Non credo che ci torneremo... Ma è un vero peccato.

La soluzione al centro di Padova ha il suo appeal. Ottima posizione, per la vicinanza alla stazione ferroviaria e la possibilità di parcheggio in zona. Complessivamente buono è l'allestimento della camera.

La relazione con gli ospiti è pessima. Il personale non risponde ai messaggi degli ospiti, eppure il servizio di accoglienza è chiaramente descritto e si svolge con ottima professionalità. L'assenza di interlocuzione e di risposte alle domande del cliente determina situazioni incresciose, come quella sperimentata nel corso della permanenza; meno male che uno dei partecipanti al viaggio aveva avuto un impedimento; altrimenti non avrebbe avuto una sistemazione. In sintesi prenotazione per quattro, camera tripla, eppure era quella indicata nella prenotazione.

The hassle getting into the property spoilt my stay.

Difficulty in gaining access if you were not connected to WiFi and did not speak Italian. No instructions on using the cooker hob.

Not Deluxe at all... Invest in proper cleaning and soundproof please

Bed was comfortable. Good location between train station and Padova centre. Balcony space was nice.

The check-in was really confusing, and the staff were very hard to reach throughout the stay - ignoring messages on booking.com app and WhatsApp. The walls are very thin, the room door has gaps And we could hear everytime our neighbours entered the place, or I'd they were loud in their rooms. We asked for new towels which only came on the last day. 2 of the stools in the kitchen "area" were broken and it's a hazard. Drainage in the shower was not good. There were marks from dead mosquitos everywhere on the walls because there's no bug net on the door. We booked the Deluxe suite with terrace which I think was the smallest studio in the end...

we waited 30 minutes for them to open the door, there were no sheets, blankets or towels for the third person, so I had to sleep with my clothes on, when I called the owner he didn't solve my problem but decided not to answer the phone anymore, hygiene at a low level.

Price

Extremly small room - should not be advertised as suitable for 4 persons. The room didn't have a regular bed only one couch for 2 people - very poor and narrow and a camping bed prepared for the kids. Far from the center and the Old Town. No place to eat breafast close by in the morning.

The location is good close to the train station. The room was cozy but there were many mosquitos. The communication with the owner was a little bit difficult.

we arrived to the apartment and was just a buzzer let us in, there was no one there to great us just

NOTHING IT WAS THE WORSE PLACE IVE STAYED IN MY LIFE

EVERYTHING, we arrived to the apartment and was just a buzzer let us in, there was no one there to great us justa phone call. When we entered the room there was a small children size bed and a double bed even though we booked for 3 adults. i called the women back and she hung the phone up on me and then my italian girlfriend called an she did the same to her. We were booked in for 2 nights and left after the first night as it was this bad. I WOULD STRONGLY ADVISE NOT TO EVER STAY IN THIS APARTMENT. Genuinely the worst experience ive ever had and i dont normally leave reviews like this and im not fussy but this was HORRENDOUS

it was not the address which was indicated. when arriving we were told that we have to walk another 10 min. and when we arrived at the new address it was not possible to find the right staircase without help. but at the phone there was the answering machine for a while. so we lost a lot of time...

Everything was poor

Absolutely nothing

Locate in an apartment in a condominium. Absolutely you can book an excellent hotel with the same price . They call SUITES , but you will not fine a suite…..just a poor room with kitchen in an apartment! You will have to clean yourself the kitchen, you use it. You can imagine how hygienic is this ! Absolutely overpriced…..no staff to welcome us….everything by phone! No place to leave the baggage if you arrive early! Please don’t call this room SUITE. They never seen a Suite!

Only to sleep- if you can.

Spacious room, easy to enter.

Far away from cafe and restaurants also, far away from supermarket. There is thee available in the room, not a bottle of water (assuming tap water is drinkable?) They ask you to take out your garbage (which those before me did not!), well there you go with your luggage (especially bad if you are traveling for business). Rooms are definitely not soundproof, not even close. I heard the snoring in the room next to me as the person was in my room, also the baby crying in another room, so could not sleep. City tax is expected to be left on the table together with the keys, no idea how I can proof that as you might be charged suddenly! Notes everywhere that you shall be charged 100Euro if you don’t do what they say. Feels like you have to proof everything.
