location great. cleanliness sparkling. good facilities. fantastic shower!
small points but tin opener not working well, and would have liked a mirror near a plug point when drying my hair!

This was my 2nd stay. loved my stay. location is excellent. privacy of garden is excellen. so quiet area. lovely walks/runs down Creake Road. will book again.
some curtains in the bedroom would be better than blinds, early sunrise wakes me up. curtains would keep the room darker to a more reasonable time!
a washing up bowl would have prevented a broken glass. sorry!

I love this Barn, quality furnishings and very tastefully decorated. Second time here and didn't want to leave (again!) It's a luxury home from home in the most peaceful rural location.
Nothing.

Great location & lovely welcome pack. Sofas comfortable & good cooking facilities
I'm sorry to say this as the barn could be a gem but the bed was probably one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in - definitely needs a new mattress! Also general maintenance - eg only 3 dinner plates, odd numbers of glasses, bottom sheet on bed bobbly,no toilet brush & we couldn't find an oven glove

There was a lovely welcome pack on our arrival - milk, scones cream and jam, crisps and a bottle of Prosecco and a super treat jar of beefy bone biscuits for Barney our border collie, which was all much appreciated by us and him. And our host kindly supplied a fan because it was so hot. She emailed a set of good directions to find the property and this was very useful. The barn was clean and the shower had excellent pressure and there was an iron, clothes horse and hairdryer, although we didn't use them. The cooker and dishwasher were easy to use. There is a small and attractive enclosed garden with a table and chairs which was very nice. We enjoyed our stay very much.
There is a bit of distance from where you leave the car to get to the barn and the path has a deep layer of stones. This was not an issue for us but carrying luggage over the stones from car to barn does require a fair degree of fitness. On the plus side you do feel very secluded once you reach the barn and there is excellent privacy

very clean, very comfortable & very cool!!
No freezer compartment & we needed this in the heat!

The location was beautiful, very peaceful and loved the wildlife around us. The accommodation had everything we needed for a restful stay. The welcome gifts of food ie. cream tea, crisps and bubbles were a very thoughtful bonus.
Our shower was tricky to use as it kept falling out of the holder and also leaked. It was very warm inside the accommodation and being ground floor only, all the windows had been sealed up and the only ventilation came from 2 velux windows. Some fans or a small aircon unit would have been a great asset.

The property was beautiful inside and out. Everything was perfect from the facilities to the design. It was amazing how much was supplied for us and had everything you could think of. The power in the shower was also brilliant!
The location of the property was one of my favourite parts as it was lovely and quiet while also being surrounded by lots of wildlife and views.
Would definitely recommend this cottage and will definitely be back.
We arrived during the heat so it was hot and there wasn’t a fan, but it wasn’t a major concern and we managed.

Location very good for the coast, and towns, our dog was made very welcome, kitchen very well equipped and clean. Welcome pack much appreciated, bathroom lovely and the whole barn smelled beautiful.
The path to get to the barn from the garage’s is very dark at night, another sensor light at the beginning or half way would be nice, RAF aircraft very loud at night.

Shower head to be fitted firmly. Unable to use tv

Peaceful property with everything we needed & very clean
Lovely welcome hamper

100% clean. 30mins from Sheringham for the beach & market. 12mins from Walsingham. The courtyard garden was completely private. the size of the property was perfect for solo/couple. nice modern feel about whole place inc kitchen and shower. Lovely long country lane to walk the dog.
the shower head can’t take much pressure without flying out of socket! the tv signal drops a lot!

I love the decor and attention to detail. The bed is super comfy and the power shower is amazing. I felt so at home I didn't want to leave. So quiet and peaceful and close to some beautiful places. Perfect place for a relaxing break and dog friendly too.

Gifts were lovely on arrival and logs for fire appreciated. The Xmas tree was especially good.

Good amount of equipment. Lovely host. Great location. Clean and enclosed safe garden for the dogs.
Bed was very small. Smaller than a normal double. Shower had great pressure but awful shower head which was damaged.

Quiet location near the beautiful coastline and nature reserves. Private parking, lovely décor and pretty courtyard..a super welcome pack
Although the distance from the car to cottage and the pebble path wasn't a problem for us we needed to carry luggage. Maybe it should be mentioned and taking a torch is handy for autumnal visit fab accommodation

Very good modern refurbishment. Lovely bed linen and towels. Well equipped kitchen. Very spacious for 2 people. Welcome pack, including dog treats and flowers a lovely touch
Would have benefited having a chest of drawers but this is a very minor comment.

We like the welcome pack was great idea. There was tea and coffee plus sugar and milk. The hide away accommodation was very private. No noise and no people. No children. Lovely duck pound .
The bed was too small .no headboard and pillows kept falling down the gap.. no toilet bush to clean the toilet each day. A more comfortable sofa.

Lovely location, private patio area, very quiet and convenient for exploring that part of Norfolk. Accommodation of an excellent standard and host very helpful and pleasant.

The welcome gifts were exceptional. The accommodation was very clean. The wood burner was needed as it was so cold, so it was great to be left logs and kindling.
