Probably one of my top picks for location for mykonos town & I will stay here again

I loved my room choice, which had a balcony and sea and pool view. The amenities were amazing and the bed was comfortable!

The staff, who all work so hard made the stay very enjoyable.

The staff at the hotel were absolutely wonderful, Eliza and Mario at reception were warm, friendly and gave excellent recommendations for sight seeing and restaurants. Breakfast was great, with lots to choose from. The location was ideal, close to the town centre.

The toilet didn't offer much privacy, I would have preferred a separate bathroom and not have the wash basin in the room.

Excellent service and great views!

The service was superb. the manager and his staff made us feel very welcome. Any questions were answered and any actions almost instantly carried out. location was great, with a a superb view that I will always remember. We were very happy that as we were early, they checked us in our room - which they didn’t have to do, but I really liked that aspect.

Not much. Drinks were pricey, but I expected that from Mýkonos anyway.

Excelent hotel with some hick ups

Excellent boutique hotel. Very good location, 10 Minutes to the city center, amazing view from the pool. You don't have a breakfast bar, but rather you order with the staff and the chef makes it fresh for you. Never seen this concept, but absolutely loved it. Rooms were spotless every day.

Staff-Chaos. Bad staff management. For breakfast I would always drink to coffees. BUT middle through our stay the waiter announced all of the sudden that there is only one free coffee for breakfast and (sic!) I have to pay to have another coffee. Bear in mind we paid for the breakfast included. I was to be honest speechless. I have traveled the world and never seen a concept of all inclusive breakfast with only one drink. Especially not in a hotel that I paid 250 euros a night! So yes. I had to pay for the second coffee. I don't mind paying 3-4 euros for a coffee, but in such expensive hotel that just felt like an absolute rip off. An absolute no go. THEN after going to the reception to ask if it might have been a joke, the receptionist told me, in all earnest, that it is a common thing in hotels. really now? At the end of our stay, these extra coffee somehow didn't make it to our bill. But this is just an example on how unorganised this place is. The left hand doesn't know what the right does. On other hand our bill included things popped up that we didn't eat / drink. Ordering breakfast was also a pain, as one person does only drink orders and another food. Fair enough. But when I try to order food with the drinks person, I would expect this person to get hold of the food person and direct them to us. But no. They don't care. Generally there is a huge improvement in the service of the staff. The service doesnt reflect the standard you expect for such a nice and expensive hotel.

A lovely place to stay, some walking involved and perhaps pick up bottled water on way to hotel.

Excellent breakfast. Chef very competent and produced good breakfast and very nice lunches for me. 😀👍

Paying over €300 per night and being told to fetch my own water to drink. Two small bottles supplied on first day. Had to find local supermarket and carry water to room. Laundry service also not available, a case of go find a laundromat. Dimitris not overly helpful.

Very comfortable stay, just a few minutes walk to the town The view and the sunset, breathtaking.

Breakfast could be better. The bread served it’s not artisan. Also needs more healthy options.

I never stay at the same place twice but will make an exception for this hotel as will be back!

Brilliant Breakfast included! Large choice and very friendly waitress Location was perfect, couldn't have got better, 5 min walk to the centre Room with balcony and sea view amazing, the best sunsets I've ever seen

Pool was the only let down, there were so many flies and insects in there! Just needs cleaning/sieving more often. The bar staff although very friendly didn't know what some drinks were that were actually on the menu, pimms was an example.

After checking in there was a problem with the room card and we needed the staff to open the door with the key. But the key was not left for us, so next time we went back to the room we still had to go to the front desk to find the staff, which was inconvenient.

Very cute boutique hotel, beautiful view and ambience, lovely staff .. great food, great rooms.

I like the location, the staff are very friendly and kind. Some of the junior staff are clearly learning the ropes for the start of season but they remained polite while they learn. The massages in the spa were great. The food was great.

So, being charged for a second coffee at breakfast is a little exaggerated for the sake of 2 euros. The size of the coke bottles (in Greek hotels generally) is too small, 250ml is not much in the way of a drink. Music volume is a little too much for relaxing by the pool in the afternoons.. (same as many hotels in Greece).

Excellent hotel close to Mykonos Town with great staff

Staff were excellent and very attentive. Rooms and buildings were kept very clean. Terry was very helpful when it came to arranging trips and was very welcoming, making us feel very comfortable from arrival.

was overall a fabulous stay and if you are visiting Mykonos definately worth staying here

hotel is in a fabulous location, great breakfast. super clean but what made it special was the staff, super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. the breakfast lady was amazing but the main guy was Eleftherios Daphnis, who was super friendly, always checking our stay was to our satisfaction, and also got us a complimentary airport transfer. Definitely would recommend this hotel and will definitely return
