perfect location- value for money

The hosts very kind and helpful. We arrived there after midnight, between 1-2 am. As B&b's generally do not have a 24 hours reception services, we asked them if they could confirm our estimated time of arrival and they did, which is much appreciated from our side. The location was perfect- 15 minutes walk from main train station, approximately 10 minutes from Marina (port) and 3-5 minutes to bus stations. The B&B locates in the center, which means main shops restaurants etc. is very close to the location. We took buses to Vietri Sul Mare several times and the journey just took 10 minutes by bus. We did not visits any beaches in Salerno as we had concerns after reading reviews about cleanness. Instead, we went to a public beach in Vietri and liked it. Bar Nettuno and Pizzeria di Michele is very close to the B&b. There is a cute square nearby as well, we enjoyed having lunch at there. Internet connection was not bad. We had some trouble with uploading, but download speed was satisfactory.

The bathroom was a bit small. The room in general was small as well, but considering the price and the fact that we only slept at the room, this is a minor issue. The bed was a bit uncomfortable. Maybe they can upgrade it in the future.

Exceptional

The room is very clean and spacious, many towels are provided and cleaning service on the daily. Its located at the very heart of salerno, few minutes walk from everything you need, restaurants and cafes right in front of the building. Rosario is very friendly and helpful, an exceptional host! The best place to stay in Salerno!

This place is centrally located in a beautiful old building. Lots of nice restaurants and shops around. The bus to Amalfi coast is right around the corner. Rosario the host was kind and very helpful. Thanks for everything

Superb

It’s affordable despite the location being very touristic The location (near to the beach and good restaurants). It’s also near to the port where ferries can be taken to travel to Amalfi and Positano Cleanliness is top notch. The staff is amazing, sweet and of course helpful I received great help with directions to reach the place and on my last day, after check out, I got to keep my stuffs there and go for sight seeing It was overall more than what I needed and I will surely come there again next year. Many thanks❤️

great stay

The owner Rosario has dedicated cleaning every day at noon. Rosario is really generous and welcoming. We were guided from the square to the property and walked through the property throughly. We immediately noticed how safe and quiet it was. More importantly it is comfortable and clean, we had fresh towels and the bed was spacious

Superb

The B&B has a wonderful location in the centre of Salerno old town. It is close to all sightseengs, We also appreciated a lot its closeness to the sea front. The owner was very friendly and responsive to our needs. It was a great New Year experience and we may come again soon.

The room was big enough for 2 people

The shower was broken. A small amount of water was coming out from the shower and hot water was very unstable. I almost took a shower with cold water. There was mold in the shower and no shampoo.

Great location in Salerno!

Beautiful apartment in a historical building, location is top notch right in the heart of the old town, 13 min on foot from the train station and 10 min from Porto Masucio our gateway for Amalfi coast! To my surprise there is a pizzeria da Michele right in front of the building! Also cafe Lalù is a great spot for breakfast/ cofee break. Altoghether a great experience, thank you Rosario for being such a great host!

Great location but needs refreshing

Location is great, very central and you go out to a very lively piazza with coffee shops, bars and restaurants. we were given the family room which was basically two rooms, it was spacious and we had a mini fridge in between which was great to have cold water and some fresh fruit for our day trips. Also host seemed to be a very nice guy.

The sheet had marks on it and a hole :( there was a sofa in one of the rooms looking very dirty with lots of marks on it. Just didn’t feel clean at all. The bathroom smells of damp and there was some left over shampoo packaging on the shower floor when we checked in. Water has no pressure so it takes ages to have a shower, also it is either boiling hot or cold.

Heartwarming stay in the heart of Salerno.

The location is perfect, right in the heart of Salerno. Rooms are a lot bigger than expected and very well equipped. Extremely lovely staff made me instantly feel welcomed and they passionately made sure my stay was absolutely wonderful! Big thank you and even bigger recommendation!

Wifi only functioned properly in one of the rooms but that was a very minor setback compared to everything else.

Ideal location for Salerno/Amalfi coast stay. The host, Rosario was one of the best that we’ve ever had.

The location of the b&b was ideal and the host, Rosario made us feel like we were at home. The breakfast provided in the cafe below was fantastic and everyone was very nice. Additionally, we stumbled across a beautiful boutique with nice clothes and shoes and it turned out to be Rosario’s and he went the extra effort to deliver our purchases directly to our room so we wouldn’t have to carry it all day.

The air conditioning was too noisy however, when we notified Rosario about the issue, he immediately provided us a fan and changed our room the very next day.

Very good

Host was super nice: very welcoming and willing to accommodate our special requests, we felt at home. The location is spectacular, super central. If you have a car the host has a partnership with a nearby garage at a competitive price. The place was spotless clean, bed was comfortable, rooms were quiet despite the central location. We managed to get a good night's sleep. Great value, totally recommended.

Aircon was a bit noisy but did the job.

Amazing location, and the most helpful host ever! So kind and cheery with loads of recommendations for restaurants and ice cream! Rosario was the best thing about staying here! Amazing location for fantastic restaurants. So central but in a quiet courtyard with a lift and lots of space. Good recommendation for families and moderate budget travellers

Superb

The room was bigger then we expected! We had a lot of space and it looked very nice. Everything felt comfortable. Rosario was a great host who made us feel very welcome. He could tell us what to do in the surroundings and we could always text for more questions. He responded very fast. Also the location was perfect. We were in the middle of the city, but it wasn’t noisy at all when we wanted to sleep.

Nothing really. The only thing I can think of is the shower head. The water didn’t come out of all the holes, so it didn’t run that smoothly.
