Próximo às compras e em local tranquilo em Asuncion

Do atendimento da recepcionista.

Quarto próximo a escada e cortina da janela não foi suficiente para deixar o quarto escuro.

Muy linda posada y bien ubicada

La posada es bonita, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. El staff es súper amable y la ubicación es súper buena.

Lo único que no me gustó mucho es que la Televisión tenía problemas, estaba muy lento y no funcionaba Netflix y YouTube se cortaba porque al televisor no le llegaba buena conexión a internet. La puerta del baño no cerraba, tenía un pequeño desperfecto.

Lo más de lo más!!

Todo fue más que excelente, en especial el personal, super amable y de lo mejor. Destacada Brenda, la recepcionista, una genia, me ayudo en todo ya que se me rompió el celular y gracias a ella pude solucionar todo.

Nada, todo me gusto, no hay nada ahi que no te pueda gustar.

Me senti em casa na Pousada del Cielo.

Localização da pousada é excelente, a equipe é muito simpática e atenciosa. Os quartos são excelentes, confortável, bem amplos e acomodam bem a família.

Podem melhorar a variedade dos itens no café da manhã.

Relax in Asuncion

Employees are super friendly and helpful. Location is great - safe neighbourhood and close to malls, stores, and restaurants. My bed was comfortable and the shower was so relaxing, strong water pressure.

Decent value for money

The hotel was close to where I needed to be. It is relatively simple. Breakfast choices: fruit, bread, jams/honey/cheese and ham, eggs, tea, coffee, some cakes, the special local bread (chipas) and other options. I didn't order anything apart from what was offered. My bed was fine and I slept well. There was a TV in the room which I didn't use and a blow dryer in the bathroom. There was also a pool. I stayed 2 nights and it was decent value for money. The hotel also offers a shuttle service to and from the airport.

The hotel or rather the rooms could use an update to make it look fresher. And - I think - the windows did not have mosquito screens.

Idyllic peaceful oasis close to nightlife

Excellent modern apartment with a large living/dining area with a table and 4 chairs plus a large sofa/chaise and coffee table. The kitchen had a fridge, stovetop and microwave. The bedroom is at the back of the unit with the bathroom off that area. Bed was excellent, had good linens, plenty of pillows and extra blankets. Towels were good and hand towels and toiletries were supplied. A/c in both rooms worked well and was quiet, and everything both inside our unit and in common areas and the gardens was spotlessly clean. The gardens were beautiful and are kept in fabulous condition by the gardener. The whole outside area is very welcoming and would be a lovely place to sit out. Unfortunately the weather was not on our side. Staff were all very friendly, cheerful and helpful. The kitchen staff do a nice job with the breakfasts, with fruit, eggs, ham, cheese, breads, sweet bites, juice and good coffee. Location is about an 8 block walk to the busy nightlife area so it's far enough to be quiet even at the weekend. We heard a little bit of noise at the weekend, but in the bedroom with the a/c running, it was fine. There are good restaurants within a couple of blocks if you don't want to go further afield.

Only 1 fork and spoon and only a couple of glasses, so using the kitchen to cook was not feasible, had we been inclined to do so. However, I'm sure that could have been remedied had we asked.

Totally worth it.

I chose this hotel precisely because of its location. There are plenty of little coffee shops, restaurants, and bars in this area. All are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff is amicable, helpful, and pleasant!

The Wi-Fi for guests went down one day and it took them two days to fix it. They gave me access to their reception Wi-Fi network, however I couldn't use it from my room. Other than this little setback, everything was great.

Everything exceeded our expectations. We left early so didn’t get to have breakfast, no idea how it is though.

None but the hotel is located a block away from what Google Maps says.
