Anastasia the receptionist should be changed

The receptionist Anastasia was very rude during checkout, I had asked for a transfer to the port, we arrived 5 minutes late at the reception she made the transfer go away with the risk of missing the ship. I was doing the checkout, she not go to the driver to tell to wait, she make he go. And she laughed about it. Very very very bad Anastasia Really a scandalous situation.

Luxury secluded experience, close to town

This place is fantastic. A real luxury get-a-way. It's far enough away from town to be quiet and secluded, but close enough to walk to (10 mins max). The walk is hilly, but you are coming to a hilly island, so it is expected to be walking up and down some hills. Breakfast was prepared a-la-carte and was really good. The breakfast/bar area is lovely. The room is super comfortable and has a great relaxing holiday feel.

Fantastic boutique hotel. Beautiful rooms with a private heated pool, pleasant and extremely helpful staff. A delightful stay, cannot recommend highly enough!

A life time experience

I have travelled around the world, I visited 80+ countries mostly staying in 5 and 7 stars hotels and I have to say Mykonos Earth makes you feel you are at home plus all the luxury. I have absolutely nothing to complain about. If I would to describe the hotel and the staff in one word it would be genuine or perhaps authentic. Amazing location, great ambiance, clean, great view, and super friendly staff.

Amazing experience - a must stay!

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. The staff were amazing! They organised transfers to and from the port/airport at a great price compared to any other transfer service on the island. When we arrived, we were welcomed by their friendly staff who knew we were arriving early on the island so they prioritised our room for early check in that morning, so we had the rest of the day to explore the island and make our reservation at a day club. All staff made us feel very accommodated to, especially Leah at the front desk who was the best and on the ball! She made dinner and club reservations, booked beach clubs, organised an ATV for the duration of our stay and was super helpful in giving information and recommendations for our first time in Mykonos and Greece overall. The room was fantastic! The pool overlooked the beach and the island, and we got the sunset everyday from the heated pool, which was an awesome experience. Housekeeping did a fantastic job everyday, our room was fresh and the amenities provided were nothing but the best. We also enjoyed having our breakfast delivered to our room and eating by the pool each morning. I definitely would be coming back here again and would recommend it to anyone! Thank you to the whole team for making our stay memorable!

STAY HERE.

Absolutely fantastic. The room was magnificent. The view was breathtaking, the breakfast by the pool was awesome, the staffs were so helpful and friendly. The location was just a short walk to the hustling bustling mykonos town. Couldn’t think of bad thing to say about this property. It was just perfect 👏🏻😍

Lovely, intimate, private

It s an intimate cosy place. Everything looks private and discreet. Staff was genuinely warm and welcoming (both receptionists, breakfast staff, the lovely cleaning ladies... Everyone was so genuinely nice and helpful). Breakfast was delicious and rich (served breakfast by lovely Anna!), everything tasted so fresh and high quality. Each suite has its own seasude private pool which was the highlight of our stay there. Also the suite itself was very much interior design: clean lines, modern yet traditional mykonian style. The place is perfectly located at less than 5m driving from Fabrika (theoretically it would be just 15-20m walking but I wouldn't recommend as there is no sidewalk on the road so it is dangerous especially at night).

My seaside view was compromised by a electricity pole just in front of my terrace/pool. However I didn't complain as I booked last minute and it was the last available suite. I could also see that the other suites didn't have this problem, so next time I ll book in advance to make sure I won't get the same room.

Very very good. Would stay again.

Amazing views, great design and friendly staff. Overall a great stay.

No iron in the room and made to feel like I was putting them out asking to borrow one. Pool cleaning was not done between their quoted times so we couldn’t use our pool on 2 days due to the cleaner being there when we wanted to use it. Some fixings didn’t work or were loose. None of these things would stop me staying again though.

A memory we won’t forget

The decor in the room was beautiful and the view from all rooms was amazing. The manager, Spiro thorough in recommendations of places to see and eat. The staff was very welcoming, and Bella was our favorite server. She was so sweet and attentive.

