Repos et calme assuré

Superbe séjour à l’extérieur de la ville. Seulement 5-10 minutes en Grab jusqu’au centre-ville d’Ubud. Situation géographique calme, personnel aux petits soins, tout était parfait!

Would go back but not until the constitution job is finished next door

Nice staff and they provide transport to city centre

There is a new construction site right next door, the workers are there 7 days a week from 7am to 6pm or even later making construction noise , smoking right next to our villa wall and lots of dust blowing over the fence

I love the location of this place. Staff are very friendly, attentive and helpful.

I like that there are options for vegetarian/vegan food provided in the menu. Food was delicious and nicely presented. Rooms are very clean and comfortable. I appreciate that they did the daily turn down services and mosquito spray was being provided. Pool was well maintained and cleaned everyday.

I would love to have more hanging hooks in the bathroom for guests to hang their clothes. A writing desk and an armchair in the bedroom will make this property a perfect place. Last but not least, the wall plugs should be upgraded with USB port for gadgets and luagage rack in each room will be a plus point to the villa.

The Rooms were very spacious and the property is surrounded by lots of greenery and is very quite. A perfect place to relax. Hot & Cold water was available around the clock. In house food menu was very good and very delicious.

The quality and presentation of the food at Breakfast/Lunch/Dinner was excellent. The staff was very humble and caring and very forthcoming with suggestions to make the stay more comfortable and enjoyable. Property is surrounded by rice fields and many small restaurants all around

They upgraded us from 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom villa. It was amazing, so quiet, pool was awesome. Highly recommend. Staff were attentive, and looked after us so well.

Great staff and food

Great staff with very personal and lovely service Good food, we ended up eating dinner in most nights.

The street is very dark with no light at all. We went out for dinner very near by and found the street so dangerous to walk back, especially with kids/ elderly. No hot water in wash basin

Exceptional

I can't imagine there is a better villa near Ubud. We chose this one because it was just 5 minutes outside of the hustle and noise of central Ubud, so it was a peaceful oasis, yet very close to town. The staff...especially Dody and Wayan were so gracious and helpful. The villa is spotless, spacious, and very private. The breakfast and other meals were very good, they arranged a wonderful driver for our excursions. We loved this place!

Excellent villas and great hospitality

The best staff ever !! Most helpful, humble and courteous staff who attended to our every request. Budi, Dudi, Ayu, Dayu, Komang, Niti and the housekeeping staff are an asset to Sativa villas and we look forward to meeting them again. The food is great to and good value for money. The location is excellent and very close to the city centre. The staff are happy to arrange taxis whenever you need them and also run free shuttle services to the city centre several times a day.

Kids first visit to bali

Pool, but water very cold. Villa is spacious. Hot water tap can be improved. Staff was always smiling and welcoming. Free shuttle to Ubud market.

I would do it again!

It was a pleasant stay. The staff were excellent with the kids and they made sure that we as a family were having a good time. The villa was well maintained and comfortable.

A full length mirror was missing. A few pool toys for kids. the villa was slightly away from the town center - there are pros and cons for this, But overall the location is fine for what it offers.

A beautiful, quiet, relaxing stay supported by very kind and helpful staff.

The staff was very helpful, polite, and welcoming. The space was very large and comfortable. The breakfasts were served promptly and were very delicious. The atmosphere was peaceful.

At times the WiFi did not work. As an elderly person with problems with mobility, I did have difficulty going up and down the stairs, but it would be no problem for a younger person.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sativa Villas!

The employees of the Sativa Villas were exceptionally helpful and kind. I would like to mention Dodhy, Budi and Komang but also all the others were great. They really do their best to help the guests in every way they can. We really enjoyed our stay and we would strongly recommend this structure if you plan to stay in Bali and in particular in Ubud. You can find many restaurants at walking distance in case you want to eat outside, but also the structure offers special dinners as well as a la carte lunches/dinners which we enjoyed a lot as well. The villas are very nice, well designed and super comfortable each one with its own private pool. We would love to come back one day.

There is nothing we did not like to be honest. The structure is at 3 km from Ubud city centre so not walking distance but they do offer a shuttle service multiple times a day. The positive side of the location is that it is away from Ubud centre which is always very busy and noisy.

great place in ubud a bit farther from the main center, high quality, peaceful and quiet

very beautiful villa right next to a rice paddy field. great bedrooms and expansive bathrooms. open concept living room was very enjoyable, as was pool. wonderful breakfast options included with stay.

a bit remote (didn’t bother us too much as we had a car) but if you want something in the center if ubud you should look elsewhere

A great place to stay with family and friends, with privacy

The property is beautiful, a little out of town, amongst rice fields, our villa was great, a comfortable space, the manager Komang, and the staff were so friendly and helpful, I learnt a little about Bali culture from Komang. Shuttle service into town is very convenient, breakfast and afternoon tea delivered to our villa. We really enjoyed our time there.

Our villa was situated next to the road, although this was not a problem, ideally, all the villas would be further away from the road.

water and Internet shut down at 3am and tried to call reception but no one available. security guard came but he didn’t have any idea how to fix. later in the morning still no water and Internet (WiFi). Services restored around 9.30am and it was too late for me to checkout already. Staff apologised

a beautiful place to stay and we can’t recommend highly enough

beautiful property and lovely rooms. beds are super comfy. very spacious layout and well looked after. best bit however are the people. they made our stay very special!

it was a fair way out of town but which was both good and bad. it was made up for by the free shuttle bus however. about 15 mins into town.
