Fajne miejsce na weekend

Fajny widok z okna na las, można obserwować sarny i zające. Dobra lokalizacja, choć wszędzie trzeba podjechać samochodem. Pokój czysty, pojawiła się usterka, która została szybko i bezproblemowo naprawiona, więc duży plus za reakcję personelu.

Żeby otworzyć szafę trzeba przesunąć sofę. Mało źródeł światła, w pokoju było zbyt ciemno. Przejście przez garaż jest najkrótszą drogą do recepcji i na śniadanie ale to nie jest przyjemna trasa. Przydała by się ścieżka która prowadziłaby krótką drogą do głównego budynku.

Fijn verblijf met paar minpunten

Dat het een zwembad en sauna had.

Als je het reserveert verwacht je een mooi uitzicht vanaf je accommodatie. De kamer had ik groter verwacht omdat de afbeelding een keukentje laat zien. Je verwacht dan ook dat je de keuken als keuken kunt gebruiken. Er staat alleen een waterkoker en theezakjes en oplosbare koffie. Het had dan wel een kleine koelkast. De kamer staat te vol als je er met 3 personen wilt slapen en ik mis een zithoekje op het balkon. Op het terrein staan 2 stoelen en een parasol waar je niet met een gezin kan zitten en bijvoorbeeld wat kunt drinken of kaartspel kunt spelen. Daardoor vind ik het terrein er saai en kil uitzien want bij mooiweer kun je niet buitenzitten. Wat verrassend was dat ondergronds het restaurant en zwembad was en met elkaar verbonden is. Verder is het personeel heel aardig en behulpzaam en is het wel een mooi en nette accommodatie.

Amazing place! Very nice rooms, good restaurant with superb breakfast!

Since it's not adult only, there were always kids jumping and running around th we pool, which made it not as nice to use.

The hotel area is side from the mess in Zakopane but also next to the Gubalowka route. Breakfasts were very good. Swimming pool and spa are nice and comfortable unless there are too many people. Hotel restaurant also quite good. The terrace of our room was very welcome.

Paid parking inside the premises of the hotel. 30PLN per night outside and 50PLN for garage charged to anyone spending 4 nights here is total nonsense. Although the hotel seems to be quite new,several issues of depreciation were already visible - shower switches not functional, toilet seat with loose fixing, the swimming pool ladder without couple of rubber footsteps, some a bit too sharp edge in jacuzzi, etc. -> more maintenance would be welcome. Otherwise it is worth the money.

Good hotel near Gubalowka

Perfect location, from the hotel we walk 10 minutes to Gubalowka. In front of the hotel you can already see the mountains. Good food, small but nice swimming pool and the sauna. Helpful staff.

You need to pay for the parking, which is weird to pay if you are a guest and you already paid for the hotel. 30 pln for the outside parking and 50 pln for the underground parking PER DAY. Hotel could just immerse that costs to the price rather than ask to pay for the parking separate. The elevator did not work.

The temperature in the rooms are too hot even though the heating wasn't on, so gotta leave the window open all day and night so I won't reccomend in summer as there's no air conditioner, . at the Breakfast should be more options to eat, but the rest it's good:)

Great destination for couples..

Great location. Away from town,, very quiet. The complex is modern and very well maintained.

The bar closes too early, only at 8pm when the SPA is open till 10pm.. Why?

Good location above Zakopane, comfortable room. Breakfast had good variety.

The Spa area is quite small, swimming pool as well. If you are in house 3 or 4 you need to pass through the underground parking to reach swimming pool, not convenient.

Overpriced hotel with tiny rooms

The room was too small for 2 people. There was no space to open 2 suitcases. The shower seemed to be broken as the water pressure was really bad. The shower cabin was leaking water causing wet floor all over the bathroom. The staff did not inform us about the way they do housekeeping (you need to inform them beforehand that you want to have your room cleaned).

The property offers a wonderful stay in a family-like and intimate atmosphere with highly friendly staff. The food is super good and breakfasts are always well prepared. When the weather’s nice, there’s a picturesque view from Gubałówka. 100% recommended. However you need to remember that the property is higher than the city so it may be difficult to drive up the slope in heavy snowfalls.

From our room we can reach the wellness and the restaurant only through the garage, it was a bit unconfortable and cold in October. The staff in the recepcion speaks really weakly in English and in the restaurant not az all. Dogs are allowed in the hotel but unfortunately they not allowed in the restaurant.

Our room was clean, comfortable and big enough for a couple. The wellness was also clean and it was like in the pictures, small but well equipped. The selection of the breakfast was wide and delicious.

Great place to spend a couple of nights if you have your own vehicle.

This hotel is modern and stylish, located in a great quiet area, has relatively not crowded SPA during the low season, and the overall experience is awesome. The breakfast was fabulous.

The restaurant a la carte was a disappointment: it took about 30 minutes to deliver our food even though the restaurant was almost empty, and all the dishes were tooo salty (however still tasty).

Friendly hotel close to Zakopane

The room was small but nicely decorated; comfortable bed, large balcony with views over fields, complementary water, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent buffet breakfast with different options every day. Nice spa facilities with sauna, steam room, small pool and jacuzzi. We ate in the restaurant one evening and the food was very good! The hotel is in a quiet location; you can reach it by bus, cable car or by walking (approx. 45 mins straight up the mountain) if you don't have a car.

The room was not cleaned at all in the three nights we stayed there, not even the bins were emptied! The spa area did not have anywhere to get changed, only communal toilets and one shower for men and women. As our room was in a different building, we had to walk through the garage in our robes to get to the spa area - the main door to the garage was open during the day and only closed in the evening. From the lift, you also have to walk through the bar and pass in front of the restaurant to get to the pool. Luckily for us there were not many people around but nevertheless it's uncomfortable. No towels in the spa so you have to take the towel back to the room and there is nowhere to dry it. No slippers so some people walking into the pool area in outdoor shoes.

Not all rooms have nice views so it’s best to discuss with the hotel when booking.