Exceptional Views, welcoming Staff and very comfortable and relaxing stay!

We loved the minimalistic, fresh look of the hotel. It was a short, scenic 10-12 minute walk to town and had beautiful views from the room. The staff are super friendly and made us feel at home every day! They have great recommendations for site seeing and restaurants and we loved all of them! Would highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful, relaxing stay in Mykonos!

Amazing stay, staggering views, excellent service.

Overall an amazing hotel. Service is excellent from all the staff, they go above and beyond to fulfil any requests. As the hotel only has 15 rooms, all with their own private pools it feels exclusive and very private. Breakfast choices are excellent for veggies too! Views from the hotel main pool restaurant and the room are amazing, you can watch the sunset in your bathrobe without leaving the room. Main town is only 15min walk away however, the hotel is accessed by walking up a steep hill (less than 100m so not as bad as other reviews have stated) - but then again this is what makes the views amazing! Or you can of course get a cab up.

Exceptional

Mykonos Earth Suites is extremely close and convenient to the main Mykonos town. It was a short 10-15 minute walk to the Windmills/main town and 20-30min walk to the more sheltered beaches of Ornos. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and made our experience that much more enjoyable. The rooms (+ view) were beautiful and breathtaking, you can literally see the Windmills & Sea from most areas of the hotel. The hotel was new, very clean and the staff were very attentive to guests and cleanliness. They were very accommodating of our dietary restrictions and went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable.

We were a little disappointed that our Honeymoon Suite did not exactly match the images described on Booking.com when we made the booking. We were hoping to have the additional living/outdoor space that the pictures on Booking.com had indicated, it was actually our main reason for booking the Honeymoon Suite over the Executive Suite. The major miss was the layout of the pool area, the images made it seem like there would be more area to enjoy the sunshine and pool. Unfortunately the suite we were given did not quite match the images which I guess sometimes happens but was disappointing for us as it was our primary reason for booking. We were also promised a 10% discount for pre-booking our dinner at their in-house restaurant which we are not sure was reflected on our bill. For the most part the food prepared by their restaurant was amazing but we found that the local cuisines/restaurants were much better options for dinner (both in taste & $$).

Very good

The rooms are modern, minimalistic and new. I enjoyed that they upgraded us to an even better room (executive to signature suite) when we arrived which was a nice touch! Also, that they use WhatsApp to communicate with their hotel guests is effective and efficient.

The breakfast area is mostly indoors, so the vibe was a bit cold. We sat for breakfast at a table on the edge outside (which clearly had the best view and was in the sun), we were told we couldn't sit there even though there was no one, because its only for dinner... We didn't quite understand that, as those were the best spots for breakfast (outside with the morning sun!) Even though they made an exception for us and allowed us to sit there, it doesn't make any sense why they'd leave such a spot only available for dinner. Another thing that bothered me is that they don't have a communication tool to inform people if you'd need to have your room cleaned, or if you're still in the room. Therefore, when I went back to my room to use the toilet after breakfast (& it was close to my check-out time), an employee barged into the room to check if we took anything from the minibar, and I was sitting on the toilet and opened the door because I thought my partner came back. This is quite unprofessional in my opinion, especially because we haven't even officially checked out yet.

We had a great experience - exceeded expectations!!

My room has Excellent views - it was a single structure above the reception area overlooking the pool and deck below - it is beautiful n because the room is higher up, we can see all the way to town n the windmills. The staff was extremely friendly n helpful. They have gone above n beyond to make us feel welcome n comfortable during our stay. The breakfast that was included was made to order and fresh, we thoroughly enjoyed it. I wanted to take a cooking class while in Mykonos but all the ones online were booked so the hotel staff made an exception and allowed me to cook with the chef. It was a great experience. I just made Mousaka for my family few days ago! 👍😃

The path to walk to town from lobby is partially unpaved.
