Il est assez éloigné des centres d’intérêt de la ville. La chambre n’est pas insonorisée et il y a toujours de la lumière. Pour moi qui aime dormir dans le noir… pour finir, alors que je dormais à poings fermés, j’ai eu un appel de la réception 😠

Lovely staff and good value hotel.

Lovely hotel with absolutely super friendly staff. Very relaxing sat by the pool with a beer. Good value and tucked away down a nice quiet street off a main road.

Beautiful villa with friendly staff

Every area of this villa is beautiful and they greeted us with refreshing welcome drink and free coffees.Staff are friendly and always did the best to accommodate our need including ordering taxi, printing our train tickets, etc. We ordered floating breakfast for our daughter and she was over the moon when it was delivered, what a beautiful breakfast. Our room was cleaned every day. The hotel was very cozy with clean pool ,beautiful lobby area and mezzanine in traditional design. Security available 24 hours. Laundry and car rental was available just across the street and there is a market nearby. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and we will definitely stay in this villa again .

The restaurant menu has limited options and availability and could be improved. We were advised that they run out of eggs and fruit when it was actually not busy. Would be great to stock up on popular items such as eggs but overall food was ok. The fan in our bathroom needs to be cleaned up as dirt keeps dropping every time we turn it on. it seems like it hasn't been cleaned up for years. It also looked like the lid of the fan could come off anytime soon. We would suggest regular clean up and maintenance to be conducted for health and safety reason.

Very nice hotel, nice pool, very good location, kind stuff.

Very poor but expensive western breakfast. Dirty bathroom. Very bad wifi. Aircons are very noisy. This hotel is overpriced.

The interior design of the reception area is amazing, with a good touch of vintage. Staff is very welcoming and really trying their best to help.

Old world charm

Great hotel with old world charm. Lovely pool and surroundings. This hotel is full of charm.

The plumbing needs sorting. The shower heads need changing and the water pressure needs sorting. Other than that its great. Many people noted the shower problems, yet the hotel seems to ignore this...please sort them out its detracting from being a really fantastic place!

This ever was a beautiful place.

The place looks beautiful. Really authentic looking because of all the beautiful doors and plants around. Sitting next to the pool eating the breakfast is wonderful with all the plants hanging. You can really see this once was a beautiful place.

Showers heads are dirty and don't function well.(in 2 different rooms) In both rooms the wifi also barely works. Hairdryer is only available for payment. Airconditioning doesn't function well. They also leak by the sides because of this the walls are moldy and rotten. Garbage cans are old with broken lids. Lamp by the bed side rusty and falling apart. These are just some of the examples. While attempting to help a server a tiny ceramic pepper shaker fell. As everything in the hotel this looked like it was bought when they opened. We are fine paying for it as it's our fault. But we had to pay 8 euro for it. Wich is way to much for what it is. It looks like it once was amazing. But lack of maintenance and renewable of old accesoires makes it only a ghost of what it once was.

Cheap hotel, great location, great staff, perfect for a few days to visit Yogja.

Breakfast was good, even you can ask for take away if you leave early. The staff was very kind and helpful.

A small paradise in the center of the nightlife of Yogyakarta

The hotel is located in a very good position, in the center of the nightlife of Yogyakarta. There are a lot of pubs with live music, very nice! Also it is not so far to reach by foot the Taman Sari. The atmosphere is very relaxing and the swimming pool is wonderful. We enjoy it after visiting the city and the temples. We absolutely recommend it!

Paid attention to the cleaning of the shower and air conditioning a little bit noisy.

Great location, helpful staff and a lovely pool

Stayed for 2 enjoyable nights and found the location, pool and service were all great. We left something at the hotel and the staff have been excellent in organising it to be sent on.

A somewhat limited western breakfast option and the rooms were good but nothing special.

Quiet, and good for a rest after travelling

I like the room. More wide and equipped with good Wi-Fi

The location is far from the center if yogyakarta, and difficult to find the food stall. I don't like the environment surrounding it. I couldn't find characteristics of yogyakarta. It's ok when we are so tired and only need for sleep
