We came down for a family wedding, we was recommended your hotel. We rang ahead because we knew that you checkout time would have been early. As we wanted to have the room a bit longer as the wedding was at 15.30.
We was advised to do it on arrival. However on arrival we asked the guy at reception, to be told we could only have it 13.00. If we would have know this we would have gone elsewhere. The reason we could only have the room until 1300, was because the cleaners finish at 15.00.
So we paid an extra £10.00 to have the room until 13.00.
Sadly we had to spend 2 1/2 hours killing time before the wedding in our wedding clothes.
On arrival to the room we moved a coffee table, to the other side of the room, and behind the coffee table there was a big pile of dust.
The tap was also left running in the sink If we had not gone in there, when we did the bathroom would have been flooded.

Short stay to visit family. Only one night but very comfortable and clean at very reasonable price. Ideal for a short stay.

Receptionist very good, helpful and friendly, she’s a great asset to the hotel.
Stop for one night on business, parking very good, everything anyone would need is available at the reception area.
Will be stoping again several times as we have a project locally.

Pleasant stay - ample parking but crammed in tight only real negative.

This is an old Premier inn. obviously one they were selling on as the rooms were the old style rooms not the refurbished ones. Everything about this hotel was Premier Inn. Rooms, beds, bedding, even the artwork on the walls. Its obvious since it became Best Western nothing has been done on the rooms apart from installing a phone and some toiletries.
The bathroom smelled, there was no toilet roll, the fan was broken, the bathroom floor very spongy, and not the cleanest and the mattress was lumpy.
i had a deluxe room. Its an old Premier Inn. They dont have deluxe rooms unless you refer to the made up sofabed which a standard room didnt have.
I would have been better off in a Premier Inn

Just the job for visiting our friends. Easy to find in such a built up area. Nice big rooms. Breakfast easy to order and on time. Needs Bread, butter and Jam on the menu.

Decently comfortable little hotel with very friendly staff.
I stayed here as I was attending a wedding at a nearby venue. Located only a short walk from the closest station with trains to central London, but the train ride is a little longer so not really recommended if you’re only interested in activities in the city.
The room was quite big with a comfortable bed, with an average decor. Bathroom was also average but was ok for my short trip.
The staff was very friendly and helpful, and seemed very eager to assist me when I had question. They were definitely the high point of this location.

Bedroom was comfortable and clean with plenty of space. Bathroom was clean with over bath shower. Didn't use the Dining area as we ate at the adjacent Pub. Ideal for a short stay with easy access to all the surrounding attractions

Room had crumbs on the bedside table which makes me worry that the rest of the room wasn't cleaned. It was a basic room, apart from the cleanliness, there was nothing wrong.

Premier Inn lookalike. Very clean, friendly staff.
Would definitely use again.
Great value for money.

Near very busy road but comfortable enough

Comfy bed, hot shower and friendly helpful staff. Hotel is a bit dated.

A good hotel, great location and staff are super friendly. Shower was clean but there was a little evidence of mould which could have managed, it was clean but that little extra would have earnt a 5 star, still great value for money

However they tried to lock us out our room before checkout time when were loading the car!!

The staff on arrival were helpful and friendly.
The room was a lovely airy size and clean. The room smelt of smoke so the previous guest must have smoked. I was a bit concerned that my clothes would take in the smell (we are attending a wedding) but we arrived v late so didn’t bother asking to change rooms. Some things need renewing. ie the bath is very worn.It would be handy to have sockets near the bed. Air con would be a good addition too. We had a pleasant stay.

Good for one night. Just a noisy fan in a hot room though as there was no a/c. Friendly people but breakfast in a paper bag to your room was not great.

10.00 am checkout is rediculous. Breakfast in a bag very odd

A convenient place to stay for a couple of nights. After visiting Wimbledon for the tennis and pre holiday flight from Gatwick.
Spacious car park and the room was comfortable.
The hotel and its surroundings are in need of some TLC but given the value and short duration of our stay I wouldn’t expect the Ritz.

Not too bad stay but bed wasn't the comfiest. It's an ex premier Inn with signage changed. Showing signs of age and could do with a refresh. Ideally located next door to a pub so food and drinks available.

Near a pub and was handy for Wimbledon. photos absolutely catfish this hotel! had to ask for the cleaner to come in as the plug holes were full of hair however this couldn’t be done until the morning so had to shower with it there! DISGUSTING

Hava and her team were wonderful, and did everything to make our stay the best as it could be. They upgraded us for free, and they went out of their way to cater to food allergies when their breakfast menu included mostly gluten items. The room was a little used, but it was clean and we had our towels changed three times as well as a new pair of sheets during our stay. Epsom was a good decision to stay in as, despite the location, there wasn't much noise coming from the road, and there were busses and trains close by as well. I would advice people with food allergies (as the breakfast menu isn't catered to any allergies) includes to contact them well in advance, but rest assured that they will try their very best to accommodate you - and if not the Queen Adelaide pub (which is right outside the hotel doors) will be sure to come up with some good grub.
We are already looking forward to one day coming back and staying here, and we recommend it heartily (although if you're seeking a central London holiday, it will take you some time to get to and fro - for us it was worth it)

The hotel is palatable for a 1 night stay only, there was carnage ot check in, a coach load of Japanese tourists staying amd all queuing out of the door to check in.
The very least of my problem's!
Be very carefull and check your bank statement, as I was double charged for the room and have spent the last 7 days proving and trying to get a refund from the hotel.
Absolutely dire customer service dealing with their back office to prove and get my refund.
AVOIUD AT ALL COSTS and save a lot of pain getting a refund that should have been made within an hour of notification.

Good value for money, very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful . Bathroom was very clean but in need of a refit as the floor was quite uneven and the bath had some knocks. There were not enough sockets available for charging devices and no usb sockets. Handy breakfast option. Very close to a pub/restaurant. Plenty of free parking available.

the stay was for 1 night so somewhere just to sleep and handy for the places we were visiting, it was clean and the lady on the reception was really nice and helpful

Hotel was as expected for the price point and comfortable - parking is a bit meh with small spaces, not nice if you have a nice car and contractor vans squeezed an inch each side - this seems typical over my 3 day stay.

Horrible experience

The location was good for us visiting Epsom races. The bed was comfy and the room was spacious. Although it was a bit shabby, the carpets and furniture were in need of of a good clean, they were very stained and off putting. The cups were dirty and had to be washed before using. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The cost of staying was reasonable and would probably stay again for the one night if going to the races again.

The hotel staff were very pleasant and helpful. If it wasnt for them, it would be less rated. Firstly breakfast as a grab and go or left to have in your room is not my idea of breakfast. The towels were never changed in three days or bins emptied from the breakfast things. Good position for the epsom races but otherwise .....

The staff at reception were excellent and very attentive. The room was clean and well maintained. The only downside was the bar right next to it which stayed noisy till about 12:30am due to its outdoor seating. Great value for money though and would definitely use again

I stayed here with my 3 children for a couple of nights whilst visiting chessington world of adventures. Staff where friendly and helpfull. Rooms could do with a repaint, mould around windows and in bathroom but was ok for somewhere just to sleep. Had to order breakfast on arrival for the next couple of days order form was confusing and breakfast wasnt what we expected just a bag of shop brought packed bakery items and cereal options but werent given any milk. Was not worth paying the extra.
Visited the adjoining queen adelaide pub for dinner food was good and reasonably priced. Ordered online to table and signed up for newsletter which gave me a £5 off coupon.
