The property had a lot of space, great beds, 3 bathrooms and is in a great location! The landlord is so helpful and accommodating, I would definitely stay here if I were to visit Naples again.

Great location, close to shops, restaurants, metro. Spacious apartment. Kitchen had basic stuff for light cooking, but no microwave. Beds were decent. Bathrooms a little tight.
Showers were small/tight fit for a big person. Street noise could be an issue if you're a light sleeper. There were parties on the main street below and it got pretty noisy late at night.

Location and facilities in general..Riccardo arranged fantastic driver to take us to the airport..serious service. Hard to match..
Very little not to like...small issues of no wine glasses...and air con remotes had no batteries but we managed fine..our host Riccardo was excellent!!

Renovated, clean and comfortable apartment. Second floor with a nice elevator. Excellent location on via Toledo close to everything. The noise of the street does not disturb. 3 double bedrooms, each bathroom and shower are attached, so it is very suitable for a family or several couples/friends. The owner of the apartment helped with everything that was needed including the name of a taxi driver who took us from the airport. We Enjoyed the stay very much

The apartment was very roomy and each room has its own bathroom which was great.
Not much of a sitting area but it was fine.

Location was excellent with feel of the city and shops and restaurants nearby.
Linea 1 Metro at doorstep as well.
USB connections made life easy using and charging UK electrical items.
All three bedrooms were impeccably clean and en-suite.
Access to flat was modern and practical
Water pressure in showers could have been better but perfectly fine otherwise.

We stayed at Toledo 116 for 4 days in June. The holiday was wonderful, thank you very much for the apartment. The location is great. We easily walked to every place: the archeological museum, good restaurants, shopping, the cathedrals... Pompeii was well reached by a train departing nearby.
The apartment is modern and really clean. Our children are 12, 16 and 18, we all had enough space and we all enjoyed to stay at Toledo 116.
We have traveled a lot with our family and accommodation is always an important part of our holiday. I can warmly recommend this apartment.
Riccardo was also friendly and helped when we needed advice or tips.

Great location, lovely helpful host ... wonderful two night stay in Napoli!

Great location. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Great atmosphere on the streets. Amazing food. National Archeological Museum nearby. Via Toledo has lots of shops and if you follow it for 15 minutes you reach the Bay of Naples with Vesuvius behind.
The property was comfortable and safe. Riccardo was very helpful with recommendations and check in. Loved Naples.

Location was perfect. right on Via Toledo, a few steps from the Toledo Metro stop. This is the main shopping street in Naples. close to many fine restaurants. Apartment was huge with 3 bedroom each with private bath. Full kitchen and living area very nice. Wifi and air conditioning were excellent. The apartment was absolutely spotless. Key less entry available. Manager, Ricardo, was very responsive, replying almost immediately to any questions or concerns. Even provide a picture of the steps leading to elevator. Really cared about his renters and made sure they were comfortable. Will definitely return to this apartment in the future. Grazie tanti , Ricardo.
There was nothing not to like. This was an excellent apartment with an excellent host.

Great location a half block from Toledo Metro station, so easy to get to the train station and the Airport.
Loved that each room had an ensuite bathroom; great for three women!
Very clean, and good towels and linen.
Very good AC, as it was very hot and humid while we were in Naples.
Three grocery stores within walking distance, and lots of great restaurants nearby.
The host was very responsive when I emailed about the shower drain in one bathroom being blocked ,and the actual shower hose being broken.
He sent round a plumber, who put in a brand new shower hose; but the drain was still blocked after he'd been.
I expect unblocking a drain in an older building will take more than a quick visit!
Checking in.
We had real trouble with an Italian SIM card we bought, and were not told that no one would be there to meet us, that it would all be done remotely over the phone.
I had emailed a couple of times to say what time we would arrive, and expected to meet someone to let us in.
There was no name on any of the bells at the street door; and if a man who lived in the building hadn't let us into the internal courtyard, we would have been stuck out on the busy street in the blazing sun.
We finally got a phone to work and called the host, who said he would give us a code to get in.
He then said to go up and wait outside the apartment and he would open it remotely from wherever he was.
We did that.
So: it needs to be known that you absolutely must have a working phone in order to call someone to let you in remotely.
Not as easy for North American visitors who have huge roaming charges from home cell phone providers!
In 16 years of renting Italian apartments, I have never not met a host at the apartment; so this was a new way of doing things.
No one checked our passports, which I believe is Italian law.
There is no book in the apartment to give you instructions about anything, so that would be helpful for future renters.
There is a washing machine, but we had to call the host to ask where it was.
It turned out to be in a locked cup[board in the hall, and the key was hidden in a basket in the fourth bathroom which was still under renovation.
If there was a book of apartment instructions, then you wouldn't have to bother the host.
Also, the washer works great, but there is no drying rack for your laundry!
We draped our wet clothes over chairs and towel racks to dry them.
The cleaning crew had left a huge bag of wet towels in the laundry cupboard , so by the time we were leaving, there was black mold forming on them and a moldy smell in there.
Just forgot to remove them I expect.

Air conditioner didn’t work well. Pillows weren’t good
