the cottage was in a great location and very spacious for 4 people

could have done with a spring clean and maybe another comfy sofa so that 4 people can relax rather than 2

Lovely

The location was ideal and the cottage was lovely.

No mirror downstairs didn’t like feather pillows. Only found the cooker hood fan power switch on the last day could do with a label.

We had a great time whilst staying Lobster Cottage, the location is superb!

The keys were in a lock box right next to the front door, the code was clearly detailed in the email we received.

The lock box is quite old and difficult to operate with one hand, that would be the only downside

Fantastic family break in a great property

Excellent cottage - clean, comfortable and in many ways a little home from home which is rare these days to be able to say. Location could not be better, close to everything but nice and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

A perfect getaway in Leafy Lytham.

Everything. Kitchen was very well equipped. Cottage was very tastefully decorated. Tv was great. Very spacious. Bedrooms were fantastic. Good comfy bed & bed linen cosy. Bathroom was great. Shower amazing. Location was brilliant. Very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Beautiful clean and welcoming cottage in a great location

The cottage is so clean and welcoming. The location in Lytham was great for our needs and we could get the bus to do all our trips.

It was a little noisy outside in a morning from the bin men and the road sweeper. Other than that the location is perfect for shops and the sea front walk.

We had a lovely stay.

The location was excellent and we had no problem parking the car, the street we where in was very quiet.

No instructions for electric hob as we are more familiar with a gas hob.

Great location with easy access to local shops, cafes, restaurants etc Spacious & well equipped

Could benefit from being made more cosy with additional comfortable seating, rugs, Also existing settee stained, dog hairs present which as a non dog owner wasn’t great

Location of property is fantastic. A very nice good sized 2 bedroom house.

Only 1 toilet roll for family of 4. Just a little thing and not a big deal in grand scheme of things.

We had a brilliant time and met up with an old school friend in Bispham.

We loved the Lobster theme throughout the cottage. Every room was light and airy and the garden was private and pleasant to sit in. I knew there were lots of amenities around but didn't realize how close they were, even the train station and the beach.

Not much just the shed door wanted fixing and the screws were loose on the bathroom window.

A little back street cottage just of the main shopping street and the sea front in Lytham, cosy spacious comfortable and ideal for a stay by the seaside, lovely cafes and restaurants nearby. Will definitely be back !

Absolutely loved our short stay at Lobster Cottage. Such a lovely vibe in the town.

Excellent location, right in the heart of Lytham, just a stones throw from all the shops, cafe’s and restaurants. The house was light and airy. Great facilities with everything you might need. We would love to stay here again.

Being very critical the sofa was uncomfortable and would prefer a king size bed, rather than a double.
