Location
The AC doesn’t chill enough. It took hours to be bearable. I would not go again just because of the weak AC.
8.0
it was too cold! no additional blanket. too loud neighbors …!
10.0
Good location near the airport and easily reachable with the public transport. Amazing staff, always available to respond to your questions. Check in is automated 24/7. The room was spacious and clean. All good, really recommended.

low price
cigarette smoke coming from the other rooms was appalling - shuttle service dropped me 500 m far from the airport since it couldn’t enter the drop off area - bizarre
8.0
Close to the airport with a good price and easy check in . There are even microwave and hot water kettle to use!
The light in the bathroom is not bright enough and the sound insulation is not good

Price, surprisingly quiet, and was able to walk to the grocery store and McDonald's thanks to a lit crosswalk.
Overly complex check-in process; your phone better have battery to call, otherwise I don't know how you're going to check-in. They call their check-in process "automated", but it's not, it's merely a partially remotely operated process where you use a key fob to gain access.
Silverfish in the shower; didn't think to take a pic, just killed it. There was a ton of soap scum in the shower (see pics), the sheets in one of the twin beds was soiled (see pics), there was a strong odor of cigarette smoke in the hotel (says it's non smoking), and one morning I experienced an overwhelming pungent odor of marijuana in the fenced-in green space because of a young couple.
The cherry on top was the shuttle to the airport; it drops you off something like 30m from the ARRIVALS terminal (see pics) and not the departures terminal. The driver told me he doesn't enter to drop off closer because he'd have to pay 60€ and that the hotel is aware of this. I was never advised at any time by the hotel of this interesting fact. So I had to figure out where the departures terminal was and walk with all of my luggage to get there. Extremely poor service.

The fact That there was no receptionist in the hotel and you had to ring up every time to get in and if you had a question

It is close to the airport. The staff member we spoke to
over the phone was very helpful. A shuttle was
arranged for €10 to the airport at 4am which got us to
our flight on time.
This is the strangest experience we’ve ever had. For
starters this is not a hotel. This is a middle floor in an
office building next to the airport above a medical
clinic.
Before arriving we had contact through WhatsApp with
our online receptionist. There isn’t a manned reception.
When you arrive, you have to call a number to speak to
this person who then gives you a code to get your own
room key out of a safe. If you were in a rush or panic or
were doing this at night it would be a nightmare.
The building is completely unmanned on a night which
is terrifying to be honest. No control over what is
happening. It is dark and dingy. Our bathroom hadn’t
been cleaned and stank of eggs. I felt quite unsafe and
dreaded the thought of being their alone without my
husband!
No food other than a vending machine. There were
2 croissants and a coffee machine but still charged you
to use them!
Two families arrived very late and woke us up as their
is no soundproofing or anyone to control it.
This is because THIS IS NOT A
HOTEL it’s a rented out floor of an office block.
Do not stay here.
Just down the road is a 4 star dream
hotel which only cost £50 more. We wished we’d paid
it.

it was clean and basic. check in all via phone
it was a little creepy at night.
8.0
Once I worked out it was all done remotely it was fine - clean, comfortable there was a really helpful staff member there in person this morning who booked a shuttle bus for us and answered other queries
That the checkin wasn’t face to face! Hotel entrance poorly advertised missed it twice as it is on same site as a medical centre.
8.0
Convinience and comfortable. Not cramped
The blinds didn't fully close and people from outside could see you
5.0
Beds very comfy
Nobody to welcome you
My room was dirty, walls need painting and I had ants in the bedroom.

The automatic check in worked very efficient.
It was noisy during the night , propably because of the rooms near had their windows open during the night combined with loud talk and more.
6.0
Location next to airport good. Checkin did work quite well.
Self service checkin did work quite well but perhaps not as I expected. Rooms quite good but not best I have stayed in. Not the best sound isolation between the rooms I would say.
8.0
Everything was to do it yourself, since the staff could only help from the phone.
But they were very helpful
