It was small and we were shown all the hotels features by the owner. He also explained where we should go to see thing
The hotel is on the first floor of an old building with no lift .
The actual entrance to the building is locked at 7:30pm which means you can't get to the hotel unless you've contacted the owner to make arrangements.
4.7
Location and large spacious rooms.
Only one key to a room. This made it difficult trying to coordinate getting in if someone in the room was going somewhere else at a different time.
4.7
It was absolutely incredible, we loved everything about it! Stunning room, facilities, breakfast and the hosts were so lovely.
Nothing, it was perfect!

Beautiful property! Note the many stairs & no elevator, like most classic Italian structures. Most phenomenal breakfast included with the stay!!
I would have appreciated if Andrea was a bit more straightforward, with less male ego gaslighting:
I didn’t know there wasn’t an elevator & lots of stairs, it was never mentioned. After climbing flights with much luggage, I asked about it. Andrea: “That’s what the intercom on the bottom was for.” Intercom not previously mentioned by him.
I asked if there was a good beach close. Andrea: “No.” I walk out to see him enthusiastically showing lots of stuff to do on a map to a different couple.. non POC. I asked why we didn’t get the map run down, and if we could: Andrea: “Cause your room was ready, there’s wasn’t. I can show you.” Why not do it from the start?? I did ask about an activity to prompt..
A few things like that. Not sure if it had to do with us being women or POC.. Just left an aftertaste.
Everyone else was amazing! Andrea was pretty cool, besides the gaslighting.

Beautiful b&b, lovely and attentive owners. Clean, spacious and comfortable. A fresh and simple breakfast. A gem in the middle of a bustling city.
Nothing, everything was perfect

Great location- close to everywhere we wanted to go (could walk to archaeological museum and Spanish quarter). Loved the view of the puazza from the window. Comfortable bed, pillows, and nice sheets. Big towels for the shower. Room was a good size and a spacious bathroom. Great minibar and tea kettle. breakfast was amazing! Homemade desserts, Parma ham, prosciutto, eggs, cheeses, granola, fresh squeezed oj, delicious cappuccinos. wonderful and helpful staff!
Nothing except maybe blackout shades.

Noise from the square— music until 2am

We loved its location in this historic center. The property itself has the historical value and it is beautifully preserved and operated by the owner who was personable and wonderful. We miss this place.
4.7
It was everything we wanted. The hosts, Francesco and Francesca, are thoughtful and knowledgeable. Hillary was super with making coffee and setting up a delicious breakfast. The room was a beautiful, historic, calm setting with huge window view of the vivid activity on Piazza Dante. I enjoyed the sounds of the city and light chatter from the cafe below. The bath is attractive, modern and everything worked! The bed was very comfortable. We reccomend the pick up and drop off service they offer to and from the airport and Restaurant 53 right outside the front door. There is a metro station in the piazza. It is a wonderful way to begin a stay in Naples.
There was nothing we didn't like.

Best accommodation I've ever stayed in. Beautiful rooms, and the friendliest, most dedicated and helpful staff of anywhere in Naples. Absolutely perfect, already dreaming of going back.

hotel is in amazing historical building on piazza Dante very close to many points of interest. Stuff is nice and ready to help with any issue, good Italian breakfast , big and clean room .
since it is in historical building there is no elevator, it was no issue for us at all and owner help us with luggage when we left.

Fantastic location, right in the heart of Naples. We’d planned most of our visit around trying lots wonderful Neapolitan food and Foro Carolino was so close to most of the places on our list, which we didn’t realise when booking!
The room and bathroom were very spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the room across the piazza Dante was beautiful. We could hear a little bit of noise from the bars below at night, but not loud enough to keep us awake and it just reminded us we were in a wonderful, lively city.
Our hosts were very friendly and helpful and made us feel welcome.
Nothing - everything was great.

Perfect location. Clean and spacious room. Very friendly staff.
A bit noisy when open the window.

Fabulous location, our upgraded room had a view out over the square and was super quiet despite the central location. Very pet friendly, our dog was able to attend breakfast, and there was lots of space for his bed.
Decent breakfast with wonderful fresh orange juice.
Parking is nearby in a private garage that is very tight to get into. They charged us significantly more than advertised €45 rather than €30 but the car was well looked after and they were very efficient.
