- Loved the friendly and professional staff 🩶 (Update: I lost an earring and they found it and called me right away. Really good quality service, I hope the hotel is paying them well.)
- Place was accessible to everything: 7-Eleven downstairs and PureGold a stone's throw away, Maginhawa just a trike ride away
- Had complete amenities in room: microwave, utensils, plates and bowls, electric kettle, even an electric pot
- They let me check in early because I had a meeting and upgraded me to a bigger room bc that was what was available already.
- Right smack in the middle of a busy street so it wasn't that quiet
- The soundproofing is nonexistent and incredibly bothersome especially the night of my stay, as there was this big group of 10 or so people, not sure if they were also guests but they were just assembled (nakatambay) in the lobby of the floor and having discussions there that were very very audible from my room. This was at past 10 in the evening.
- The place just generally feels rundown, like one table felt sticky not bc of a lack of housekeeping but from how old it was, and the smell of poor plumbing wafted inside the room from time to time.
- Photos were definitely from long ago, no longer reflects the current state of the hotel.

Photos look the same as in actual. Everything needed and mentioned on the website was there and available. Late checkout was allowed for an additional cost 500 and gave me an umbrella :)
Safe parking with 7/11, office supplies, and mail post on the ground floor. It's only in front of the Red Cross building.
Cleanliness can be improved. The floor still has hair and dust. The water heater in the bathroom is hard to adjust. It gets too hot, boiling hot after a few minutes, and too cold.

The Quezon Square is very close, making it convenient to go to the immigration office for work. There is a Filipino restaurant around, the taste is good.
The hotel does not serve breakfast, but there is 711 downstairs, which is not a problem.

the regular staff personnel including the guard were very courteous and provided assistance
The male front desk trainee was not cordial (did not bother to greet us while we were waiting for the regular staff to arrive at 7am since we arrived at past 6am). He was also busy texting upon our check out that he did not notice that I was already in front of him so I had to call his attention twice.

I was quite satisfied with the room, the aircon, the fact that I could prepare meals in the room (there were a refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker and an electric pot as well as plates, cups, glasses and cutlery). The shower and toilet functioned very well. I also found the location excellent for my purposes.
The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the sign stating on one side "Do not disturb" and on the other side "Please clean the room" was not placed in my room. I was told that the room would be cleaned every other day but on the 4th day, the room had not yet been cleaned. Had they placed the sign in my room, I could have placed it on the door knob whenever I wanted the room to be cleaned. My advice to future guests is to make sure that sign is in their room.

Near our Office. Many restaurants nearby.
Hot shower is not functioning. I asked to make up my room on my 2nd night. They arranged the bed but it seems like they didn’t changed the beddings. The white stain on the bed from before they cleaned the room is still there after they cleaned the room. So I think, the towels are not changed also. I think they just fold and arranged it.
There are many hairs on the floor on the night I checked in. There are still hairs on the floor after I asked them to make up the room. It needs sweeping and mopping, I wouldn’t mind if I sweep it myself but there is no broom and dust pan provided in the room.

I authorized the payment information in booking, but asked me for cash after arriving at the store. Contacted the lodging company and charged me twice the price. The lodging company was very bad. If not for the need to go to the immigration office in Quezon to get a visa, I really would not come back.

The staff are friendly and accommodating, met our expectations. The room was clean and the bathroom well maintained with heated shower and strong water pressure. There is a 7Eleven shop and Eunilaine on site, and very close proximity to PureGold and also Trellis Restaurant, Kenny Rogers, Shakeys, Starbucks, plenty of options available. It is also a stone's throw away from Heart Centre. Overall, a nice and pleasant stay, home away from home.
The pool is currently being renovated, which is inconsistent with their advertised facilities on the booking.com website.
Understandable for safety reasons, but a little annoying as we were expecting to relax poolside during our stay.

only the location
service is not that great. hot water machine in the shower not working on our first day and the staff on the counter wants us to wait until the next morning to fix it. i have to be firm to have it fix on that night so we can have a shower after a long travel. and also, they have two elevators and only using one at the time only, and when we were there they put the one we are using and the sign “ not working “ so we have to used the stairs from the 5th floors going down only to find out that the other lift are working because they take turn in service but the lights on the elevator wasn’t working, we thought both are not working.

Bed was comfortable and clean albeit bit creaky. location was good and there are many eateries and convenient shops. staffs were helpful and very supportive when asked for amenities or to fix a water heater.
The room is basic, tiles were not firm so it even make noise when walking. the building is old and not same in the photos. The entrance area, is noisy and crowded.

This is perhaps the best option that we managed to find and suitable for a long stay as well, because everything met our expectations and the presence of a microwave was certainly very pleased :)
