Je déconseille fortement

Logement propre La terrasse avec la vue sur la ville

L'emplacement dans la banlieue d'Olbia. L'immeuble délabré avec un tas de poubelles en bas Pas d'accueil du propriétaire. Le logement devait être prêt pour 16h. Nous l'appelons à notre arrivée et il nous dit que la femme de ménage va nous donner les clefs dans 5mn. Elle est arrivée 30mn après en nous disant de revenir dans 1heure car le logement n'était pas prêt Nous demandons au propriétaire par message où était le petit déjeuner et il nous répond qu'à cause du Covid il ne peut pas le proposer !!! La bonne blague !!! En revanche le prix n'a pas bougé !!! Le logement est très petit pour 4 La literie est horrible et il n'y a qu'une clim dans le salon donc nous avons été obligés de laisser la porte de la chambre ouverte.

I wouldn’t never book it again

The only good thing was an amazing view from terracy.

Although we have booked the apartment with breakfast included there was no breakfast at all! Not even tea or coffee available!! We have been charge for double service without any explanation! There was no private parking available, just possibility to park on the street. I do not recommend it.

Perfect price/quality appartment - Well located

Alessandro speak very well english .. useful when you are not italian Localisation (close to a supermarket, quite area, easy to find, 2 kms from Olbia downtown so can go by walking) The appartment itself

Not enough cooking equipment : I told it to Alessandro and for sure will complete

LOCATION POOR AND RUNDOWN

inside very clean

Dirty, rundown location Lots of litter in surrounding streets Entrance to flats stinks of cat urine No instruction on how to turn on cooker or turn hot water on. Had cold showers for 2 days and booked a return flight home early after not being able to cook any food until owner phoned us 4 days later with instructions. No toaster or microwave. COST US OVER £200 to go home early. Booking.com should be ashamed of themselves for listing this property.

False Advertising - Avoid

Great view from a nice balcony. Parking is available in a gated zone.

Very small apartment. The apartment is not 40m2 as advertised but approximately 28m2 as measured by us with a tape. It felt very cramped with 4 people. The sofa bed, when pulled out, overlaps with the main exit, making it a health & safety hazard (see picture attached to review). The beds are advertised as over 2m long, this is also not true as they measure 1.9m. Both mattresses were uncomfortable. There weren't enough toiletries provided for 4 people for 2 nights (only 4 sachets of shower gel/shampoo). The shower drain was initially blocked but thankfully the host provided us with a drain cleaner the following day. The toilet made very loud noises after flushing. There was only one AC unit for the whole apartment, located in the living room. This meant that the 1 bedroom got very warm at night if you shut the door. You therefore had to choose between privacy and staying cool at night. The breakfast is far from a buffet breakfast, as described by the host. It was abysmal. The croissants were the cheapest you can find in a supermarket, full of preservatives and very dry. The range of condiments was very limited and they were of very low quality. The host provided the breakfast products for both days on the 1st morning and so there was no fresh bread for the 2nd breakfast of our 2 day stay. In the kitchen there was no washing up liquid and no tea towel. The apartment is too far from the city centre of Olbia to walk, so we would recommend having a car if you plan to stay here. I would avoid staying here for the current price, especially if you are planning to stay as a group of 4. Very disappointed with the apartment and felt cheated because of the false advertising.
