Just so so . The facility should repair the water pump to see whether there is any solution

great location near the lake and the teeth temple with 3 minutes walking distance. Beautiful buildings with nice staff.

The noise the pump water is surrounding the room. This is a big problem.

One of the best hotels

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed in! room was really comfortable & very nice, Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner was great! Restaurant had a good variety's, Friendly staff, View of the lake is Amazing, everything is great.

if you are looking for a good view of the lake the suites have the best view.!

Convenient place to visit the Kandy palace of sacred tooth relic it's only a walking distance from the hotel and We were really impressed with the amazing service of the staff who were responsible and friendly.

Only drawback is the parking.

This is the 2nd time I went to this hotel . staff is very friendly and hotel is located very near to Temple of the tooth (Dalada Maligava)

Ver disappointing stay.

The staff tried to do their best but nothing corresponded to the supposed standards of the hotel. Good location though, 10 minutes walk from the temple of the tooth.

The room wasn't clean ( dust) and the bed sheets, towels and pillows were full of yellow stains. Noisy hotel in general, plus some people took a room to make a party and WE really had to insist to get the staff go UP and say something. We gave our laundry and got it back quick but still wet! Very expensive hotel.

Highly recommend, if you are planning to visit Kandy

The location is very convenient. Close proximity to many touristic attractions in Kandy. Delicious food with variety. The milk rice and banana bread a must try. The staff, Mr. Wasantha, Palitha and Nevile went out of their way to make our stay a pleasant experience

May be ensure the no lights leaking into the room (from the corridor or from outside once the curtains are closed). As a person who likes to sleep in total darkness, that matters. It's something easily fixable though, not a huge complaint.

Great location nearby Kandy city centre and Temple of the Tooth. Very helpful staff. Fully equipped room and bathroom with an amazing view on Kandy Lake.

The property is beautiful. i stayed in the room with the balcony overlooking the lake and it was incredible. The room is so cute, with the most comfortable bed! all the staff are so kind, welcoming and helpful. The food in the restaurant downstairs is also delicious! I had French toast and fruits. Everyone working there is so unbelievably kind. I fell unwell during my trip and had to go to hospital, and they even came to visit and give their well wishes with a food parcel. Will definitely stay again next time I am in Sri Lanka
