Location was near country club.

No place to purchase necessities near the area so was hoping basic necessities were provided. Would have appreciated drinking water since the water from the sink was rusty and not potable even if we boiled it.

Value of money

We liked the place and the services. Place was clean and all the employees are polite.

The place was too far, not convenient for those who don't have an own transportation and some of the food was too expensive. Also need improvement for the water supply.

owner was very accommodating. she allowed us a late checkout

when we came in i thought there was pee or faecal stains in the toilet as the water was yellow brown in color. tried to clean and flush a couple of times but still the same. it cleared up only on the 3rd day

Comfortable and peaceful.

The room is spacious. Kitchen is big enough to cook for 2 dishes at time. Bed is comfortable. The utensils and plates are enough for 2-3 pax.

Could have been better if the unit was tidied up before occupying the room. There is dirt on the floor and table. 'Alikabok' is found on the ceiling fan. The internet is not working as well.

overall, pico de loro was a fine and great place.

it was nice since there was a couch bed and there were 4 of us and if there was one bed we would probably have 30 minutes of sleep and the beds were comfy.

nothing at all except the internet. for us internet is very important since we use it for communication because we went to Philippines for vacation and we dont have an actual phone number. the bathrooms were old tho but we could still use it.

Owner replies immediately, AC is cold, Appliances are functional, hot and cold shower is available. Overall, the unit is simple but everything we need is there.

WIFI IS NOT STABLE SINCE ITS PREPAID, TOOTHPASTE IS FAKE OR EXPIRED ALREADY. TOO PRICEY FOR THE FOOD IN THE RESTO

i like staying in this unit. very relaxing so peaceful you can only hear birds. easy access to beach and resto and club

Overall, we enjoyed our trip😊

The shuttle is readily available in 2 mins interval. Though we prefer to walk as location is near to the pool, the beach and the restaurant.

No hair dryer😅 Limited food choices at the restaurant.

Our stay was enjoyable and fun. We definitely would want to come back.

The unit itself was comfortable and suited for small family vacation. The aircon was so cold it feels good after a long day of activities.

The TV didn't have Netflix and YouTube. In the bathroom, the water was leaking from the toilet though we reported it to the caretaker.

Exceptional

Very Homey. I like the exclusivity of the place. We arrived early and were able to check in right away without hassle. The Caretaker is very helpful. Hotel Staff are courteous. Food at resto is pricey but a must try, good thing we can cook in our unit, I also recommend to try the food outside the property so you can experience the taste of Lomi and Gotong Batangas made by locals.

No WiFi available during our stay :(
