It was a nice short stay, but will not recommend for long ones

It was nice and clean.

The WC is outdoors (though it is nice and clean), however not very comfortable to get there at night

В объекте размещения есть все удобства для проживания, если чего-то нет, то можно попросить договорятся с хозяином. Если мы рассматриваем объект, как бюджетный вариант, то отличное соотношение цена-качество. У хозяина имеются ещё гостевые дома, а также номера комфорт плюс за абсолютно адекватный прайс. Расположение в шаговой доступности от центра. Доброжелательное адекватное отношение ко всем гостям, качественный ответственный подход к гостиничному делу (номера: чисты, охраняются, убираются, готовятся, легко прогреваются электробатареей), теплый прием! Наш опыт проживания в данном гест хаусе запомнится навсегда, также как знакомство с его хозяином, который помогал нам весь период проживания и ни раз выручал!

The best in Armenia.

Communication was ease in English and Russian. The owners pay absolute attention to your satisfaction. The garden with a great seating area. Toilet and shower clean. The possibility to wash your things was absolutely great. Kitchen available. Separate entrance. Internet works great. Proximity to the center. Parking in front of the house with camera surveillance. I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone.

Superb

Very friendly host. Clean and comfortable rooms and shared bathroom. Easy to walk into the centre of town ( 15 mins). Very much enjoyed our stay at the guesthouse.

Perfect stay

The location is perfect, the common areas are super spacious and there is a lot of place to play hide and seek if you are travelling with a child 😂 you can buy some snacks and drinks, everything works on the trust system so you can take whatever you need and leave the money Grach is a very hospitable host, he has a true Armenian soul, I recommend staying here.

Grach (the owner) is very friendly, hospital and humourous person. The location is very convinient. The room is small but it has everything. The hotel has a kitchen with all the facilities.

Exceptional

The welcoming impression of this place was memorable. My room was very clean. The room was provided with a towel, a toothbrush, a soap, a little shampoo, a hair dryer, a small table, a chair, a cabinet with some shelves, and also a TV. The shared kitchen and yard was well furnished and relaxing. I just loved this place. Also they have some bicycles that you can take for free to explore. The weather was still cold but the room temperature was great and could be changed thanks to the electrical heater.

Wonderful Place!

Not only an amazing place to stay all around, but I couldn't imagine a better place in Gyumri. I'm always hesitant about guesthouses (versus hotels), but this one was excellent!

A touching journey

Hrach is an exceptional person, very sensitive, welcoming who loves his work and give it all his attention. We were very touched by his generosity and his love for his family and the work that he is doing to keep the spirit of his ancestors alive and remembered from every person that visit his house.

The owner of the Hostel was extremly nice. He brought me an important card which i forgot in the room. He went to the railway station for that. I will send him à post card and toffees for the New year. Thank you so much!

Welcoming, clean and comfortable - perfect place to stay in Gyumri!

The Guesthouse was perfect! The owner greeted us and let us store our bags (we were early) until our room was ready. He was kind and welcoming. The room was spacious, comfortable and clean. We got a wonderful night sleep and enjoyed some coffee in the morning in the kitchen/common room. We were also able to leave our bags after we checked out because we had some time to wander around town before our transportation came. The house is located just a short, easy walking distance to downtown. We wish we could have stayed longer!

You feel like home, the hosts are extremely nice and the rooms are really cozy. You have a nice sunny garden to sit in and the atmosphere directly makes you feel comfortable within seconds.

a stylish, modern, clean option in Gyumri, great value

unbelievably clean, spacious room, very nice bed, manager very friendly, nice modern decor, quiet, secure

a bit of a walk from the center of town but not too far. however, very conveniently located for the train station shower area in bathroom not separate from rest of bathroom, so entire bathroom floor gets wet after a shower would be nice to have a small fridge in the room, but there’s one available to guests downstairs in the kitchen so that’s almost as good

A nice stay in a lovely city Gyumri!

It was even better than i expected.

The Host Gagik was super friendly and helpful. He was there every time i needed him. My room and bathroom were super clean. And location is nice too, as it is right on the way from the railway station to the city centre.
