The staff were friendly! The views were amazing! Bed was very comfortable and overall a beautiful hotel
Our room on arrival wasn’t fully clean. Cotton buds left on floor near wardrobe and mirrors dirty. Otherwise everything else was good

I enjoyed the room I stayed in as it was on level 3 and didn't need a room with a view. I dislike heights. I also liked the buffet breakfast I had at Epicurean, it was plentiful and enjoyable. And the meal that was delivered to my room, the spaghetti bol, was one of the best I have eaten. Valet parking was helpful indeed too.
I think that we should have recieved a discount on the breakfast, seeing as we were staying in the Crown Towers.

It’s great location, great dining options and has a real buzz of energy
Our room wasn’t cleaned up to standard. The carpet was sticky, and under the bed was 🙈 would expect much more from towers.

Beds were really comfy, rooms and bathrooms were clean. Enjoyed the free Nespresso and complimentary chocs
Long wait time to check in
Expensive - many additional charges including movies/movie channel and no option to screen share or log into own streaming services, no breakfast included, no bluetooth speaker in room, room service was overpriced and also had additional $7 fee per delivery.
We were under the impression the pools were heated - only one pool was heated and it was the small family pool
It is sold as premium accomodation and although the facilities are nice, I feel like that was the only part that was premium unless you wanted to pay extra for everything

The room was very good as were all the facilities. Breakfast at Epicure was very good with numerous choices.
The restaurants inside the Casino were also very good.
We drove from Bunbury to the Crown Towers and used the Valet Parking which was parked on Wednesday afternoon and not taken out until our departure on Friday morning. The cost for this was $150 which I found very excessive and we will look at alternative venues for our next Perth visit in October

The room was nice but had not been cleaned properly, there were finger and hand marks all over the windows, mirror and other glass areas. TV had multiple channels not working, called with a maintenance request but no one ever showed up.
1. This stay was "pre paid" on our business purchasing card yet on checkout crown demanded we pay the accomodation again, our manager rang crown with details of the payment and it took 40 mins to resolve the problem.
2. Room was definitely cleaned before our arrival.
3. we found multiple hairs in our bed that did not come from us.
4. TV was not working properly and had multiple channels not working.
5. Maintenance never showed up to fix it.

Nothing
I had a truly appalling experience with the hotel staff. My wife was knocking my room door trying to get into the room when a male guest next door came out at 12:30am and began to abruptly abuse and insult my wife for 20 minutes. Terrified, she did not reply back as she was threatened and insulted repeatedly at night standing alone outside the room. We had informed the manager on duty shortly 15 minutes after after my wife was trembling and aghast from their inconsiderate response. I went and informed the Manager about the case particularly stating that I would like firm and appropriate action and also the authorities involved if I needed to. However the managers repsonse was that they have several intoxicated guests in the hotel and they told me they “assume the cameras were on” and caught all of it happening. Despite that the Managers in the hotel still let the guests check out the next day, and there was absolutely NO such action taken. Truthfully, a hotel like like this should not be running if the staff are not matured enough to handle such situations but more importantly they shouldn’t have any security if the security team cannot deal with such individuals or have the guts to.

The location is good, the overall impression is really good, and if you compare all other Aussies hotels this one is valued for the money
The price is a bit higher than it can be.
All other next-door facilities such as Pubs and restaurants are a bit more expensive than the average in the Perth area.

Not as good as it used to be. Couldn’t really get a drink after 8pm and just landed from Uk poor

There was nothing to dislike.

The setup of the room
Coming into the room to a completely dead iPad and having staff ignore my request to have it replaced, went downstairs to the concierge only to wait another hour for a simple iPad replacement, I work in this industry and know this is not the industry standard, need better trained staff

I loved the beds! They were amazing! And the facilities.
The parking is quite far from the actual hotel and hotel reception, taking luggage to the room is hard if you don’t have valet and is a decent walk up through crown and all its restaurants/metropol
