We had a great time.

It’s close to the train station, calme and secured

Didn’t see any staff but managed. The sofa is a bit old and uncomfortable and one of the fans needs repair…

We had a lovely stay at AmberBlue Epsom, it was exactly what we had hoped for.

Excellent location with shop below and pub next door. Only a short distance to the town centre and a taxi ride to Walton Heath golf course. Great facilities.

Clean and comfortable with close local amenities.

Good location above a shop, driving distance to London and surrounding theme parks. Off street parking with key code gate access. Good communication and instructions from host. Good wifi.

Booked for too nights, only stayed one due to arriving so later and had no where else to go with young children.

stained carpets, curtains, dirty walls, mouldy, rusty bathroom, so disappointed as photos were completely misleading.

Extremely enjoyable stay with easy access into London by train.

Very helpful and friendly over the phone. Easy parking and key collection. Well stocked apartment ie tea, coffee condiments salt pepper spices. Washing powder, washing up liquid. Cloths. Shower was lovely very clean.

Overall cleanliness of entrance outside front door. Would put some people off at first sight. Sofa bed faux leather peeled/ cracked underneath throw. Could do with changing thats all.

Not what we expected

Comfy beds, good size kitchen. Rooms were bright. Grocery store outside the main door which was very convenient.

Too many stairs, ( certainly no access for handicapped although parking was labelled such). Not a 'quick' walk to town. Stained carpeting throughout. We did not interact with staff except through texts which were promptly replied to. Noisy pipes and bathroom extractor which was torturous. Guest book ( folder)was too filthy to read/touch. Had to search for linens etc and make up sofa bed ourselves. Had to request more cutlery.

Family holiday for four - great property and suites our needs and budget.

comfortable - beds very nice. nice living area upstairs. close to a shop. parking available.

Bit far from train station. did hear noises from other apartments at night.

Solid little flat in the heart of one of London's nicest satellite towns.

Hosts were very careful about our allergy concerns, cleaning all appliances and everything in advance. Hosts were also super responsive to questions and concerns during our stay. The flat is above an award-winning corner grocery store that is well worthy of its awards! Well-laid out space with a washing machine, fridge, stove, microwave. All in all, a very solid little flat right by the heart of Epsom.

Apartment is in need of a little TLC. Carpet and bathroom are worn and in need of repairs.

I loved a lot our stay, I recommend for the families!

Proximity to London by train, and only 10 minutes walk to the station. Very clean and pleasant apartment, I recommend!

Leaving the apartment I couldn’t open the box for the key. Fortunately, a cleaning lady was present and I could give her the key.

nothing special, basic ok accommodation. very slow or no response to messages.

location great. free parking overnight outside the property. great local supermarket below. 15 min walk into town.

key lock box was difficult to open in the dark and the rain. tired decor, stained damaged walls and stained carpets throughout, damaged toilet door, noise from neighbouring apartments, dirty communal hallway and stairs. sofa bed old and flakey and worn out. worn not great to sleep on. not obvious where the sofa bed bedding was. finally found it after calling them. only one set of keys and no response to a request for more. i didnt want to have to struggle with opening the key box in the dark. no outside light to help. you have to open a locked electric gate using a worn out jey pad in the dark, then find the box and open that with one hand whilst shining a torch on it to see it. an outside light would make all the difference here.

Pleasant

Customer service was very good, friendly and efficient. Facilities were also good, particularly the kitchen was well equipped. Having a well-stocked supermarket next door was very convenient too.

Internal decor needs updating. Curtains and carpets looked old. It was quite noisy being above and next door to the shops (fans or ventilators went on and off throughout the day and night). Recycling bins (not just general rubbish bins) should be available. Building entrance area was messy, littered with cigarette ends (even though an ash tray was provided: although why would you encourage smoking there?) Keys to the front door of the building and the room should be in different shape.

You need to come!

I definitely loved my stay here! Both ny friends and I enjoyed staying here! It was an amazing trip! All the beds, including the sofa bed, we're comfy, the kitchen was fully fitted out, and the living room area was really cozy. The location was pretty good. Downstairs there was a Costsutter and pub. There's a shopping centre and high street about 15 minutes walk. Also a church along the route! I would come again!

The only thing was the TV, it was tricky to watch while having breakfast. But other than that nothing!
