Nice cozy house!

Everything was very clean and it was nice to have a fully equipped kitchen including an oven. The hosts were very friendly and even met us at the nearby main street to show us where we could park for free. The bed was very comfortable. We particularly liked that there was a washing machine in the bathroom (with free detergent), so we were able to do some laundry.

The hosts did not reach out to us about the key pickup/check-in procedure prior to our arrival, so I had to call them on the morning of to confirm whether we could actually check in that day. Everything went smoothly afterward though, so not a big deal. It was also quite cold in the house (we stayed here in March); luckily there was a space heater to warm us up.

Przemiła obsługa - Remigia i Angelo to świetni gospodarze, chętni do pomocy i bardzo kontaktowi. Dobra, cicha lokalizacja do zwiedzenia Modica. Dużo udogodnień - suszarka, deska do prasowania, żelazko, ekspres do kawy, duży prysznic, pralka, dwa telewizory, klimatyzacja.

Łóżko mogłoby być wygodniejsze.

Stuttura meravigliosa, dotata di tutti i confort, a due passi dal centro, Remigia persona stupenda, accogliente, gentile, ci ha dato tutte le indicazioni per trascorrere al meglio la giornata.

Struttura moderna e bellissima, ristrutturata da poco. È situata al centro della città, quindi facile da muoversi a piedi. Lo staff è molto accogliente e pronto ad ogni esigenza. Remigia, la proprietaria, è una persona davvero dolce e disponibile in tutto. Torneremo sicuramente! Stra consigliato… alla prossima.

Centralissima, proprietario top!

Posizione centralissima, proprietario molto disponibile, ci ha anche riservato un parcheggio. La struttura è nuova ed è pulitissima.

L'acqua calda non è stata sufficiente per 4 docce (2 e mezza). Il contesto non è bello: anche una bombola del gas a due metri dalla porta. Piccole cose migliorabili.

Bellissima e accogliente struttura

La struttura è molto bella, nuova, comoda e pulita. Ci siamo trovati benissimo e ci è dispiaciuto di dover alloggiare solo per una notte.

L'unica pecca la mancanza di un appendiabiti. Al piano rialzato c'è l'armadio ma per questione di comodità e velocità abbiamo lasciato i giubbotti nelle sedie del piano inferiore.

Very cosy authentic place to stay

Beautiful, very cosy place! Loved the interior, feels very authentic Sicilian! Good location, very nice host. Fully equipped kitchen, all the basics and more are there! Very thoughtfully done! Thank you for a great stay!

Belle surprise à Modica

L’endroit étonnant à l’ouverture du logement. Belle surprise. Accueil sympathique et de bons conseils. Proche de la vieille ville. Très jolie d’ailleurs.

Seul inconvénient serait le peu de luminosité…

Perfect Night in Modica

A very spacious and cute place right near the heart of Modica. Was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Was a short walk to center of Modica. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Superb

Great accomodation!! It has everything you can ask for! There's a small and fully equipped kitchen, laundry machine and a dining room. The location is great! The property is located in a small and very quiet alleyway, close to the city center, and you can reach all the magnificent historical locations by feet, as well as the best restaurants in town! There are also free parking spots close to the apartment, which is a plus. The host was really nice, she lend us umbrella and deck chairs for the beach and she gave us all the information. Unfortunately we had to leave the property one night in advance because of a cancelled flight and the host was so kind to refund us! (even if it was last miinute!). Recommended!!

Exceptional

Beautiful apartment so close to everything. Super clean and comfortable. The host provided some useful basics for coffee and breakfast and cooking (if you have to with all the wonderful restaurants in Modica)

Internet wasn't the best during our stay but host had replaced provider/modem and was working on overcoming teething problems.

Brilliant, very comfortable and cared for

Remi was really kind and lovely to chat with. She came and picked us up from the bus station and drove us over to the flat. Modica is an incredibly scenic city Surely handy location for us as we were planning on taking quite a few trains to visit the area of Ragusa, so very easy access in that respect. This is balanced by the fact that the flat is not in Modica Alta, so perhaps not as scenic an area as others, but everything is within walking distance and easy to get to. The main street is only a few minutes away, although not particularly scenic, definitely very handy and easy to get back to. The shower is ideal and the soaps and shampoos offered were really nice. We were also given so many towels and the chance to borrow a beach umbrella, which was kind and generous. The coffee machines does really great coffee - although we are not great drinkers, they really were amazing. We even managed to make our own broad beans soup on our last night, as it was raining outside (thanks for the olive oil Remì!). The kitchen is well equipped (would only miss a large knife perhaps!). Olive oil, tomato sauce and some other kitchen essentials were also available, which was really comforting and nice. The aircon kept us cool. Really good value for money!

A spacious, modern apartment in the center of a baroque perl. Everything necessary on site. The interior is sparkling clean. Delicious coffee and everything you need on site. The owner was very nice, he provided a parking space and came to meet us. Thanks for your help. A great place to visit the beautiful Modica or nearby Ragusa. We will come back here because we miss it already.
