location if you enjoy the countryside and horses.
No WiFi and very poor mobile phone coverage. Very poor noise isolation between rooms

the residence is in a stunning location. It is a beautiful building with stunning views and the room was great. The food was very good ad excellent value for money and the staff were very helpful and accommodating.
There appears to be very little sound proofing in the building. We had a room directly over the dining room and could hear every voice in the room below. Whilst not a problem most of the time, when we wanted to go to sleep it was impossible. In the end, at 11.30 I had to go downstairs and ask the 5 French cyclists if they would reduce the noise. They kindly did so and went to bed themselves shortly after. Peace was short lived as a Spanish gentleman came into the hotel at about 11.45 speaking very loudly on his phone and, even after he went into his room, we could still clearly hear him on the phone.
We were however, at least not in the 2nd floor room with a glass walled shower visible onto the stairwell.

Facility was beautiful; lots of equestrian activity; rooms spacious; and drinks and meals were good although the menu, pricing and food service timing were not clear.
WiFi is available but the login details were not printed anywhere so it took some time to figure this out.

The amazing scenery and old style with a modern renovation of the hotel. The owner greeted us, great guy Pedro. Hello from Canada! Took a horse back trip in the morning after breakfast. What more can you ask for. Great place
Not much to say, you do have to drive in the mountains (but roads are modern), looks amazing during the day but at night just have to drive more careful. Great Place!

Fantastic location. Incredibly pet freindly. Our dog had a great time running around with all the other dogs with no need to worry about her. Staff are super freindly.
Some clearer instruction about what to do on arrival woudl help as we wondered around for a while trying to find the owner
