Amazing villa with exceptional service

I seldom write reviews, but my experience at Aria Villas was so exceptional I feel compelled to! Firstly, the villa looks exactly like on the photos - the private pool & garden are beautiful, the villa itself is modern, clean and spacious (it was myself & 2 children aged 7&9, but we could easily have been another adult there) and the outdoor shower and bath were stunning. The breakfast was huge and delicious - ordered the evening before, and delivered to the villa at exactly the agreed time. The location is great too - just a 10min walk to the main area of Ubud. The road leading to the villa has no pavements and holes everywhere, so I would be careful with a pram or elderly, but my 2 children and I managed fine. What really made the stay was the staff! They were so accommodating with arranging excursions, transportation, suggesting activities and places to eat (ALL their recommendations were spot on). I honestly cannot say enough good things about this place! Thank you so much for making our stay perfect!

Nothing really, but if you want 24/7 room service and/or lunch & dinner service, this place does not provide it. None the less, plenty of places to eat nearby and you can also get Grab delivery.

Absolutely brilliant stay, we loved every bit of it, the staff are superb and the views are beautiful

Very nicely maintained group of 7-8 villas. Modern, clean, bright, cool and gorgeous views every villa has a lovely view and nice cold pool. The staff are exceptionally friendly. Check in process was smooth and they have a hands on what’s app support if you need anything. They also provide free bicycles. Breakfast is superb!!!

Little suggestion would be to provide hand wash near the bathroom sinks and non slip mat for the shower.

overall ok, nice in room massage, service is very good, can WhatsApp on requests. mbr is nice, bf served timely in the v

living room is spacious and clean.. can setup 3 massage beds..

the other 2 rooms seems older and doesn’t have sufficient amenities - kettle, hair dryer, conditioner, tissue (like in master bedroom) quite inconvenient to have 2 rooms down the stairs especially when the stairs gets quite dark by evening. otherwise, the 2 rooms have privacy. other 2 rooms quite small..

Amazing Four Day Stay

This is an excellent place to stay just off the main track in Ubud which means although it's a 10 minute walk to the strip it is far enough away to be really peaceful. It really is as beautiful as in the photos and breakfasts are served direct to your room. The staff are absolutely lovely and great at service nothing is too much trouble. TIP: if you need a taxi or want to order some food or drink in I found it best to use the Grab app which is super cheap and speedy. Highly recommend Aria Villas for your stay

the perfect villa to stay in Ubud

staff were lovely, Villa was clean and spacious. pool was clean and it was a really lovely retreat in the middle of Ubud. great location walking distance to everything

breakfast could’ve been a little bit better but loved how they brought it to you, set it up and offered it as a floating breakfast so can’t complain :)

Beautiful Villa, Impeccable service.

It is modern, beautiful and reasonably clean (given its a villa one must expect some insects, etc) and comfortable. All three rooms are air-conditioned. The outdoor dining area is airy and comfortable and we spent many happy hours dining and gathering there. The villa serves a good and generous spread of healthy breakfast. The pancakes are fluffy and yummy. And so are the granola and overnight oat. we find the western breakfast better than the local dishes. The villa is within walking distance to the hub and is safe and secure. The service crew is amazing. Super prompt to respond and we like the ability to communicate with them via watsapp wherever we are!

The master bedroom is large and spacious but the two remaining rooms are pretty small with limited luggage space. it is a two storey villa with the master bedroom on the upper level and two other rooms on the lower level. So will not be suitable for those with mobility issues.

everything was perfect! The staff was extremely friendly and always there for us if we ever needed something. The Villa was clean and even more beautiful than in the pictures. it’s also very close to the center of Ubud so everything was just perfect! If we ever stay in Ubud again then definitely at Aria.
