Sehr schönes Guest House für einen Aufenthalt in Johannesburg.

Super freundliche Gastgeber und Personal, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Haus liegt in einem sicheren Vorort von Johannesburg und man fühlt sich jederzeit wohl. Der Garten ist eine kleine Oase und die Zimmer sehr groß und geräumig. Leider konnten wir nur eine Nacht bleiben, gerne beim nächsten Mal länger.

Es ist ein wenig außerhalb, aber alles dennoch gut zu erreichen, dafür eben sehr sicher.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely and exceptional service especially from Lynne. Comfortable and super clean. An excellent continental breakfast supplied.

Load shedding with power which was most unfortunate as the weather was really cold and we kept losing heating.

Lynne is an amazing hostess. She receives you in her home as if you were friends. The room is large, very well equipped, quiet and overlooking a beautiful garden. Lynne was of great help in solving a problem encountered at the beginning of our holiday.49 on cherry is an exceptional address

We coming back to this property and Cherry Drive road with trees canopying the road is breathtaking!

The room we were staying in was facing the beautiful garden, infact all the rooms are and the hosts are careful to detail and the garden is exceptional. The property is homely and the staff friendly, chatted with them easily and everything is just so clean and picture perfect! Thank you Lynne and Gary, and ofcourse Riann for the warm welcome

Solar and back up energy during loadshedding. Beautiful place great options for breakfast.

This was an absolutely positive experience. A beautiful place with a modern outlook. I LOVED the bathroom and the amenities. Lynn made sure we had a comfortable stay. She brought me extra yogurt, special oatmeal, and many more things to cater to my dirty needs. There was always plenty to eat for breakfast including fresh fruits, enough milk, eggs, cereal, and cheese. Although this was a made-your-own breakfast, it gave us the flexibility to eat as much and when we wanted to eat. Lyn is an amazing host. I loved the solar and backup energy which kept the lights on.

Excellent and amazing experience, solar and backup energy, close-by mall and daycare

We stayed here for 11 days for work and pleasure. This was an amazing experience. Lynn did everything to make our stay comfortable. Extra blankets, and heating, met our dietary needs. The place is a little heaven with a beautiful backyard. My daughter loved playing on the trampoline. There is a nice BBQ place outside although we did not use it. There is solar and backup to offset the impacts of load shedding. As a bonus, there is an excellent daycare a few blocks away at No. 71 Cherry Dr. My daughter went there all day and they did her an amazing birthday party with her new friends. CRESTA mall is a few km away and loads of eating places are close by. Uber is always available around the area.

Exceptional

Pleasant and relaxed stay in a busy Jo'burg. One of my first trips to Jo'burg where I felt well rested in the morning :-) It was super quiet at night. Lynne is a super host, she looked well after me. I would be happy to stay there again.

The place is clean and neat Breakfast, I didn't like the idea

We had to make our breakfast. I don't eat boiled eggs and the reason we when we book we asked for breakfast to be included we expect to be catered for us. We there to relax not house chore again during our stay. I had to at the nearest Wimpy so i can crab something to eat. Just a simple english breakfast like bacon and scramble or fried eggs and mushroom but nonetheless everything was super.

Comfortable large bed, veranda overlooking the lovely garden and pool area, safe and peaceful environment with secure parking. The unit was very spacious and comfortable with good Wi-Fi and DSTV. This is really like home from home. Love it - thanks Lynne!

Absolutely value for money and a place we will definitely make use of in the future again!

Everything was to our expectations! My husband and my son travelled to JHB and they had a very smooth book in process and a very comfortable room! The host contacted us once she saw that we actually needed a room with 2 beds and changed our booking to a more comfortable room! There was no impact from load shedding!

it's a very nice, quiet, very clean and every things concerning breakfast are already arranged in your room . electricity is permanent despite frequent power cut currently in johannesbourg

A gem in a great location!

Everything! Lynne and Gary are the perfect hosts - friendly, helpful and caring but leaving you in peace to enjoy their beautiful garden and the very well appointed suite. The suite has everything one needs with good quality linen and towels, a fully equipped kitchenette and a very comfortable bed and chairs both inside and on the verandah. This was a great find and we hope to be back soon.
