Live in luxury just outside Venice

Amazing apartment with plenty of street parking Well equipped house with a beautiful patio and a huge kitchen . Simply loved the apartment. Also had washer with dryer and host was very responsive in case of questions. We liked the location maestre close to Venice but away from the hustle and much better food than in Venice

Even though there was a dish washer some dishes smelt funny I would blame the previous guests

The perfect stay to visit Venice and surroundings. The apartmant is in a great location with a stylish enterior. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms, large equiped kitchen, everything to make you feel like home. Much better as we expected, not to mention the kind hospitality of Alberto.

Very nice place

Nice Appartment in Mestre . Very quiet area . The Appartment is wide and clean , well equipped and has a very nice patio to enjoy breakfast. The tramway to Venice is 2 mn away and you join plaza Roma in 20 mn . Very good ratio Quality/ price

The apartment is very nice and spacious. Impeccable cleanliness. Very close to the T1 tram stop to get to Venice. In the area there is a market, restaurants and it is easy to reach the old town and the train station where the bus from the airport drops you off. Friendly and welcoming host. I highly recommend it.

Very clean, comfortable, good air-conditioning for all rooms !!!, close to public transportation to Venice , two full bathrooms, very big and equiped kitchen

Check in, we were required to do the check-in on a different location, the lady there didn't know english nor Italiano, all though we called at the time we went out of the airport, we had to wait for several minutes for someone to come and the taxi driver almost left us there since he had another drive waiting. The electricity is a bit weak and 3 times went down and we had to turn everything off and take it up

Amazing apartment to stay to visit Venice

We booked this apartment to visit Venice. It's located in Mestre and only takes a 5 minute walk to the tram/bus stop and 20 minute ride to the Venice. So the location of this apartment is amazing. It is a very spacious apartment fully equipped with everything you may need during your stay. On the day that we were suppose to leave my car broke down so it had to be towed, Alberto let us stay a few more days and even helped me to pick up te car by dropping us at the garage. He is a superhost!

Not fit to be rented out, could be dangerous!

We slept in this apartment in total black out. No power at all! We enjoyed Venice and came back almost midnight. This apartment has power issue. According to the past review that other guest also experienced power issue and the owner needs to make action. The owner is insisting due to storm thats why it happened "BUT THERE IS NO STORM" it was a beautiful weather, clear sky that night, also I lived in Mestre before for a year and also experienced storm but never experienced power issue in the house i lived. Yes there were 2 phone numbers, one business number I kept dealing for an hour but no answer and there is another bad handwritten private number and maybe he the only one could understand the writings, why not print the emergency number on a card so everybody could understand especially on a total black out. The guy who checked us in was friendly and advised us in case of alarm goes on we have press something on alarm but never tell us to go to the basement to pull back the switch. Why do we have to do that? so you know there is a power issue ( if these things can happen why not having manual instructions and a flashlight ) It is a very amateurist management. There is no reception to go, we were not told where the owner lives. It was hot and we didnt have a sleep since the red light of the alarm is blinking bright outside window of our bedroom. Power issue needs some action because at the end your guest could be in danger. take note! my friend almost tumble in the bath. We we are a paying guest, we need to be comfortable and these things can be avoided.
