Superb

I liked the facilities inside the hotel , the staff upgrade our room to suit and it was a great suit with a great view thanks Mr Rami and Mr Bishoy, The restaurant was great specially Arabic about Italian restaurants thanks Mr Maged. Inside hotel you feel relax , feel comfortable and always welcome. It was a great relax time and will repeat it again very soon.

The beach wasn't fully sand, most of the beach has stones you should wear sea shoes .

I really recommend this resort

* Everything was more than expected. * The rooms were clean, comfortable and cozy. * The room service guys were very responsive especially Mustafa and Ahmed. * The food was good and tasty. * The swimming pools and the aqua park were good and clean. * The staff was friendly and helpful especially Dalia from customer support. She did her best to make us feel comfortable and happy even before we arrived at the hotel. She was with us until we checked out. She was so professional and dedicated. * Thanks to Mr. Maher the reservation manager and Mr. Rami and Ahmad from reception. All the staff at the different restaurants were polite, hard working and respectful Definitely I’ll come back to this hotel.

Nice view from balcony, spacious rooms There is a nice reef in front of the Beach. Beautiful garden.

The hotel was overcrowded, i know it was hard to manage. The stuff worked so hard, but guests didn't care for cleanliness, they threw everything away, in restaurant and in the pool area also. Maybe it could be better to put garbage can between every sunbeds. The children were running around and shouted on corridors till at 2 am. We couldn't sleep because of them so we were very tired every morning (we went with a 7 years old child, but She tried to sleep at night). I know it is not the hotel management's fault but maybe need a house role. In restaurant it was difficult to find table and cutlery, because we got only one fork and one knife, so We had to find the stuff to ask one more fork if we didn't want to use the same fork for meat and desserts. Guests don't keep the queue at all and nobody cares about it. So I think this hotel needs a better organization. Finally, the evening entertainment or "show" was poor. WiFi is poor also, mainly in the rooms. I'm sorry but this is our opinion.

Excellent for families with kids... Will visit again

- Aqua park is amazing for children and adults. - Buffet is delicious with lots of varieties. - Animation team is very amusing for kids. - The whole place is super clean.

- Rocky beach and muddy seabed. - Internet should be available for free.

Good value hotel - 10/10 reviews are not always genuine

Great location, aqua park facilities for all ages, the food was most of the time very tasty - we loved the Egyptian “specialties”, lovely and friendly animator team, plenty of loungers/cabanas around the beach and pool, live music on certain days at dinner really made our evening special

Upon arrival there seemed to be a “problem” with my (Egyptian) husband’s IDs as they were all in English, not in Arabic. The receptionists after around 15 mins apologised for the issue and offered us an “upgraded”room. We originally booked a sea view family room but the upgrade was a ground floor family suite. We were allowed to choose which room we wanted but the sea view room was on a corridor where they were redecorating most of the rooms (drilling, painting, ladder on the corridor just like a building site) just opposite and next to the one they offered to us so we accepted the ground floor suite with no view and a lot darker rooms. It was a bit weird start of our holiday, i would have probably complained if we were offered only that sea view room because they should not accommodate guests where construction workers do their job throughout the day next door. When our holiday came to its end, i went to the reception to hand back the door key cards and one of the receptionists (who was making an issue about my husband’s IDs at the beginning) asked me to sit down with him in the lobby and write a 10/10 review on to Booking!!! Excuse me? I was in shock but he kept asking me to sit down with him and write at least a 9/10 review. I was absolutely fuming, i understood then why this hotel has so many brief, almost identical 10/10 reviews, these are probably dictated to the guests…We have stayed in Hurghada at least in 15+ different hotels and all i can say this is a good value hotel with great facilities but with a maximum 8,5/10 rating compared to other hotels in this city. The receptionists make the first and last impression about the hotel for the guests, please give them a proper training on customer service skills, at the moment it’s 1/10 on my scale. Apart from this experience, the hotel staff and animation team were great and made us forget about the negatives.

I absolutely loved the Lagoon.

A perfect get away. The hotel is on a great spot of the coast line. It had a lagoon at the hotel where you can swim with very quiet beach, no waves or tides, perfect for kids and extremely tranquile for adults. Pool was heated, staff were very friendly and nice. Rooms and pools were very clean. The aqua park was amazing. I loved the place so as my kid. I would definitely undoubtfully book at Gravity Hurghada again & again.

Animation team was fun and creative. They had a wonderful color festival on 2nd day, but only adults held the colors, kids wanted to join throwing colors at each other. Every night after dinner, there were stage shows next to the kid activities which were joyful & playful. Overall they were amusing, but there is always room for improvement.

Very friendly and proffesional staff. Very helpful anywhere and at any time. Our room was perfect and the sea view was spectacular. We had a lot of fun with our 18 months old baby and looking forward to our next visit here!

Everywhere is clean, the rooms are cleaned well, everything you need is there. we really enjoyed our stay, thank you! Special thanks to reception and Ramy they did the best for our vacation

Don’t recommend this hotel

Despite the evident low number of Reception staff, host receptionist was nice and trying to be helpful as possible.

Hygiene at restaurant. Cleanliness of room bathroom. Number of hotel residents was exceeding capacity. There were bugs and insects inside the pool. There were’t enough towels for a double bedroom. Beds were only having mattress protectors without sheets.
