Thank God only stay 1 night!

Location and room size

The hotel NEED maintenance for its room… the room was damp due to high humidity, the smell of the room tells it all, bathroom not too clean. Towel is old and yellowing.

never again. previous reviews kauded great location. 15 mins by car to main tourist area.

nice pool. rooftop bar area peaceful and staff friendly up there.

directly next to mosque with 430am wake up call. very loud. toilet disgusting and never cleaned in 3 days despite telling front desk about organic matter on toilet seat. water not replaced regularly, coffee mugs and glasses not replaced daily. you must only prefer local Indonesian food because no other options to eat. coffee at least hot.

Breakfast too crowded. Staff is not polite in answering question. Should inform the staff to refill the buffet breakfast. Quality of buffet breakfast is not like before. Asking bellboy too long - we take the trolley by ourselves. Parking area is dirty.

Good location at the Parang Tritis street and 10 minutes drive to the Malioboro. Nice colonial ambience hotel. Security was helpful. Enough car park. The roof top bar seemed good place to hang out.

I have asked receptionist for iron & board and have to chase them until the morning after. The room is not sound-proof and I can hear next door had shower. The pool may need cleaning and maintenance. Breakfast variety should be improved. Coffee cup was only provided without saucer.

I enjoyed staying here, but maybe improvement on the utilities

its located strategically. the concept of this hotel is well thought. the bedroom is cozy, mini balcony both esthetic and functional

the bathroom plays important part in every hotel. toilet shower: the water is running slow. the lights in the bathroom is too dark. the telephone is not function well. the remote tv in some room also not function.

Location is easy to find, breakfast is quite ok and staffs are nice

Overall facility, especially the stained linen and toilet. Water is leaking from the jet washer and there are stains in several area of the bathroom shower area.

It's decent place to sleep. Not for other everything else.

The room was pretty quite, good for resting.

There was not many staff around which is understandable in this situation, but it's a shame that there were water drops on the hall floor and no one clean it during my entire stay.

Unwell managed hotel

The room quite comfortable but not the balcony. I do really love prawirotaman surroundings. So the location was great.

The last time i’ve stayed for the hotel was back on 2016. It was quite impressive for the price and location. But now on my stay, i had 3d2n stays and i think its not too good. They don’t prepare well for the high season. I just arrived around 13:50 from jakarta, and they said the checkin time at 14:00. It only 10 minutes to go. They don’t allow us to checkin. After arguments then they give the room key. Then no towels, slippers, and floor towel available. They said its still on laundry and will be available at 15:00. After chasing several times they give us on 16:00. It happens on the other day. Thank God we only 2 nights here. My room is the balcony type room and so much bird’s poop on the balcony. So disgusting!!
