Great apartment except 304

Nice spacious apartment with large windows and beautiful views over the city. Good beds.

We were in a corner of the building in room 304 where outside our door was a constant loud noice of (aircondirioning?) machines. Quite annoying with aloi the refrigerator very loud. Really good place but make sure not to end up in that corner of the.building (I imagine room 304 also means 204, 404 and so on). Changing rooms was only possible after 3 days.

Realmente placentero mi estadía en Paraguay

La atención y calidez del Paraguayo, gente muy educada y respetuosa. Por lo que no dudaría volver a visitar ese país y por su puesto hospedarme en el Star Villa

No fue la mejor elección..

El apartamento era grande y muy bien ubicado

No funcionaba internet por lo que tampoco funcionaba la TV (esa noche quería ver un partido de la Copa América) Muy buena disposición del personal para solucionar, pedí cambiar de habitación apenas llegué pero sus superiores no lo autorizaron. Lo otro q me resultó incómodo era lo inhóspito del lugar, una luz en la mesa de luz o una lámpara de pie en el living…muy frío todo.

Not worth the money i paid for and poor communication.

We liked the location . It was close to the grocery store and mall. Easy to catch the bus to the center colonial city. I liked the gym and the receptionists were helpful.

I didn’t like the hotel communication. The pool was not functioning, infact they did not inform us that the entire hotel was under maintenance. the crew working during the day and stepping over construction material was not safe. If they told us ahead of time instead of the morning of our arrival. i would have booked another place with a pool as it was over 35 c the entire stay.

Fue algo que salvó a ultima hora pero podria mejorar mucho por el valor, espere mucho mas

No eran limpias las tohallas , no tenian bolsas extras para depositar las basuras, era incomodo no tener un control para ingresar o salir , no habian todos los utensilios necesarios para dos personas , el espacio era muy pequeño (monoambiente).

Mancanza di efficacia e mancanza di efficienza

Mi hanno dato un appartamento con finestre che non si chiudevano e con la doccia guasta. Il giorno seguente mi hanno cambiato di appartamento ed avevo lo stesso problema con le finestre che non si chiudevano. Sono venuti a sistemare le finestre 3 giorni dopo il mio arrivo. Personale gentile ma mancava di organizzazione e di efficacia. Mi aspettavo molto meglio !!! 😞

Nice apartment, close to supermarket and restaurants. Helpful and nice staff.

The apartment was very nice. Great view from the fifth floor. Staff were very nice. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Space around pool is good and nice view from there. Close to supermarket and also many restaurants. An issue with a missing coffee pot was fixed straight away.

The apartment would be better if it had a toaster, chopping board and some condiments such as salt and pepper. The oven is there, but isn’t connected. However there is a microwave. Bathroom is small but space is shower is good.

Location. Staff. Cleaningness.

Every Saturday night it seems there is a bar with very loud music non stop until early morning. Also, why there is no lamps on the night tables by the bed? It is very weird to have to light up the very bright powerful ceiling lights even when reading or watching TV in bed.

Great location, nice swimming pool and a small gym, very nice and professional staff.

It's all great, only small details could be improved. Would be nice to have a desk for working in the flat, and better located electric sockets. It also seems that the treadmill in the small gym is very popular, often having to wait for it to be free, so installing a second unit could be a good idea.

My START experience

The facilites, the accesibility to other areas (walking distance), modern, clean.

The receptionist told us the clean staff will be on Friday, but they came on Saturday. On the bathroom there is a safety hazard with the exterior handle of the shower door. There is no instructions of how to open the safe, the sliding door to the bathroom and bedroom is broken.
