Seda Vertis North is the place to be when in Quezon City.

The property is in good location adjacent to Landmark mall. The staff are all accommodating and respectful. The service overall is excellent. The hotel is clean. Food is very nice. The pool and the spa are top notch.

More towel holders would’ve helped. The air conditioner is a bit noisy when kicking in.

It was ok but not delightful. Didn’t maximize other amenities as it’s always packed.

New, strategically located. Spacious room.

Breakfast food & service was subpar. Staff needed to be reminded of the coffee ordered.

إقامة مريحة وآمنه وراح ارجع اسكن فيه

الفندق ممتاز جدا سواء عوائل او لوحدك والجميل فيه المنطقة آمنه وفيه تدقيق عالي شوي وطبعا فيه مول جميل جدا فيه محلات ومطاعم وسوبر ماركت وصيدليه وطبعا تروح لها مشي قريبه مره، ويسمحون بتطبيق توصيل الاكل بس لازم تطلع له عند البوابة الخارجية، الغرفة مساحتها حلوه ومريحه لأبعد حد وفيه سرير اطفال مريح جدا عند الطلب بدون مقابل، فيها احذية وغلاية وماء وقهوة وشاهي ومناديل ومناشف وأرواب استحمام وفرشاة ومعجون بس وصندوق امانات، الحمام أعزكم الله فيه شطاف والحمام فسيح مره، الموظفين جميعهم دون استثناء لطيفين ومحترمين، الفطور لذيذ جدا يناسب جميع الاذواق ومتعدد، والفندق قريب لموقع انطلاق الباصات للي حاب يروح لباغيو

الموقع صحيح حلو بس اللي يبغى يروح مكاتي والأحياء اللي حولها بعيده شويات بس أتوقع مايأثر انصح بالإقامة فيه

Overall, the hotel stay was just nice for a short business trip.

The gym facilities were of good standard, especially the treadmills and elliptical machines.

The room aircon fan was quite loud, even when set to low fan speed.

Smooth as Silk?

The location was on target for our primary purpose; in-room dining was convenient; housekeeping provided extra bottled water for hydration & physical wellness; Get-well floral bouquet was an extra perk toward compassion & Filipino hospitality was on full display by Seda Vertis NorthTeam. Mabuhay!

Club level breakfast food offerings needs elevation to stay competitive; ditto with all-day snacks & drinks; service was ok but needs refinement/polishing.

Lovely stayed with my friends xx

Room is very good similar standard with European Hotel Breakftas is very nice and lovely ,I enjoyed the local food and the mango juice, however as the breakfast is buffet the coffee should be accessible by the costumer and not asking the waiter .

coffee is not accessible by costumer need to ask the waiter All costumer should have a lounge to sit for comfort /Relax THIS IS A MUST !!!!

Amazing and will definitely stay there again!

Staff is amazing!!! Room service crew is efficient and professional. Personnel in both Misto and Straight Up are also amazing!! I also found their front desk and concierge folks very accommodating and hospitable:)

the room is spacious and the bed are comfortable. bathrooms are clean. the food was delicious. I like the proximity of the mall to the hotel.

the construction happening at misto, the noise can be heard even on the 19th floor at 5am you will hear the rooster already. not sound proof at all. my sister also got bit on the bed. there is no stopper at one of the curtains so it fell down the first night.

We booked the room right before checkin time. And requested the hotel to add one more bed. The request was well responded which made us feel relief. The best service is its breakfast. Amazing delicious. Mattress is really cozy. Definitely will come to stay again if we have chance to visit Manila again!

The checkout process took a long time. It seems like the SOP can be improved.

Location is great. Our request was accommodated, check in counter staff was very nice. Misto staff were also nice.

Baggage assistance took some time. Pool was ok but suggest to make it heated since weather was very windy and cool.

The hotel construction is fair the front desk, housekeeping, executive lounge staff are 5 star.

The executive lounge staff were outstanding in their customer service. They treated us with respect and professional level interaction. The food and drinks served were excellent in their quality and presentation.

The top floor lounge was initially okay but our experience turned very sour when the manager interacted with us in a very unprofessional and disrespectful manner. Members of our party entered the lounge 5 minutes prior to us and were told that seating was first come first served. They sat at a high table, when my wife and I arrived the group initially decided to move to a low lounge table. When deciding what to order it became apparent that we were having dinner there, rib eye steaks etc. which I cannot eat at a low cocktail table. Upon returning to the previous table which remained open the manager forbid us to change tables and in very strong language told us there was no other option but the low table even though the lounge was 90% empty. Being the individual paying for a week stay and two rooms that evening I was extremely upset by his no solution approach and left.
