Altijd fijn bij Van der Valk

Grote kamer en hele fijne bedden. Ambiance van restaurant was prettig. Kwaliteit van eten in restaurant en ontbijt waren prima. Vriendelijk personeel

Water liep door de hele badkamer, maar met handdoeken dammen gebouwd. Veel loslatend behang in badkamer en heel fijn om een apart toilet te hebben. Alleen moest je weer naar de badkamer om de handen te wassen.

Pratique mais de nombreuses améliorations possibles.

Jolie chambre, spacieuse et joliment décorée. Matelas un peu trop mous, low-cost mais ça va. Salle de bain idéale et très fonctionnelle. Très belle vue depuis la chambre, c'est un point fort.

J'ai cru voir que les animaux sont acceptés... c'est très anti-hygiénique. Quand je vais à l'hôtel je ne m'attends pas à aller me coucher dans un chenil. Le petit déjeuner est "impressionnant" à première vue mais quand y regarde de plus près c'est finalement très cheap : des produits hollandais low-cost, un maximum de céréales qui ne coûtent rien, pas beaucoup de produit de haute qualité, c'est dommage.

Heel vriendelijk personeel. Er was iets onterecht op onze rekening terecht gekomen, maar dat werd zonder enige discussie, meteen gecorrigeerd.

Heel streng rokers beleid, ik ben best sociale roker maar dit was echt wel heftig. Wat ik heel vreemd vind is dat de enige plek voor rokers aan de ingang van het hotel is. Dat lijkt mij dus echt naar voor niet rokers. Kom je binnen door rokers walm 🤷🏼‍♀️ kom op van der Valk ! Dit kan beter ! Jullie hebben daar zoveel ruimte dat je het iedereen naar zijn of haar zin kan maken, rokers en niet rokers. 😉

Prima overnachtingsadres.

Heerlijk, zeer uitgebreid ontbijtbuffet. Goede locatie voor doorreis, direct naast de snelweg. Prima, schone, kamer, goede bedden. Apart toilet. Badkamer met inloopdouche.

De douchekop heeft wellicht een schoonmaakbeurt nodig. De waterstralen gaan scheef, waarschijnlijk door kalkaanslag.

Slechte ervaring met booking.com.

Het ontbijt en diner zijn goed. Personeel is vriendelijk. Hotel is ook goed.

Een week eerder hadden we een kamer rechtstreeks bij van der Valk geboekt. Alles prima in orde. Deze keer bij jullie geboekt. Er was nogal wat mis met de kamer. Linker wc knop deed het niet. De kraan van de douche kon mijn man zelfs bijna niet opendraaien. Lampje bij het bed functioneerde niet goed. En last but nog least: de tv deed het niet. Er zijn e personeelsleden wezen kijken,maar hij ging het niet doen. Maar het scherm bleef fel blauw. Daar konden we niet van slapen. Dus 's nachts tot 1 uur getob en toen onze kleding over de tv moeten hangen zodat het donker werd. Uit coulance hoefden we het ontbijt niet te betalen. Maar u begrijpt,dat ik niet weer bij jullie ga boeken.

Highly recommended stop over hotel for summer tourists. Modern and comfortable hotel

Very new and nicely decorated. Modern feeling and interesting aspects such as the “shop” available for a wide variety of products (also basic foodstuffs / snacks). Enjoyed watching the robot whizzing around. The bedroom was very comfortable , sound insulated AND a lovely view through a floor to ceiling window. Quite impressive. It’s a great stop over hotel in the summer. Full of tourists and families and good value for money..

I think the shower room and toilet need more ventilation (ours was either not working or very very quiet ‘ ineffective)

Everything about this hotel is spot on. Food was excellent, especially breakfast there wasn't anything else you could want, husband had freshly made omlette.

Great stop over when driving across Europe

Unusual design & good facilities (bathroom, etc) plus a good restaurant made it the ideal stop-over on a long trip.

The location makes access easy but being right in the middle of a motorway intersection means that it is not particularly attractive.

Stop over in Arlon

The breakfast buffet is good and can be very busy. The bed is comfy.

The hotel would gain from some renovation work and the carpets in the room could be replaced with wooden floor.

Modern, clean with friendly and efficient staff. Moreover, we were on our way to Austria so the hotel was perfectly positioned, just off the Autobahn, for our stopover.

the hotel is new

When I booked room it says there is a bath in the room but when we checked in the reception told us there is no bath if we want to have bath we have to pay extra 35 eur per night. I booked this hotel because there is bath in the room so we paid and eventually we paid more than170 eur per night. I don't think the room worth 170eur.
