The views were amazing. It was very clean, quiet and really lovely and comfortable. The lady and gentleman were so lovely and friendly and took the time to show us everything and asked if there was anything we needed. Just a lovely atmosphere.

I would recommend the appartments to anyone wanting to have a decent stay in Blackpool.

The host were very nice, they greeted us upon arrival and showed us to our room, had a chat with them, upon arrival and prior to leaving.

Nothing, all was good with appartment.

Was not long enough

The gent who met us at the apartment to give us the keys was friendly and super helpful helped us with our luggage and we don't travel light he showed us around the apartment and explained everything we may need to know and suggested some places we might like to visit and explained to us about the tram system which with his help proved so easy for us novices haha his partner was very nice she is a lovely lady they both are the apartment had everything we needed we will return sometime in the future

Very tired and basic apartment and overpriced

Self catering Rooms clean

Top floor too much for over 70 years of age, steep stairs, all lower floor rooms were empty! Smelly living room. Very basic and tired, mis-matched furniture which was grubby. Shower was minute, water cold for over five minutes, heating off but offered electric heater to be paid for on meter. When switched on by host still cool. Downstairs heating on. Kitchen was dated and basic. Parking restrictions unless paying for car park. Door to flat could not be locked. Overpriced for inferior and dated rooms. Not an enjoyable stay, was hoping to book again in November but not a chance after being there. Would not recommend at all and totally different to photos shown. If this is typical of Blackpool it’s a great disappointment. There was nothing wrong with hosts but their property is lacking in comfort and decent necessities. Sorry but not a good stay at £240 for two nights stay plus electricity.

Great stay away. Home from home

Apartment was spacious and well kitted out for all your needs. Cooking and living area was plenty to enjoy. It was far enough away from the promenade to avoid the hustle and bustle and the lights but close enough that a short walk couldn’t solve Linda and Phil were lovely. Happy to accommodate us at any time and provided things like a travel cot for our baby. Checked were we warm enough and settled in well. 10/10 for us

Exceptional!

Excellent accommodation in all areas. Lovely and warm, really comfortable and immaculate; it lacked nothing. Really spacious for a family of 5. Phil and Lin were exceptional hosts, they were extremely friendly, welcoming and understanding. The location was perfect as it was within easy reach of the centre but far enough away so you didn't have the busyness of town. We would highly recommend it.

Excellent stay and definitely recommend

Very close to the tram stop in a quieter part of town. Very friendly and helpful owner. Comfy beds and all the facilities you need in the kitchen.

Lovely apartment, good location

Nice self contained apartment. Clean and well maintained. Location - quiet, but close enough to tram/bus stop for short ride to tower etc, Free parking on nearby streets.

Steep stairs. Bed firm and duvet a bit small. TV small. Coin operated electricity seems anachronistic. No guaranteed parking space

Exactly what I was expecting, location handy for walking into town, lots of local takeaways. Ample parking available. Apartment was as described and host was very welcoming. Great value for the price paid. Would definitely go back and would recommend for others.

Perfect place

Arrived late and got a lovely welcome, was shown around and the flat was nipping clean. Beds were very comfy and it was like a home from home with everything you needed from plastic cutlery and plates for the little ones to a bath mat for stepping out the shower. No one could fault this place. Plenty free parking and fabulous views. Our grandchildren went to sleep looking at Blackpool Tower from the window which was magical for them. Will definitely be back

We enjoyed our stay, everything we needed. Quiet area and tram service just across the road. As we didn't take the car this time, it was ideal. Great place to stay if you want to be near attractions, but not in the centre.

Perfect family weekend away.

Friendly owners were there to greet us, accommodation was immaculate, very large and spacious, perfect location, not too busy, quiet area but still within walking distance to town centre. Exactly what we wanted.

Very pleasant stay for a family of 5

We stayed in a pleasant family room situated on the first floor, with tower and sea view. Very clean apartment with good facilities if you want to cook etc. Located in North shore which is ideal if you want the quiet side as we did, with our 3 children. 3 minute walk to beach access, and a nice walk along the seafront to the tower etc. Owners greeted us on arrival, very friendly and accommodating.

Could do with black-out curtains in the living room as the sun beamed in at 5am, and the sofa bed in the living room was hard with little foam. Other than that, a very pleasant stay and we would happily return in the future.

Had a lovely stay and the weather was great.

The apartment was spotless and there plenty of space. The hosts Phil and Linda are a lovely, friendly couple and were very helpful. The front room gave a lovely view of the promenade and the Irish Sea.

There was nothing to dislike.
