I highly recommend this rental! We were a family of four (my husband, myself and my mother and father in law). The location is beyond beautiful and we absolutely loved just hanging out on the porch and watching the waves. The unit is really well stocked and we took out the beach chairs to hang out on the beach almost every day. Thank you Susan for a truly wonderful stay!

Property is a little dated but location and view more than make up for that drawback. You'd be hard pressed to get any closer to the water. Pool was an added bonus. Kitchen was well equiped with everything you would need to cook meals. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay here

We had an incredible holiday while staying on this property recently. The title of this property describes it perfectly. The owner was a great host and very responsive to any questions. Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would 100% recommend it to anyone considering to do so. It is special indeed.

Just back from our stay here. Very nice location, residence is as described, beach and evening views are exceptional. We have a family of 5 so my daughters shared upstairs bed and my son took the other bed but we knew this going in. Kihei is centrally located so this is a nice hub. Parking lot to the townshouse is a little bit of a lug so be prepared when you get your groceries. Grounds are very nicely kept. Minor suggestions for owners are to have all the knives in the place sharpened (dangerously dull) and a few new pillows would be good on main bed. Everything else was well stocked and great and we appreciated the beach chairs! By the way...added benefit is seeing whales off in the distance.

Location, location, location. Well positioned, truly ocean-front on Sugar Beach near Kihei. Great beach walking, shops and restaurants nearby. Great privacy with bedrooms on different levels. Simple but practical furnishings. Amazing lanai. Highly recommend this property.

This property was much better than expected. It is a very peaceful complex, immaculately manicured with oceanfront refreshing big pool. There is an ABC store, delicious bakery and shave ice place just a short walk down the beach and across the road. We were two couples that thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. Susan our host was very good at communicating with us before and during our stay.

We spent 8 nights at Susan's beautiful condo, and it was just as we remembered - perfect! You can't beat the location. She is quick to respond to any issues too. Thanks Susan for another great family vacation!

I cannot rate this condo or services high enough! The condo and location were absolute perfection, so much more than I imagined! The property was absolutely stunning and all the extra amenities provided were just so thoughtful and perfect and icing on the cake! Communication was amazing and so quick, we cannot wait to be lucky enough to come back to stay here. I wanted to be on the beach, you absolutely will be! I felt like we had our own private beach right outside our door, we walked the beach every day and were so thankful for the complimentary beach chairs that we had access to! Just perfection and cannot wait to come back!

We enjoyed the property very much everything was great there were beach chairs, towels and assortment of sunscreens. The beach was very nice and the grounds of Maalaea Surf were so beautifully maintained. We hope to come back someday

The townhouse is smack dab on the Pacific Ocean. I could hear the waves with all doors closed- so soothing. We wanted for nothing. The house had plenty of everything we needed.

The property is great and no complaints whatsoever but we didn't get wifi details for 2 days until we talked to the house keeping / maintenance lady as the property manager is not tech savvy. That did create quite a bit of frustration as we had to use hotspot to work. As for the property you can hear the waves and its on a beach that you can walk for miles. The view is amazing. That's the best part. It's old property but everything works.

This property has all that you need beach chairs plenty of towels extra clean which is super important sit on the deck and watch the beach walking down to the beach go to the swimming pool laundry rooms are in each separate pod unit Groceries and pastries are just a little short walk up to the beach he can also drive it but walking doesn’t take very long. You’re located around nice restaurants.

Many properties claim beachfront but very few are actually on the beach. This quaint condo was one of them. Great location, convenient farmers market and bakery, short drive to kihei restaurants and shops. The unit has everything you need, beach stuff, cookware, etc. We will be back!

Great family getaway!

This property is situated centrally and within driving distance to all major sites and parks. There was plenty of room for all of us and we especially loved the beautiful view. The kitchen was well equipped for making amazing dinners (seafood from the farmers market!). There were even games and puzzles for the kids to enjoy. We truly appreciate how accommodating Susan was and will definitely be back!

My family and I have visited Maui several times and we usually stay in hotels. This is by far the best place to stay. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need for a meal. We even popped popcorn one night. The bathrooms are well stocked with shampoos, conditioners and body gel with tons of towels. There are even beach chairs, towels and other beach and pool essentials. Owner was super nice and responsive. Bakery, shave ice and an ABC store within walking distance. Lots of restaurants to choose from within a few minutes drive. Plenty of parking in a very nice and quiet complex. Loved our stay here and will definitely be back!

Great place with a Lanai that is oceanfront, literally 20’ from the beach. Exactly as in the pictures. A great layout. Spacious, comfortable, not fancy, but nice. The upstairs is a spacious loft space with a bathroom. Comfortably slept 5 adults in beds, and a sixth on the hideaway couch, which worked well. Quiet complex with a pool and friendly people The owner was easy to work with and responsive. We had a great time! We would definitely rent here again.

This was our first time in Maui. We loved staying in this unit. So enjoyed our morning sitting on the lanai watching the waves lap on to the beach or watching the canoe club paddle past. Perfect location for getting anywhere on the island. We will be back for sure.

We had a bad experience with flooding and mud storm and could only stay one night before we were evacuated (but no fault of owner). Before the disaster struck, I have to say the unit was one of the best equipped condo I ha w ever stayed in! They even had games and tennis racquets. Kitchen was well stocked, plenty of towels. There was even shampoos and conditioners.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and the rental was large enough to accommodate our family of six. The balcony views were amazing, the beach was beautiful, the surf was not too intense which allowed for ocean swimming, the onsite pools were great, and the location was perfect. Our only minor complaint was that the decor is a little dated and the master bed was on the very firm side. But all-in-all a great place to stay and very centrally located to many great beaches and activities.

This condo was amazing! It was so much bigger than we expected, would have been plenty of space for our whole family if we had brought our kids. Well stocked closet with chairs, floaties or anything you might need. Fully stocked kitchen with tons of appliances and everything you’d need to cook a full meal. The Lanai was breathtaking with amazing ocean front views. The whole grounds of the resort was awesome. We loved the pool and it was a very short walk to the beach. Kihei is super close to many popular things on the island too so everything was 15-20 min drive as well. We will absolutely be coming back!!

I cannot say enough about our experience!!! It was absolutely perfect. The location can't be beat and the beach was pristine. The farmers market and bakery that was a block away was so good - we walked there every morning. Highly recommend this property!!

This property is just steps away from the breach. Perfectly maintained and lots of amenities. Communication with the owner was great as well as with the person that cleans and maintains the condo. Condo had everything we needed and the location is short distances from shopping, places to eat, and other beaches. Will definitely want to try and book this property again in the future. Our stay was from July 14th to July 21st of this year.

We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It’s in a great location to travel to other areas of the island. The farmers market down the street is delicious (try the passion fruit cream cheese). We couldn’t have asked for a better host and property to stay in for my daughters senior trip. We would definitely stay here again!!
