Very pleasant stay in a quite neighborhood.

The place is easy to get to, especially from the airport. Very clean premises and responsive host. I like the power back up system in the house as we always had power. The 3 bathrooms options were very helpful for our schedule, a great tick there.

Not a dislike but the main shower initially took time to heat up however it eventually reached warmer temperatures.

This guest house is in a very noisy part of town and although it's nice and spatious,

Nothing really.

No hot water - the geyser had not been switched on before we arrived. We also had load-shedding for much of our time there and were not warned about it.

We liked that this a family run property. The ones that we met were very nice and very helpful. We .

There was no breakfast included in our package. A very good location which is close to the highway and very easy to find.

Shower room was still being fixed and hot water didn't come promptly. Solar power cut off during the night and there was no back up. But the host was always in touch and really apologised for the inconveniences. At the end of the day, it's kinda of the norm in Zimbabwe so we didn't see this as an effect to our stay.

Good place to stay but there are definitely better places to stay

Not much, just the nice owners

The property is in a suburban area with little else around it. The internet was hardly working the first day. One needs transport to stay at this place. Also requires adapters since most were Australian

Brilliant stay. Host was polite and we received a warm reception on arrival.

It was clean and spacious and we got utmost privacy.

Bedding was a bit old but still functional.

Very beautiful holiday home, comfortable and classy. We loved it

Baron Tshuma was there cwaiting for us. We had a good communication with both Ben and Baron from the time we left Harare to our arrival in Bulawayo. Baron could not leave until he made sure that we had a proper induction and we were safe and comfortable.

We liked everything in this house, only that we wish they had a swimming pool

Nothing to like about this property, very bad experience with staff, very bad at conducting business and poor customer service, I would urge anyone who deal with this property to really think carefully, otherwise you will cry ☹️☹️☹️☹️☹️

Lovely setup ,with loads of space . A definite place I would revisit when i am in Bulawayo 10/10

The rooms were spacious and had a touch of home . In addition it was also in a great location that was quiet.

Have an extra set of gate keys.

Exceptional

The place was perfect for the family with ample space for the kids.The two living rooms were a godsend as squabbling over TV channels was averted. There was enough bathrooms for everyone. It made our stay great. There was a back up solar power that kicked in seamlessly when there was load shedding.

Exceptional

The place was very clean, beautiful with large rooms and safe with electric fence and alarm. We really enjoyed our short stay. Wanted to extend our stay but the place was booked on the requested dates. Will definitely choose this place whenever I visit Bulawayo 😊

It would help if they add cereal bowls in the kitchen.

Thank you for the great service and for organising a chef on very short notice.

The host was very friendly and went the extra mile to take my collegue and I to work when our booked vehicle let us down. The chef was amazing and very warm and welcoming. Also the host was able to fix up an extra room at very short notice. This was much appreciated!!

The house is located on a busy road making sleep difficult for a light sleeper like myself.

Away from the hustle and bustle

The stay was great. Clean well furnished evrything required to make the stay comfortable. The host was amazing he stayed up to meet us as we had to travel late. We appreciated the extended hospitality. We would recommend the place - it's near the CBD enough to be away from the hustle and bustle.
