The extra beds available in the unit.

The internet coverage inside the unit is quite slow. Doesnt matter my own internet or the unit free wifi.

Good option for quiet stay on the MRT line to Sentral

Stayed after an awful nights sleep the night before closer to KL sentral. Apartment was almost silent allowing us to catch up on much needed sleep. Messaging on whatsapp for organising collection of keys was perfect. Apartment is in huge apartment complex joined to an MRT station, very easy to find and close to Sentral.

Room looked slightly worn. Nearest shops for food were a bit of a walk away

nice appartment but somehow weird feeling

the pool is really nice and the view out of our appartment was great

the area ist really not so nice. besides the deposit policy is very strange and i did not feel comfortable when checking in

Okay Place Near the Train Station

I appreciated that this place was so close to the train station. The pictures were also very accurate, and the view was very nice. Also, FYI, the ceiling in the loft is about 5ft 7inches, which was just enough for me to stand up straight.

The check in process, even though the host made it easy, was still a little bit of a process. I checked in at the front desk, paid a 20RM security fee there, then we met the host and had to pay a security deposit with her. I paid with credit card, and it wasn't made aware to us that it came with a 3% fee upon reimbursement. The option to pay in cash was also available, I think it was 250RM. So, once I got that taken care of, it was easy to get into the room. One thing I noticed during my stay was that everything was very echo-y. We could hear doors open and close down the hall, and it made my very self-conscious about the noise I was making in this apartment. In addition, the neighborhood was a little rough looking. I don't think it was dangerous at all, but it wasn't the best part of town.

Great place to stay in KL

The service was great. Prompt action by host/management when I reported clogged shower drain. The amenities are also complete. Close to city center.

Have to pay for everything including parking, extra blanket, etc. But it is understandable as the approach is more to a hotel than a homestay.

Service from the team was excellent

Rooms are good and clean. Samsul (Admin) did a great job assisting during check in , parking and its excellent first hrs service handling while we using the room facilities. Quite impress with the time response and personal assistance

The master room toilet ventilation required some improvement maybe add an exos fan.

Location near to LRT station.. The apartment condition very well maintained.. Easy and smooth check in with the person in charge eventhough there was a problem with the passcode...

The host were shouting at me when I told him I did not have cash to pay for the security deposit as they only receive in cash. I was alone on the work trip and don't feel comfortable to check in to a place where the host is rude. He literally shouted "You don't have cash I neither to I", instead of helping me to sort things out. And ask me to read the msg again but thing has happened.By the way, The surrounding area do not have any ATM machine but I did offer to do a transfer yet he is still being rude.

Will not return because of Hygiene issue

Cheap price, central relative to the whole city, nice view of Bangsar area from higher floors. Well equipped unit. Staff who’s really friendly & efficient at check-in.

Living with colonies of cockroaches which was everywhere, on our dining table, on our toothbrush, inside the shower, all over the sink, in the kitchen, crawling over our luggages, stopping on my iphone. The staff changed another room for us for the second night, promising that there wont be any cockroaches, but it was even worse, bigger & more cockroaches found in the second room. Also the parking situation is extremely complicated, inconvenient & hazard to our car. The entire location of the building is very dodgy.

The mattress sheets have very strong smell of softener and detergent. Carpet don’t look clean .
